Zein's Pov
Pinilit kong bumangon kahit ramdam ko ang pagkahilo matapos kong marinig ang sunod-sunod na tawag. Kinusot ko ang aking mga mata nung makitang umabot na sa isang daang missed calls ang mula sa contact name na "Darky." Tumawag muli ito wala pang isang minuto ang nakalipas.
My eyes were closed when I answered it, still sleepy. "Whoooo... are you?" I yawned.
The guy chuckled on the other line. "Seriously? After you burst out your feelings for me last night, you don't remember me anymore?"
Pakiramdam ko'y nawala ang antok ko matapos kong marinig ang kanyang malalim na boses. Muli kong sinulyapan ang aking cellphone at minasahe ang aking sentido nung maalala ko ang kahihiyan na nasabi ko kagabi. Akmang ibaba ko ang tawag nung muli siyang magsalita.
"You wouldn't deny your feelings for me, right?" Gellian said, in a soft voice.
I gasped for air. "Yung sinabi ko kagabi? Wala akong natatandaan! W-wag ka na ring tumawag dahil 'di tayo bati—"
"I'll marry you, Zein. I'm sorry if it took me a while, but I came back because... I love you." He sincerely said it.
I bit my lower lip to stop myself from smiling. "Can you wait for another six years just to marry me?"
"Yes!" Mariin niyang sagot. "Kahit gaano pa katagal basta ikaw yung katabi ko sa altar, handa akong maghintay, Zein."
"Talaga?" I said, in a playful tone.
"Yup,"
"Talagang-talaga?"
He sighed, probably losing his patience. "Yeah, it's true. Are you playing with me? Don't tell me you're still taking this as a joke, Zein?"
"Oh, why Dzaddy? You don't like my jokes anymore? I remember how I made you smile from it before," I whispered.
Si Kyle ang naging inspirasyon ko para maging matatag. Kay Ezra ko naman natutunan ang magkaroon ng tiwala sa aking sarili, at si Levi ang nagsabi sa aking kailangan kong dumipende sa aking sarili at hindi lahat ng bahay ay dapat seryosohin.
"S-say that again?" Gellian stuttered.
I raised my brow. "What? You mean, about the joke?"
"N-no, about how you called me earlier."
"Dzaddy? Don't you like it when I call you Dzaddy?" Pabiro kong tanong.
"Gellian, break time is up!" Rinig kong sigaw ng isang matandang lalaki.
"I like that. Call me that name from now on. I need to be back at our shoot. I have my ways, so don't think of blocking my number, Zein." Mabilis niyang ani bago ibaba ang tawag.
Nahihilo pa rin ako sa hang-over kaya nagpahatid nalang ako kay Mang Noel. Alas-10 palang ng umaga pero dagsa na ang mga tao sa resort. Maraming nagtatampisaw na mga kabataan sa exclusive pools at maging ang mga cottages ay puno ng mga bisita.
"Zein, mabuti naman at nakarating ka na. Ang daming mga nagpa-
reserve ng room pero konti nalang yung available slots." Bakas ang pag-aalala sa mukha ni Fred.
I took a glance at the people around. "Ang dami yata nating visitors ngayon. May okasyon ba?"
"Walang okasyon, Zein. Ni-release na kasi yung trailer ng bagong movie nina Gellian at Chloe kagabi. Na-feature yung ganda ng Garcia Private Resort sa trailer, kaya asahan nating mas dadami pa ang customers natin sa mga susunod na araw."
Gaya ng sinabi ni Fred ay naging abala nga ang buong resort sa nagdaang linggo. Kahit abala ay hindi ko ramdam ang pagod dahil tinutulungan ako ng buong staffs na mabigay ang maayos na serbisyo para sa mga turista. Kung dati'y katuwang lang ako nila Dad, ngayon ay ako na ang namamahala sa aming resort dito sa Laguna.
I have noticed that Aaron has stopped sending me updates just like he has been doing for the past week. I tried to reach out to him, but I do get the feeling that he's probably busy because of work, unlike Gellian, who's been sending me masses of sweet messages despite his jampacked schedule.
"Sigurado ka bang hindi ka uuwi, anak? Ipagpabukas mo na 'yang trabaho baka magkasakit ka," Mom advised me over the phone.
