As promised, Mrs Son organized a trip for Mr Kim and her. The Mafia Boss was excited to have some private time with the woman he loves. He gave his instructions before leaving to everyone, including his sons. He warned them to behave correctly and that he didn't want to hear anything relating to Y/N.
Things were strangely quiet at home. Yoongi focused on his studies to change. It was his last year before graduation after all.
Jin was managing the business, the official and the non-official.
For the kids, the highlights of the week was the newcomers. The children of a rich family joined the school, and they became the gossip of the entire school. There was a 14 years old boy, in the same class as Y/N and a girl of 16 years old. There was also a trainee Math teacher. He was young and handsome. All the girls were dreaming to have private lessons with him.
Y/N didn't really pay a close attention to the boy, Inwoo, but unexpectedly, the third day after his arrival, he approached her during break time. She was surprised that this guy showed interest in her.
Inwoo: Y/N... right?
Y/N: Ah, yes, do you need something?
Inwoo: I heard that you are the best student of our year... that you even skipped grades... that you're younger, not only smaller than others.
Y/N: (She smiled, embarrassed.) Well, yes, but what can I do for you?
Inwoo: Nothing... but I think that we can become friends! I like to have valuable friends.
Y/N found that boy had a very straight approach but not of her liking. She didn't like to attract attention and she didn't plan to have a friend like that Inwoo in her circle.
Y/N: I'm not sure to be that valuable... Excuse me, I need to go.
Inwoo: Wait... (He followed her to the cafeteria.) Why are you rejecting me without even trying to know who I am?!
Y/N didn't know what to answer to him. She was not at ease. She choose her meal and was looking for a free table. Taehyung and Jungkook would probably join her in few minutes anyway.
Inwoo also chose his food and followed her at the table. He sat without asking her permission and she stared at him.
Inwoo: Let's share a meal, I'm sure that we can found common points. You know I am an excellent students too.
Y/N: Euh... excuse me, you should...
Y/N couldn't finish her phrase because of the meal tray who was put nonchalantly on the table by Taehyung.
Taehyung: Y/N... who is that guy? (He stared at Inwoo who was sitting near Y/N.)
Y/N: He is a new student... in my class.
Inwoo: My name is Park Inwoo...and you are?
Jungkook glared at him and sat in front of Y/N letting Tae answering.
Taehyung: The guy who is supposed to seat here! Move!
Inwoo: Whoua... do you own that place? Y/N, are they your friends?
Taehyung: Y/N, did you invite him for lunch?
Jungkook was smirking to see that guy's assurance in front of his brother.
Y/N: Inwoo, you should find someone else to have lunch with.
Inwoo: I like that place... and I told you, let's share a meal and be friends. You will see, I can be a nicer friend that those rude guys!
Jungkook: That idiot is funny... if he likes that spot, we should let him enjoy it by his own!
Jungkook stood up and grabbed his plate and Y/N's plate. He moved to a free table. Taehyung took his plate and grabbed Y/N's arm to follow Jungkook. Inwoo was looking at them like an idiot.
Taehyung: That jerk is lucky that I didn't crash his face on the table!
Y/N: Oppa... why are you so angry? He is new here; he just tries to make friends... he is just different... I guess.
Jungkook: If you don't want to be friend with him, tell him clearly!
Y/N: That's what I was trying to do...
Jungkook: humpf... it was not clear enough, apparently!
Y/N frowned, annoyed by Jungkook's comments.
Y/N: I was just trying to explain that to him. I'm sure that he is not a bad person, just very straight forward.
Taehyung: If that guy annoys you, tell me!
Y/N:He will make friends and forget about me, don't worry.
Inwoo didn't stay alone for a long time. 2 girls of his class joined him as soon as the trio left the table.
Girl 1: Inwoo, we can eat with you, it's not funny to be alone.
Girl 2: Yes, we can be friends too. We can hang out together after school if you want. And you should avoid to talk to Y/N.
Inwoo: Why? By the way, do you know those guys with her?
Girl 1: That's right, you're new... they are her brothers, very popular, rich, handsome and ready to beat anyone who try to harm her.
Inwoo: I'm not afraid of those 2 savages!
Girl 2: euh... there is 5 other brothers... his family is very powerful, don't try to pick a fight with them or you will not be able to stay in that school.
Inwoo stared at the girls then at the table where Y/N and her brothers were.
