2018. LONDON NIGHT 2
"What the heck does he think he's doing?-"
"Move over let me see -"
"He's doing all of the dances -" J-hope pointed from underneath the stage watching as Jungkook performed Euphoria
Looking up through the small crack of the under stage, Minhee's stomach figuratively dropped. Jungkook was stunning per usual, but she felt like she was gonna throw up.
What if he fell?
and can't get up?
The pain and anguish on his face... she can't bare to see it again-
Why the heck was he doing the choreography?
And what was worse? Why didn't anybody stop him?

After the show
"Hyung-" Jungkook smiled turning to Jimin
"Guess what I am-"
"Young blood~" He joked raising up his heavily bandaged foot
As Jungkook, Jimin and Taehyung were in a fit of giggles relaxing in the resting area, Minhee on the opposite side of the spectrum rolled her eyes before crossing her arms sitting across from the trio.
It wasn't funny.
Not to her in the slightest.
Noticing the girls sour expression, Jimin's grey contacted eyes locked onto her silent figure.
London day two was successful-
Thank god.
But-
"Minhee-ah?"
Deep breaths.
In and out...
She couldn't hold back anymore.
"No... NO!" She cracked standing up from the sofa as Jungkook and Taehyungs eyes followed her outburst
"You shouldn't have been jumping around-" She pointed shakily at Jungkook who was at a loss for words
"What if you slipped and hurt yourself even more?"
"I've been so worried these past three days, my voice has tightened-" Her voice shook as she rubbed her sore throat trying to hold back her tears
"Jungkook-" She walked closer to the boy with a caring expression
"You need your feet-"
"I'm glad you feel great about this, but I-" She paused taking a breath
"I don't- "
"Minhee-" Namjoon put a comforting hand on her shoulder
"Tell me I'm wrong Namjoon-ah!" She crossed her arms turning to the leader who grew silent
"Why..."
Jungkook softly spoke eyes locked onto the ground until they flicked up
"Why are you being so selfish?!" He snapped causing the 95's eyes to widened in surprise
Wow, Jungkook arguing with Minhee... This was a new sight, for all of them.
The golden and diamond maknaes never fought.
"You don't want me to perform to my best abilities??" Jungkook proceeded to shout at the girl
"MINHEE-AH!?"
Jungkook... was just frustrated at this point. Not with Minhee, but with everything. Was he taking his anger out on her?
Possibly.
Minhee stared at him for a solid ten seconds in astonishment. She was in utter shock to hear what he was saying. Her long eyelashes fluttered, blinking rapidly.
'What is wrong with these boys lately?'
First Taehyung yesterday and now Jungkook?
When did she all of a sudden become the bad guy?
"Me?!? Selfish?!?" She screeched as Jin and Yoongi's froze
The babies are fighting-
Danger danger-
This... was almost too much for her. Minhee out of all people was probably the farthest thing from selfish. What? Caring too much was now a bad thing?
"Jungkook, you got to be kidding me-" She whispered in disbelief with heartbreak in her eyes
'Did he even listen to anything I just said?'
This crushed her soul in more ways than one.
The youngest was never one for conflict, she absolutely hated when the boys fought over petty things. But she couldn't even deal with this conversation right now. Just looking at Jungkook made her blood boil.
To frazzled, she needed to get out of there. As soon as she walked out of the room, all the boys sat in awkward silence.
"That was..."
J-Hope let out a deep breath.
"uncalled for..."
...
The seven remaining bts members sat around until their leader decided to speak up.
"Jungkook..." Namjoon sighed running his fingers through his hair
"You know though, she's got a point-"
The six of them locked their eyes on the leader as Jungkook outbursted his opinion.
"But who knows when we will see UK armies again!!!" He retaliated with a shout until relaxing
"I-"
"I didn't want to let them down..." The maknae's doe brown eyes locked onto the ground
"I know-" Jimin put an arm around his shoulder
"But with the complicated choreography that we do, and your injury so fresh... there could've been a number of issues-" Jin jumped in
"First of all, how can you perform at the best of your abilities, when you're not even at your best-" Jimin spoke softly
"I understand that you want to perform and don't want to disappoint anybody-" Namjoon continued
"Of course we know how that feels-"
"But if your injury did worsen, it could've disappointed even more in the long run-"
"Did you take that into consideration?"
"Or did you just miss performing that bad?"
Hearing those words from Namjoon himself, left Jungkook silent on the couch caught up in his own thoughts.
"Watching you perform Euphoria was absolutely amazing and we all had smiles watching you, but we were holding our breaths at the same time-" J-Hope scratched the back of his head
"And for you to jump in on, So What and Fire-"
"We kinda lost our focus, too concerned for your well being-" Taehyung let out a light airy laugh before leaning forward and grabbing the cup ramyeon off the coffee table
"Yahhh!! I even kicked Yoongi-ah by accident!!" Jin laughed causing Jungkook to fiddle his fingers in embarrassment
Okay. Maybe he was in the wrong.
"I'm... I'm sorry you guys..." He quickly bowed as his cheeks began to warm up feeling tears threatening to spill as Jimin ruffled his hair
Now he felt incredibly guilty. Here he was blaming Minhee for being selfish, when he was the one at fault.
"Minhee's just worried about you." Namjoon went on
"She always is when it comes to you-"
'When it comes to me?' His ears perked up
"She care's for you the most jk, anyone could tell you that-" J-hope picked up his phone causing his cheeks to lightly burn
"Go talk to her-" Namjoon pitched in
"There's nothing we can say, it has to come from you-"
The boy was a little bit hesitant listening to Namjoon's words. Once gathering up the courage, Jungkook picked up his crutches and proceeded to find the girl.

