half a month has pasted, the class is nearing the day of the festival as such they're scrambling to get everything ready
Ben is trying on his costume while Mina pesters him about something

"That sounds like a downside to me." Ben scowls.
"Even if this costume stays when I transform," Ben continues. "there's no guarantee it'll look the same. Last time i transformed outside of my hero clothes it barely looked like I was in the same clothes, along with the symbol being randomly applied."
"I just don't think It'll work out aesthetically wise..."

Ben sighs
"I'll try it but don't be disappointed when this doesn't work out.."
Ben dials up Pesky dust and reluctantly presses it down.
the costume is nearly unaltered as Pesky dust pulls back the blazer to see the Omnitrix neatly placed UNDER the blazer
"PRRRRRRRRR, I hate that this worked out..... but I will confess this is comfy..." Pesky dust purrs.
that's when Pesky dust notices Mineta being rather pervy about the female costume
he prepares to swap to wildvine but in a moment of pure instinct he fires a beam of dust at Mineta
the serial Grapist immediately collapses onto the ground asleep
"Oh..." Pesky dust purrs in anti-climax. "That's what I can do...."
PESKY DUST: The Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Nemuina from Nemunimos IV, this fairy fatale is capable of manipulating dreams being able to release dust that can induce sleep and is able to enter the dreams and manipulate them however he pleases through these dreams pesky dust is able to incapacitate and interrogate anyone effected by his dust.
Pesky dust places his hand onto Minetas forehead....
before lunging back in recoil
"OH GOD!!!" Pesky dust cries out in disgust. "PRRRRRRR, Yeah, I'm NOT going in there!"
Ben then spent the rest of his day rocking back and forth from what he saw in the mind of Minoru Mineta
"Why were Midnight and Yaoyorozu in those clothes?" he murmurs.
some weeks have passed and it's the day before the school festival
Class 1-A do one last rehearsal in the gym before the performance
Mina is an incredibly strict coach who forces Pesky dust and Mineta to get their choreography to perfection.
just as they get to the part where Midoriya lifts Aoyama up with a rope hound dog kicks them out as students aren't allowed in the gym past 9PM
the class do some last minute equipment check before Midoriya realizes the rope is frayed and decides to go to a convenience store tomorrow before the festival since he wants to pick up a few things anyway.
Ben elects to join him since he also has some things he wants to pick up and if they get held back for time he can use jetray or XLR8 to carry Midoriya and himself back.
The next morning Ben and Midoriya go out to buy the items and bond along the way over their strangely similar outlook on life from the POV of quirkless kids
but Ben and Midoriya are probably reading into that way too much...
Ben was prepared to turn into Jetray to get back to school quickly when Midoriya and him almost bump into a man and a woman
"Excuse me!" Midoriya exclaims.
"Please be careful...." the man sighs. "You were about to ruin the aftertaste of the gold Tips Imperial."
he turns to the woman
"Come, let us go, L--Honey."
"Honey?!" the woman utters in shock. "Yes, I'm Honey!"
Ben and Midoriya bow in apology before the two are on their way
but as they pass Ben notices cogs seeming to turn in Midoriya's head
"Oh? that house--" Midoriya begins. "is it a cafe or something? You can't tell."
the two turn around before the tall one begins approaching Midoriya like a vampire lawyer
"If you did not know what Gold Tip Imperial was, then you would not have thought that..." he laughs.
that's when it hits Ben
he knew "Gold Tip Imperial" sounded familiar!
it's the posh Tea, Yaoyorozu made a month ago.
"Are you... someone who understands?! It's wonderful, even though you're so young!" he continues through ecstatic breaths.
Midoriya seems to get flustered as he responds with "U-Um... I don't know that much... We just know because our friend made some for us..."
"Oh-ho!!!(JOTARO) you both have such a high-class Friend!!" the man exclaims.
he stutters a bit before seeming to correct himself
"You have... a good friend..."
"Yeah, we're blessed." Midoriya replies.
"That is a wonderful thing." the man responds as he is surrounded by a menacing aura
the Mysterious tension in the air begins to Tingle.
Ben turns again to see Midoriya get a dark look on his face.
that's when it all falls into place in Ben's mind
he thought the voice sounded familiar, and with the talk of tea....
this man is the Villain, Gentle Criminal.
"Now if you'll excuse me--" the gentle criminal says as he tries to walk away
"Please wait" Midoriya commands a sense of malice in his voice as he seems to have come to the same realization.
Ben activates the omnitrix as Midoriya continues
"is this like a ritual for you?" he growls handing the bags to Ben. "Take these back to UA..."
Ben doesn't move.
"Ritual? What are you talking about?" Gentle criminal inquires
"I saw your Video." Midoriya continues.
Gentle Criminal removes his mask and turns to the two
"La Brava," he mutters to the woman. "Start filming..."
she pulls out a camera
"Please, Stop... Don't make a move on my School!!" Midoriya barks.
