A/N: So Y/N is Bill's best friend and a crush on Charlie.
"Fred Weasley! You blooming git! Get back here!"
I chased the redhead through the already chaotic house, his long legs taking the advantage.
"Fred, I'm NOT joking!"
I stopped at the kitchen table, leaning over it, my side in a stitch.
"Hay there, Y/N!"
My soul almost left my body as I jumped, the familiar voice giving me goosebumps.
"Jeez leweez, Bill, you know I'm easily frightened!"
Spinning around, I place my hand on my chest, my breathing still uneven.
"So what has my brother done to you today?" He questions, taking a long sip of coffee, the smell perfuming the small kitchen.
"Stole my diary," I say softly.
"Again?"
"No, Bill, not again!" I try, sarcastically.
He cocks his head to the side, raising his eyebrow.
"Yeah, ok, I know! I should have put a charm on it!"
He smiles.
"Want some?"
"Yeah."
He fills up a mug for me and places it next to me, taking a seat, instinctually, I lean my head against his shoulder, and he wraps his arm around me.
"You know he would only do that if he loved you, in his weird way." He says softly.
"Yeah, I know. But it doesn't make it any less annoying."
Bill chuckles.
The stairs creak, signalling a Weasley.
"Hay, Charlie!" Bill calls.
My breath hitches and my basic locomotive abilities flee, causing me to let out an awkward grunt.
"Hello, Y/N! Been a long time. Heard you working for the sanctuary in Libya."
A blush creeps along my cheeks as panic sets in.
Giving a frantic nod, I smile.
"Okay, then. I'll see you guys later."
I watch Charlie exit the back door, the sun shining on his messy hair.
"Fuuuck!" I murmur, banging my forehead on the table.
Bill just giggles," No, no, I disagree. I do see some improvement there."
I let out a disgruntled sigh as Bill rubs my back.
"You know, for the chatterbox you usually are, what caught your tongue, hmmm? Maybe Charlie?"