After asking a few staff members where they saw Minhee had gone, he was quick it locate her.
Stopping in front of the semi open wooden door, the boy took a deep breath before proceeding.
Her being mad at him, literally was eating him alive at this point.
"Minhee?" A few knocks on the door caused her head to snap towards it.
"Jungkookie-ah-" She gasped as she watched the boy slowly walk in with his crutches
He had on a dark blue beanie, wearing grey comfortable sweats. Instantly, she got up from the chair and tried to clear a way for him in without anything blocking his way.
The girl was also in sweat pants, wearing a black oversized shirt with her hair pushed back out of her face just finishing taking her makeup off.
She might've been mad at him, but Park Minhee could never be truly upset when it came to Jeon Jungkook. Plus, he was injured-
At this moment in time all the boy could think about was what Namjoon said to him earlier.
"She always is when it comes to you-"
Just the near thought of it, had the tips of his ears burning.
"She care's for you the most jk, anyone could tell you that-"
Jungkook knows... well, has known for a long time about his feelings towards their female member.
Taking a seat on the sofa, he leaned his crutches to the side.
"Minnie-ah-"
"Jungkook-ah-"
They turned to face each other. Both of them felt a bit guilty at this point.
"I'm sorry-"
"I'm sorry-"
...
"No no, I shouldn't have yelled at you-" She put her hands up in defense
"You are trying to remain positive, I was in the wrong-"
"It must've been the hardest couple of days for you-" She quickly apologized
After leaving the members and gathering her thoughts alone, Minhee came to realize they were arguing over nothing.
Regardless of who's right and who's wrong. Maybe Jungkook had to do what he had to do, to get his self esteem back up after the first London show.
She couldn't exactly blame him for trying to enjoy his time with army.
London night one probably affected him in more ways than one. Jungkook... he probably needed this.
For himself.
"I was wrong Minhee-ah. I'm the selfish one not you-" He cut her off causing her eyes to widen before softening once again
"Kook, you're not selfish-" She scooted closer to him
"I was just..." He began
"being a jerk..."
Minhee watched the boys solemn eyes stare at the ground. His expression was sincere and Minhee could tell just by his clenched jaw how bad he indeed felt.

"Yeah. You suck-" She spoke monotonously with a small smile
"H-Hey!!" He sprung up causing her to laugh
"If it was you with the messed up foot doing the stupid things that I did today, I would've carried you off stage myself-" He let out a muffled chuckle causing the girl to smile
Jungkook carrying her off stage?
What a dream-
"Jungkook-" She put a hand resting on his knee
"It's not stupid-" The girl bright brown eyes locked with his
"You wanted to reassure armies, it's actually really sweet of you." She tight lipped smiled causing her dimples to come out
Oh, how he wanted to kiss her then and there-
They way her beautiful bare face was smiling through her concerns.
"How are you feeling though, honestly?"
"You can always talk to me jk-" The girl leaned back into the sofa as a text tone interrupted their deep conversation.
Grabbing her phone, she checked her notification before putting the device back on the table, screen facing down.
"I know the other night you cried it all out on stage-" She began causing him to bashfully chuckle
"We never really had time to relax and just talk-"
These past three days have seriously been a whirlwind that's for sure.
"But-" She locked eyes with the boy once again
"You okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine-"
"I'm not asking physically-" Minhee grabbed her water bottle
"Mentally I mean-"
His eyes narrowed, clenching his jaw not saying a word.
Yeah, it's affected him alright.
"Your body will heal. You can only take it one day at a time."
"Yeah for a stupid accident that I caused-" He pinched the bridge of his nose letting out a deep sigh
"Don't beat yourself up over it-" She wrapped her arms around the boy laying her head on the side of his bicep
"Stupid accidents happen all the time-"
Bling. Her phone went off again, this time catching the boys attention.
"Who's that?"
"O-Ohh, n-no one-" She clicked the side on her phone darkening the lock screen
"Don't worry about it-"
The maknae's sat in comforting silence for a few minutes, until telepathy connected their brains.
"Have you eaten? " She picked her head up as he chuckled
"I'm starving-" The boy bunny smiled
"Of course you are-" She comically rolled her eyes
Did she expect any less?
One of the staff members were kind enough to roll in a wheel chair as Jungkook sat himself in as Minhee grabbed the handles.
"Minhee-" He softly spoke as she wheeled him out of the room
"T-Thank you-"
"Thank me?" She made a face
"For what?"
"F-For always having my back-"
Hearing his response caused Minhee to freeze momentarily.
Ruffling his hair she kissed the top of his head before picking up motion again.
It was a cute notion that's for sure.
And after she did it, both their cheeks were as rosy as can be.
Oh man-
The butterflies in her stomach were ruffling up again.
But...
Were they ever going to go away?