The rest of the lunch break passed without issue. Jungkook stared at Inwoo from time to time. Y/N returned to her class and the boys to their sections too. The afternoon was calm and Inwoo didn't try to approach Y/N. He observed her during classes and decided to try to talk to her the next day.
On the next day, Y/N had a Math's class with the trainee teacher. Her first impression of him was not extraordinaire. He easily judged peopleand despite his look, he was not that kind with everyone.
Inwoo: Eh Y/N... eat with me today...
Y/N: ...
Inwoo: Eh Y/N...
Trainee teacher: Mr Park, Miss Son, my lesson is not enough interesting for the two of you? Ah that's right, we have here the top students of this year... as you like to talk, you can stay after class for 2 hours, you will have all the time to discuss together!
Inwoo sighed and Y/N glared at him. She apologized to the teacher even if she didn't talk. She wanted to avoid more troubles.
At the end of the lesson, the trainee teacher called Y/N and Inwoo to his desk. He gave to them 5 pages of exercises to complete for the next day. He made comments once again about their level. It was the first time Y/N was punished at school. She felt not at her best.
As soon as the teacher told them to leave, Y/N went to the rooftop. She didn't want to see anyone, specially that Inwoo. Y/N sent a message to Jin to inform him that she will come back home later, pretexting a group work to do at the library.
At the end of the day, Y/N stayed in her class with Inwoo, and they waited for the teacher to give them instructions.
Trainee teacher: I am sure that rich kids like you must probably not used to clean but it's a good way to learn what real life is. Clean that room until everything shines! Don't forget to write an apology letter and to complete the work that I gave you earlier. But for smart brains like yours, it should not be too difficult.
That teacher clearly had a priori against them and asking them to clean the class that was already cleaned everyday was simply stupid.
Inwoo: I am sorry Y/N, it's my fault if we are here. I would have never thought that a trainee teacher would punish us.
Y/N: I am sorry too Inwoo, but I don't think that we can be friends. I'm not very sociable and I just want to have a quiet school life. You should have friends of your age and that share your way of life.
Inwoo: What? You think that because I am two years older, we can't be friends? Or is this because of your brothers?
Y/N stared at him. She didn't understand why he wanted so much to be friend with her. It was not logical for her.
Y/N: They have nothing to do with that.
Inwoo: Really? The others warned me about your brothers. I'm sure that you don't have friends because of them!
Y/N: I have friends! Don't... don't speak bad about them!
Inwoo: Ohhh... so behind that shy aspect, there is a voice that can speak! You are even more interesting.
Inwoo put his arm on Y/N's shoulders, but she quickly moved away.
Y/N: We should stop talking and focus on cleaning.
Inwoo: We can do our homework together after if you want.
Y/N: No, thanks.
They cleaned the classroom in silence and after 2 hours, Y/N left without a word. She listened to music while walking home. A good way to relax.
After a quick shower, she started her supplementary homework. She was installed on the living room with a cup of tea kindly prepared by Mr Ko. She was working for more than one hour, and it was time for dinner.
Namjoon: Y/N, you are still working at this hour?
Y/N: Yes... I still have 2 pages to do.
Jin: Is it related to your group project? You worked enough for today, when is the due date?
Y/N: No... it's... it's extra works.
Namjoon took the paper, finding Y/N's tone not as usual.
Y/N: Oppa... I need to finish that for tomorrow, please give it to me.
Namjoon: Y/N, why are you working on that? It's not the program of your class. You should not work on that before end of high school.
Jin: Sweetie, your teacher gave you that extra work?
Y/N: Ah... yes... it's a trainee teacher.
Namjoon: When did he gave you that? You are not the type to wait the last minute to do your schoolwork.
All the brothers were now staring at her, waiting for her answer. She was embarrassed and started to blush. She looked down before saying:
Y/N: I'm sorry... it's a punishment, not an extra work.
Hoseok: ahahah... nice joke, you, punished by a teacher?
Jin: Hoseok, please... Y/N, tell us, what happened?
Y/N: It's nothing serious, really, it will not happen again, I promise.
Jin: It's not about that, I want to know what happened.
Y/N felt guilty even if she was not responsible. She didn't want to create troubles at school, even more with her mother absent. Jin understood that she was mistaken the situation, he was not angry against her.
Jin: Okay, let's eat first and we can talk in private after, okay?
Y/N: Oppa, can you give me back the papers?