I grabbed my coffee and sipped on it before I leaned on my swivel chair. "I'm fine, mom. I just have to finalize the reports for this month's profit, and I'll sleep once I'm done."
"Gusto mo bang papuntahin ko si Nanny Fe d'yan sa resort para may kasama ka? I thought you were afraid of ghosts, baby?" Dagdag pa ni mom.
I stared at Gellian, who was sleeping on the couch wearing a pair of Lion Pajamas. "I'm more afraid of the King of the Jungle." then I smirked.
Matapos ang pag-uusap namin ni Mom ay dahan-dahan akong lumakad palapit kay Gellian. Gaya noon ay malakas pa rin itong humilik. Umupo ako sa gilid ng couch at pinagmasdan siyang mahimbing na natutulog.
"Sabi ko naman sa 'yo wag ka nang pumunta, eh. Sanay naman na akong mag-isa..." I whispered while brushing his soft hair with my fingers.
He gently opened his eyes and grabbed my hand. I bit my lower lip when he kissed it, looking at me with his blazing eyes. I couldn't move. This man knows how to shake my reflexes.
"Hindi na kita hahayaang mag-isa, Zein. Nawala man ako ng anim na taon, hindi ka nawala sa puso't isip ko. Baka ikamatay ko kung mawalay pa ulit ako sa 'yo." Pain was evident in Gellian's voice.
Umiwas ako ng tingin nung maramdaman ang luhang nagbabadyang umagos mula sa aking mga mata. Marahan niyang hinawakan ang aking pisngi para iharap akong muli sa kanya.
"I still love you, Zein." He sincerely confessed.
I swallowed the lump in my throat. My heart screams ecstasy and pure bliss. I haven't had this feeling for a long time, and it's odd that after all those years have passed, he's still the cause of my long-desired happiness.
Gellian cupped my face in a gentle manner. "Push me away if you want me to stop," he said in a rough voice before he got closer to me.
"Huh–" Napatigil ako nung walang pasabi niya akong hinalikan.
My eyes widened from shock, and my whole body was stiff. I don't know what I should do. My hands suddenly gripped onto his shoulders when his tongue started to enter my mouth.
"Did I steal your first torrid kiss, baby?" My eyebrows furrowed after I heard him chuckle.
"Y-you're not my first kiss, though! I'm just s-shocked. T-that's why I didn't respond, but... I'm good at it." I lied.
He must have noticed that I was bluffing. That's why he chuckled again. I couldn't believe that I would say that. My competitive side is on again and I don't want to lose to him.
"Show me how good you are then," Gellian said as he removed his pajama shirt, revealing his muscular chest and solid abs.
I wrapped my arms around his nape before I sat on his lap. Intently looking at his eyes, I close the distance between us when I move my face closer to him. He bit his lower lip and savoured me hungrily.
Mabilis niya akong pinahiga sa couch nang hindi kumakawala sa aking labi. His hands traveled down my legs, which sent a volt of shivers around my body. I was gasping for air when he started to unbotton my nightie shirt.
"Hmm... Gellian," I moaned as his kisses moved from my lips to my neck.
Tinakpan niya ang bibig ko at ngumisi. "Don't make a noise, baby. The resort's guests might hear you."
I shyly nodded in response. Gellian held my chin, causing my lips to part before sucking on it again. He left me breathless. I just found myself rubbing his hard chest as he towered his body over me. My eyes widened when I felt his hard thing poke my tummy.
"Baby, you have no idea how hard I tried not to leave the shoot after you called me daddy." He mumbled.
"W-why?" I shrugged when his hands roughly squeezed my ass.
"It turns me on, baby. Call me Daddy again and I'll make you stay awake until morning." Gellian warned me before he took off his pants, making his Hanford White boxer brief exposed.
I gulped upon noticing his bulge. It's huge and it's very proud. I'm starting to get worried about myself if he really meant what he said.
"Dzad—"
Hindi ko natapos ang aking sasabihin nung tumunog ang aking cellphone. Dali-dali ko siyang tinulak at tumakbo palapit sa table para kuhanin iyon.
Napakapit ako sa aking buhok matapos kong mabasa ang reply ni Levi sa aming group chat.
