Isabella wakes up to sound of her alarm for 7:13, "Okay...what's on the docket for today?" she looks through everything that needs to be done, and then sighs and stretches, getting up, "You can do it!"

Isabella gets some filtered water for herself and Steven.
Amethyst pops up, raw eggs on her eyes, "You really gonna skip the most egg-ssential meal of the day?"
"Of course not. I've got all my morning nutrients in this protein shake. I made one for Steven too." Isabella walks off with the two water bottles.
"..." Amethyst pokes the yolks to make them leak, "Isa, you're making me sad."
Isabella calls for her brother, "Steven, get your things, bro!"
"Got them!" Steven rushes downstairs.
"Steven. I packed everything you're gonna need for today in your cheeseburger backpack." Garnet holds up the bag.
"Uh, I don't really use that anymore. Besides, I packed my own bag." Steven told her.
"At least pet these cats." Garnet opens the bag, Cat Isabella and Cat Steven coming out to meow.
"Why was I going to need..." Steven sighs, "Never mind. Gotta go."
"Hold it." Pearl stops the two siblings as she checks her phone, "According to my weather application, it's going to snow all day and overnight. You're going to freeze if you don't put on a puffer, a hat, and two scarves. Better make it three."
Isabella shakes her head, pulling the scarfs around her down, "Pearl, we need to get going!"
"But classes don't start for another couple of hours." Pearl points out as siblings grabbed their car keys.
"Wait for us." Garnet told them, "We can head over together."
"Why are you taking the cars anyway? We have the warp technology." Amethyst slurps the eggs off her face.
"It's because we've got errands to run in town before classes start." Steven explains, "And Belle has an early breakfast date with Lars and his parents."
"Of course. Go get 'em, champ." Garnet places her hands on the siblings' heads.
"Yeah!" Amethyst and Pearl do the same, "Go get 'em!"
Isabella and Steven look at each other, unamused.
...
Isabella arrives home, hiding her neck with a slight blush on her face.
Steven goes in, noticing his sister's expression, "I take it you and Lars had a nice date?"
The brunette blushes as she turns the lights on, "Mhmm."
"Surprise!" the Gems exclaimed as they were sitting on the couch, holding different items.
"We were sitting in the dark!" Amethyst adds.
"Hey, guys." Isabella and Steven greet, hanging up their car keys.
"Guess what we've got lined up tonight? "Pupcopter's Sky-High Adventure"!" Amethyst shows them the movie.
"Sheet masks with cute animal faces!" Pearl has a panda mask on her face.
"And, most importantly, pizza." Garnet opens up a box of pizza.
Isabella and Steven exchange a look.
"Uh, guys, I've been a vegetarian for, like, a month, and "Pupcopter" is for 6-year-olds, and I have my own skin care routine." Steven told them.
"Yeah, I'm an adult now. I don't need to watch Pupcopter or use the sheet masks. I have to have certain products for my face cause its sensitive." Isabella explains.
"Oh, yeah. You broke out that one time. It got so bad, your eyes swelled shut." Steven points out.
"Anyway, I already ate at Lars' place. And I feel kinda sleepy. Night." Isabella heads to her room.
"Anyways, it's cool. I already ate too." Steven heads to his room as well.
"Oh well. We'll just watch the movie with Cat Isabella and Cat Steven." Amethyst states.
"That's fine." Isabella calls out to her.
"My bad. I was sure we were in the pepperoni timeline." Garnet closes the box.
...
The next day, Isabella wakes up a little later than usual. She shrieks, "We are gonna be late for everything!!!" she rushes down the stairs, quickly preparing her protein shake and Steven's as well, "Bro! Get down!"
"Look, you two. Together Breakfast! Just like old times." Pearl calls, but the siblings continued getting things together.
"Too much sugar for me, but thanks." Steven told her.
"And I had sweets last night." Isabella adds as she heads to the door, "Steven, I'm gonna go warm up the cars." she opens the door, but snow comes in from being flooded outside, "Nevermind. Steven, we're taking the warp today."