Namjoon: No! Overworking is useless, your teacher's method is not good!
Yoongi: Namjoon is right. I will meet that teacher and fix that.
Y/N: No... it's not necessary... please...
Y/N looked at Jin with begging eyes. She knew what was the signification of "Fixing the situation" was for Yoongi: not with nice words. Y/N wanted to avoid to be even more seen as a rich heir, what she wasn't, by that teacher. And she didn't want to confess that everything was Inwoo's fault.
Jin: Yoongi, Namjoon, we will talk later. Guys, take your seats.
They had dinner in that strange ambiance. Jungkook and Taehyung teased Y/N to know what she did to be punish but they got reprimand by Jin. Jimin tried to comfort her with his smile.
After dinner, Hoseok went with Y/N to the kitchen. He wanted to offer her the possibility to talk to him before his brothers.
Hoseok: Sis'... how did you end up with that punishment?
Y/N: Oppa... can you talk with Yoongi Oppa, I don't want him to come to school, please.
Hoseok: Tell me first what happened. You know that hiding things bring nothing good.
Y/N: There is a new classmate... I don't know why he wants to be friend with me and because he talked to me in class, we were punished for 2 hours after school plus the extra work and an apology letter.
Hoseok kept a small smile while listening to Y/N who was not looking at him.
Hoseok: hum... that trainee teacher is a bit excessive. Why didn't you finish your exercises during those 2 hours?
Y/N:We had to clean the classroom...
Y/N was talking with confidence to Hoseok, but she didn't know that Jin, Yoongi and Namjoon were listening her conversation. They didn't want to wait for Hoseok's debriefing and spied on them without shame.
Hoseok: Sweetie, I think you should explain this to Jin so he could meet him.
Y/N: But if Jin Oppa comes to school to plead for me, it will only prove that the teacher is right, that I am a spoiled rich girl. Everyone already think that we are not treat like others...
Hoseok: I understand your point of view but if that teacher is not fair with you, adults must intervene.
Hoseok didn't like what Y/N was saying about that teacher. In the corridor, the three brothers were on the same state of mind. They exchanged a concerned look.
Y/N: Okay... if something weird happen, I will tell Jin Oppa.
Hoseok: It's a promise, right? (She nodded and stood up to hug him. She needed recomfort.) Ohhh... my little koala... everything is alright...
Y/N: Can you help me to take back the papers from Namjoon Oppa?
Hoseok patted her head and he accompanied her to the living room, expecting to see everyone but only Jimin was still there.
Jimin: Namjoon Hyung let this for you. Do you want me to help you?
Y/N: You don't have things to do?... Okay, thanks Oppa.
Hoseok: Jimin, Math is not my cup of tea... I count on you!
Jimin: I'm pretty sure that Y/N has a better level than me... but I'm here to give a mental support!
Y/N focused on her works and Jimin stayed by her side and tried to not distracted her too much. The little girl asked him an explication about something, and they looked on internet to find help.
Around 10.00pm, she had finished everything, including the letter. She thanked Jimin to have stay with her and went to sleep.

The next morning, Jimin had his first class at the same time as Y/N's class started. He proposed to drive her, and she accepted.
Inwoo: Hello Y/N, did you complete the homework?
Y/N: Hum... yes, but please, avoid to talk to me in class.
Inwoo: By the way, who was that guy who dropped you this morning? He is too old to be your boyfriend, right? One of your numerous brothers?
Y/N: Of course, he is my brother!
Inwoo: And... did you already had a boyfriend? (He asked with a smirk.)
Y/N: (She blushed and stuttered.) What... No... Stop... talking to me!
She left the class for the teacher's room. She had to give her punition to the trainee teacher. Inwoo had follow her, even if she ignored him all the way here. The teacher did a last sermon to them before letting them enjoying the lunch break. Y/N joined Taehyung and Jungkook at their table, so Inwoo installed himself few tables away.
Taehyung: So... you still don't want to tell us why you were punished?
Y/N: Oppa, it was nothing serious. Please stop asking.
XXX: Euh... excuse, are you Son Y/N?
The siblings were interrupted by a high school girl. She was pretty and had a nice voice. She putted a strawberry milk on the table.
Y/N: Euh... yes, can I help you?
Yuni: My name is Park Yuni, Inwoo is my little brother. I wanted to apologize... you were punished because of him and had to clean your classroom.