"You're a very Perceptive boy." Gentle sighs.
it's 8:33AM, less than half an hour until the Festival...
"Go Ben!" Midoriya orders. "Don't worry about me, just get the supplies to everyone."
Ben is about to turn but then responds with
"No!"
Midoriya turns to Ben.
"I'm not leaving, YOU are." Ben commands. "You promised Eri you'd be there and I don't want to pull this on you but XLR8 is much faster than you so it's best if I stay back!"
Ben hands Midoriya the bags and pushes him behind him
"But--" Midoriya begins before being cut off with a stern
"Go!" Ben shouts. "if you can't keep a promise to the little girl we saved than what kind of hero are you?!"
"If you aren't back by 9:25 I'm coming back." Midoriya says as he runs.
it's Saturday morning, there's no people around
meaning Ben can go all out
Ben Dials up Rath
"PREPARE TO FEEL MY--" Ben exclaims slamming down before realizing this oneliner has only worked out once in his entire life
"HEATBLAST!!! YEAH FEEL THE HEAT!!!!"
"Shoot," he thinks to himself. "'Feel the burn. ' might have sounded cooler..."
"La Brava, there's a been a change of plan." Gentle comments. "from this moment on, no matter what happens, don't stop the camera!"
"Of course, Gentle!" La Brava responds pulling out a pink camera and starting to record. "But, But! Are you going to fight? Here? Do you think that's a good idea?"
"Dear listeners!" Gentle announces. "The grand adventures of a man of extraordinary talent is starting."
Gentle throws off his coat and strikes a gentlemanly bow unleashing a wave of energy
"Don't be so dazzled as to look away-- I am the gentleman who will save the world, Gentle criminal!"
La brava continues to film Gentle
"My Plans have shifted. In this current predicament, I'll keep it brief. This time..."
he hits Heatblast with the smooth pose
"I tried going to UA!"
"I won't let you do that!" Heatblast roars igniting his hands. "Just give up and surrender peacefully!"
Heatblast attempts to finish the fight in a single punch but is stopped by a rubbery substance in front of gentle.
"I put this up as I took off my overcoat!" Gentle criminal announces. "If you've watched my videos, then you'd already know.... my Quirk is elasticity. I bestow elasticity to things i touch. Even if it's air!"
"I know it's filthy rich coming from me." Heatblast thinks to himself. "But that's kind of BS..."
"GENTLY REBOUND!" Gentle criminal calls out as the wall bounces Heatblast back.
"I don't like resolving things with violence." Gentle says to the camera.
"You're acting so violent it's almost nasty, Gentle." La brava comments.
"I am also in the midst of surprise and confusion right now, La Brava." Gentle murmurs. "Despite his appearances he suddenly burst into flames and jumped me."
Gentle rips off jojo and nigerundayo's away
"I'M SORRY, YOU FLAMBE FIEND! I WILL OVERCOME!" he exclaims as he and La Brava run.
"If you're gonna apologize, then don't attack my school!" Heatblast growls as he ignites his hands and blasts himself forward.
"That's not something I can do!" Gentle exclaims placing his hand on the ground calling out
"GENTLY TRAMPOLINE!!!"
the ground is made elastic as Heatblast swiftly increases the flames on his right hand to twist sideways to avoid the attack before unleashing his full power rocketing himself forward.
Gentle quickly dodges
"When I was a student, I, too, worked hard to put on events, I'm sure your feelings are invested in this..." Gentle mutters evading Heatblasts grip
"But your convictions are no match for my moustache and soul, this scheme will bring me to the rank of legend. Please don't get in my way!"
he scoops La Brava up in his arm and begins bouncing away using the air
"Farewell, Glimmer of youth!"
as heatblast drifts through the air he thinks back to everyone counting on this festival
Nejire, Hatsume, Class 1-A....
Eri....
"Like I'd let you get away!" Heatblast screams as he uses his flames to redirect himself and propel himself forward
he grabs Gentle and tackles him out of the air
"WE'RE ALL INVESTED IN THIS!!!!" Heatblast roars as his flames get hotter
"My apologizes than!" Gentle smirks sarcasticly.
the two crash into a construction site
heatblast digs his molten fingers into the concrete to stop his roll
he attempts to grab a beam for support but quickly realizes his body is getting so hot it's melting the metal.
Heatblast looks around for Gentle only to see him hanging from a beam
"This is certainly.... an unexpected situation."
"However, I will not lose composure!"
"How can you still talk like that?!" heatblast snarls.
"I will definitely make my plan succeed!" Gentle responds. "I have the resolve to do it! a Gentleman does not lose his composure! That's right! I am Gentle Criminal!"
"A suit and a pedo goatee don't make you some posh englishman...." Heatblast sighs. "A true gentleman doesn't attack schools! What are you planning?"
"What am I planning? Don't lump me with those League of Villains types." Gentle answers. "I am not trying to kidnap or stab anyone. All i want is to sneak into your school festival. That's all."