"Okay!" Steven heads to the warp pad, his sister following after.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you." Garnet advises before the two warp away, warping back as they are covered in more snow.
Amethyst laughs at them.
"Looks like we have to cancel Little Homeschool for the day." Steven says.
"Pearl, can you send out a mass text?" Isabella asks.
"On it." Pearl pulls out her phone.
"Hold up! Are you saying we have the day off?" Amethyst asks excitedly.
"Ooo, we can re-read No Home Boys." Pearl suggests.
"And I'll do all the voices." Garnet adds.
"No, we don't need you to read to us." Steven told them.
"Oh no..." Isabella grips her hair, "I need to sit down with the calendar. This snow-pocalyse is going to affect the third-quarter schedule!" she rushes off to get her notebook.
"Sis! Let me help you!" Steven runs after her.

The two siblings sit down, writing in a notebook.
"Man, you two had a better work-life balance when the Diamonds were trying to destroy the planet." Amethyst commented as she was sitting at the table.
"That was then. This is now." Steven told her.
"It's called growing up." Isabella adds.
Amethystgroans, "...Hey, you know what we haven't done in a long time?"
Isabella keeps writing things down, uninterested, "Huh?"
Suddenly, Amethyst shapeshifts into a young version of Steven back when he was 14 and jumps on the table, "ISABELLA AND STEVEN TAG!"
"Aah!" Steven rolls backwards, taking his sister with him so the two can avoid the Gem's hand, "Amethyst, what the heck?!"
"We're not in the mood to play. We have a ton of work to do." Isabella told her.
"You know the rules, buster. You get tagged, you have to turn into Isabella or Steven. Your choice."
"But I'm already Steven!"
"And I'm already Isabella!"
The two siblings gesture to themselves.
"Nah. Classic Isabella and Steven." Amethyst gestures to herself.
"Classic Isabella and Steven?! Aah!!" Isabella and Steven dash to the bathroom, shutting the door and locking it before setting a towel down to block the Gem from shapeshifting in.
Amethyst laughs, "Isa-abe-llla! Ste-e-ve-en! Come out and Pla-a-ay!" she continues laughing as she tries to open the door.
"We're not playing." Steven told her.
"Let us get back to work please." Isabella adds.
"Aw, dang. They got me with the towel. Ugh, fine! It's not like we need you to play Isabella and Steven Tag anyway." Amethyst could be heard leaving.
Isabella and Steven cautiously open the door, looking around to find Garnet looking for something.
"Hey, Garnet. Lose something?" Isabella asks.
"It's Cat Isabella and Cat Steven. Haven't seen them all morning."
"Oh. Weird." Steven comments.
"Isabella, Steven, you should check the cabinets." Garnet advises.
"Uh, okay." Steven walks over to the cabinets, "In here?"
Garnet pets the two cats in her hands, smiling, "Yes."
"It's a trap!" Isabella pulls her brother back as the cabinets swing open, Amethyst jumping out.
"Get ready for Isabella and Steven Tag!" the purple Gem lunges at them.
"Never!"
Isabella and Steven dodge, Amethyst tagging Garnet.
"What an unforeseen turn of events." Garnet comments.
"You know the rules." Amethyst told her.
Garnet turns into a combination of young Isabella and young Steven as Isabella and Steven were tip-toeing away.
"Buh-bye!"
"See ya!"
Isabella and Steven exclaim before the woman forms a bubble around them to shield them from Garnet and Amethyst.
"You can't stay in there forever." Garnet prepares a punch with her gauntlet.
"Yes we can!" Isabella starts sprint walking, the two Gems stumbling on top of the bubble as Steven tries to catch up. She goes into Rose's room and throws them in, "Stay!" she rushes back out with her brother, the door closing, "Haha!"
"That should keep you busy for a while." Steven smiles before looking at the desk, "Maybe now, we can get these schedules done in peace."