Y/N felt the insistent gazes of her brothers on her. She didn't want them to know that Inwoo was the reason of her punishment.
Taehyung: Yo Y/N! You were punished because of that punk!?
Y/N: Oppa! Yuni... sorry for my brother's words. It's okay, you don't need to apologize for your brother.
Yuni: Still, we are new here and he made things difficult for you. But he just wants to be friend with you, he is a sweet boy you know.
Jungkook saw Y/N's expression changing and he knew that look.
Jungkook: Eh you, don't try to make her feel sorry for your brother!
Yuni: No, of course no. I just feel sorry that Y/N had to clean for 2 hours and do extra work because of my little brother.
Y/N: I'm fine, really... but thank you to care.
Taehyung: You must have a lot of troubles because of him!
Yuni: ahahah... he has his personality, but I assure you that he is not a bad guy. Y/N, again, sorry, I will let you finish your meal, bye.
Jungkook stared at that girl leaving. He didn't like her smile.
Taehyung: Y/N, why you didn't tell us the truth?
Y/N: I don't want you to overreact.
Jungkook: Hyung, you had noticed that girl before?
Taehyung: (He smiled.) No... why, you are interested now that she talked to us? She is cute and reserved... totally not my style!
Taehyung felt the dark glare of Y/N and smile like an idiot.
Jungkook: No way... I think that she is fake. But she maybe just wants to date you... you are the playboy not me!
Y/N: Why the both of you think that she has interest in you!
Taehyung: Because your Oppa are the most handsome boys of that school!
Y/N: hum... don't know...
Taehyung: (His expression changed.) I hope for you that you don't have your eyes on a guy! You are too young to even think about dating!
Y/N shook her head. He was the one changing of girlfriend every month.
Jungkook: Don't worry Hyung, if an idiot approaches her, Yoongi Hyung will probably kill him! (He smirked seeing Y/N's face.)
Y/N: ... I'm going back to class... you are speaking nonsense.
Taehyung: Don't talk with guys!!!
Taehyung shouted and everyone's attention was now on them. Y/N quickly left, red of embarrassment. Jungkook laughed.
Jungkook: Do you think that jerk understood the message?
Taehyung: I hope for him. I'm sure that he has an ulterior motive. He insists too much to be her friend.
Jungkook: Which one? Be her boyfriend? She is a baby... she doesn't have anything to attract boys, or he is a pervert!
Taehyung:I don't know but if he tries something, he is dead!
Inwoo left the cafeteria few minutes later. His sister went back to her class too, just after the brothers' departure. The rest of the day was calm. Y/N was leaving the school when she saw Namjoon waiting in front of the entry gate.
Y/N: Oppa... what are you doing here?
Namjoon: I finished my class a bit earlier, let's go back home together.
He gave her the drink he bought for her, and they walked home.
Y/N: You didn't take your car today?
Namjoon: I went this morning with Hoseok, but he had his training session with his club.
Y/N: ... hum...
Namjoon: Nothing special happened today? That teacher or that boy didn't bother you?
Y/N: No... but how... did you listen to our conversation? (She frowned.)
Namjoon: Yes, so what? You refused to talk to us!
Y/N: I talked with Hobi Oppa!
Namjoon: Hoseok is too soft!
Y/N: No, Hobi Oppa is just kind and a good listener.
Namjoon stopped to walk, and he had his annoyed face.
Namjoon: You mean I am mean and not good to listen to your problems?
Y/N: No... I didn't say that... but sometimes... you seem angry, and I don't want to bother you... Just like yesterday...
Namjoon: You never bother me, take that out of your mind. But if I judge that something is not fair, don't ask me to keep quiet!
Y/N: ... sorry...
Namjoon: Even if you are smart and mature on many points, you are still a kid. Don't forget the rules; no secrets, no lies!
Y/N was looking down, having the feeling to be scolded. Namjoon regretted his cold tone when he saw her like that.
Namjoon: Listen, I'm not angry with you, I'm just worried. You still keep things that you don't like for you. You barely ask for help when something goes wrong. Do you not have trust in us?
Yuni: Eh... what are you doing to her? If you bother my friend, I will call the police! Y/N, are you alright?
Y/N was staring at Yuni, who came between her and Namjoon. She misunderstood the situation and Y/N felt embarrassed, even more when she saw Namjoon's face.
Namjoon: Who are you? Mind your own business!