Isabella suddenly gets a phone call, the woman answering it, "Yes? Oh, hi Lars!"
"Your boyfriend's calling?" Steven asks before gasping as he heard the temple door opening.
Garnet runs out of the burning room, "Isabella! Steven!"
The two siblings retreat behind the table.
"I need to call a time out! I'm on the phone!" Isabella told her.
"How'd you get out so fast?! Whoa!" Steven exclaims as he drags his sister, who was rapidly explaining something.
Garnet jumps over, forcing the two upstairs as they hide under Steven's bedsheets.
"Lars...this might not be the best time to call." Isabella whispers.
"Babe, I just need to tell you that-"
"Hiding under the covers, are we?" Amethyst whispers as she was underneath the covers with them.
"CAN'T A WOMAN GET A LITTLE PRIVACY IN THIS GOSH DARN HOUSE?!" Isabella shouts before falling down the stairs.
"Sis!" Steven rushes down and helps her up.
"Babe, are you okay?!"
Steven grabs his sister's phone, "Lars, we're gonna have to call you back!" he hangs up.
Pearl warps into the house, carrying a shovel, "Isabella, Steven, what are you doing?"
"Pearl!" the two siblings hide behind her.
"Has cabin fever taken hold already?"
"It's Amethyst and Garnet. They're playing Isabella and Steven Tag to mess with us." Steven explains.
"And they're interrupting my work schedule!" Isabella adds in annoyance.
"Isabella and Steven Tag? Wow! That takes me back. Well, I'm sure they-" Pearl suddenly gasps, the two siblings gasping as well as she drops her shovel upon being tagged by Garnet. The white Gem keels over, Amethyst and Garnet looking at each other.
"...Hah! Jokes on you!" Steven points.
"Pearl doesn't shapeshift!" Isabella adds.
Suddenly, Pearl shapeshifts into a young Isabella, "The power of Isabella and Steven Tag compels me!"
Garnet and Amethyst giggle and cheer, proud of the Gem's development as they toss her into the air.
Isabella and Steven chuckle.
"Wow. Good for her."
"I know. I'm so proud."
The three Gems turn to them, their eyes glinting.
Isabella and Steven run around the house, trying to get away from them. It got so bad to the point where the siblings had to jump out the window into the snow to hide away.
Steven sighs, "They can't hold those forms forever."
"Look, let's just wait until-" Isabella cut off as something smashes the snow behind the two siblings. They look up to see a familiar fusion, but with the forms of young Steven and young Isabella, "Sugilite?!"
The fusion grins as she twirls her flail, standing on top of a snowy rock.
"What?! You fused?!" Steven asks before he and his sister run when the fusion leaped down.
"Hey! This is dangerous!" Isabella summons her shield to use it as a ski to go across the snow faster. She grabs her brother and places him behind her.
"Watch out!" Steven points up, his sister dodging raining snowballs.
Isabella spots another fusion up ahead in the forms of young Steven and you g Isabella, "Sardonyx?!"
"We're still not playing!" Steven shouts while the fusion smiles widely.
"Seriously stop!" Isabella adds as she swerves to evade the continuing onslaught, losing control as she and her brother fly off.
Opal stands on top of the house, her form as the two siblings as well as she uses Garnet as the projectile to tag the two siblings.
"Target acquired." Garnet says as Opal lets go, the fusion crashing into the figures, but..., "It was snowmen...with Isabella's and Steven's jackets. Noooooooo!"
Isabella and Steven shiver as they hide away.
"We're gonna get sick if they keep this up. They need to stop." Isabella sneezes quietly.
"They'll never stop until they make us play." Steven told her as he gets into a fighting stance.
A shadow falls on them, the siblings turning around to see Alexandrite in their forms, "Oh, geez." the fusion breathes a fiery flame at them, the siblings summoning a giant bubble to protect themselves.
"You would seriously try and burn us?! I'm at my final straw!" Isabella glares at the fusion.
"We really didn't want to do this. But you leave us no choice." Steven adds.
The two pose, scowling, "WE JOIN THE GAME!!!" the fusion smiles at this as the two siblings bounce off Alexandrite's head, heading to the slope of the hill and dodging the fusion's attempts to tap them in the process. The siblings jump up to the lighthouse peak.
"There's no way she can catch us here..." Steven told her.
"Steven, there is a way." Isabella points ahead as Alexandrite unfuses, Ruby being shown as a young Steven and Sapphire being shown as a young Isabella. Three of them act as a bombardment for the siblings to avoid.
Isabella and Steven form bubble fists, glaring, "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!" the duo blast through the bombardment, landing successfully on the roof of the lighthouse and staring down menacingly.
"You shouldn't have messed with us." Isabella says before gasping as she and Steven get tagged by Sapphire.
"Tag."
The two siblings fall off the lighthouse.
"Oh, no. Is this the end of our adult life?" Steven asks as the two land in the snow.
"Ha ha!" Amethyst points as Isabella looks unamused.
"Sapphire, you did it! You're the best!" Ruby exclaims as the two fuse back into Garnet.
"You've been tagged."
"You two have to tuuurn into little Steeveeen and little Isaabeeellaaa!" Amethyst trails off.
"Those are the rules!" Pearl sings slightly.
"Hmph." Steven crosses his arms, "No."
"Never in a million years." Isabella smirks to herself, "Especially, since physically, we are older than the three of you."
"Do it! Do it! Do it!" Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl chant.
"You can chant all you want, but unlike you three, Steven and I are mature." Isabella crosses her arms.
Cat Isabella and Cat Steven appear, meowing.
Steven sighs, "Et tu, Cat Isabella and Cat Steven?"
The cats meow again.
Steven groans, "OKAY! I'll go first!"
Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl watch as Steven shapeshifts into his younger self, "He's so cute!"
Steven stands up, "No, I'm not! This is tough for me and Belle, you know? I-I feel like no matter how hard we try, you still see me like this!"
"And me..." Isabella shapeshifts into her teen self, "Like this!"
"Isa, Buddy, we just want to spend time with you." Amethyst told them.
"Yes, like we did when you were-"
"Kids?" Isabella and Steven cut Pearl off as the three Gems look at them in concern.
"We don't wanna disappoint you, but this isn't us anymore." Steven told them.
"Please, we need you to see us..." Isabella starts to say as she and Steven shapeshift back to their adult/teen selves, "...for who we are now."
Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl hug the two.
"Please forgive us."
"We didn't mean to hurt your feelings."
"We just miss you."
Steven's eyes well up as Isabella smiles.
"We're sorry." the trio say in unison.
"We've missed you, too, guys, and, you know," Steven sighs, "it was actually pretty nice to spend time with y-y- Ah-choo!"
Amethyst hands over the two jackets.
"Thanks, Amethyst." Steven slips the jacket on.
"Thank you." Isabella puts her jacket on as well.
"Isabella, Steven, we're so proud of the person you've become." Garnet told them, giving them a thumbs-up.
"Yeah, that's why we wanna hang out with you so bad!" Amethyst has stars in her eyes.
"But, if you need to get back to work now, we'll understand." Pearl told them.
Isabella smirks, "Well, we can't because, tag, you're it!" she and Steven tackle Garnet to the ground.
"Ah ha!" Amethyst points and laughs.
Garnet chuckles, "I guess, we have to update the game..." she turns into a combination of the two siblings in their current forms, "to this."
"Yeah! I love it!" Steven exclaims.
"Me too!" Isabella adds.
"Perfect." Garnet summons her gauntlets, "Now, you all better run."
"Ha ha!"
"We'll give a little headstart!"
The group runs down the hill, playing for the day as Steven rolled down the hill, taking his sister with him as the two laughed.

The next day, Isabella and Steven both get into the same car and drive with the Gems and the two cats, the snow nearly gone.
