"what do you think you're doing right now?" I whisper-yell at him
He says nothing but just keeps looking at me
"Can you stop looking at me?" I tell him
He doesn't stop
Istg I am going to hit him
"Nikolai-" I say but am interrupted by him slamming his lips into mine
My body reacted on its own and started kissing back. Without breaking the kiss he walks us over to my bed and quickly lays me down on the mattress.
My hands go to his hair and tugs on it causing him to groan.
Before anything else could happen he pulls away and dosen't look me in the eye.
" Nikolai-"
" fuck that was a mistake" he uttered
"What" I whispered
" it was a mistake I shouldn't have kissed you now or back in the classroom " he confessed
"What the fuck is wrong with you. How do you kiss someone not once but twice and then say it was a mistake " I seethed
"It was just a kiss it wasn't anything special it's not like we liked each other or something," he said emotionless
"Get the fuck out. " I say without looking at him with tears threatening to fall
"Vale-" he starts but I interpret him
"I said get the fuck out or else" I snapped
"I am sorry," he says before leaving
I wait a while until I hear the door close
Why the fuck am I even crying I don't even like him.
I hear my door open
"Didn't I tell you to get out -" I uttered
"It's me, Vinnie"
"Oh hey Vinnie, " I say trying to be confident
"I heard what happened" he confessed
"Oh." is the only thing I say
" it's not a big deal -" he cuts me off with a hug
"I know it hurts but remember you don't need anyone but yourself," he says
"You're right but it still hurts" I mutter into his chest
"You'll be alright. You are the strongest person I know" he comforts

My heart hurts seeing her cry but it had to be done.
I didn't mean anything said.

God, she was the best thing to happen to me.

The reasons why I said that thing to my ангел was because a few days after I kissed her for the first time I received a letter
Flashback
I just got back home from a mission when I see my office door cracked open.
I quickly grab my gun from my back pocket and point it at the door.
Slowly I open my door and look around until I see that it's safe
I put my gun in my back pocket and sit at my desk ready to do some paperwork when I spot a letter.
I open it and some photos come out, I'll look at them once I read the letter.
I start reading and am overcome with rage
"watch out Nikolai we're coming for you better watch you're back because I am coming to take everything away from you.

I crumble the paper up In anger. I pick up the photos and am shocked
They were photos of my ангел and me making out in the classroom.
I slam my hands into my desk
Fuck. Someone's coming after my ангел.

It's been a couple of days since my family left and that means I have to go back to work
Being a mafia don and a father is so hard sometimes
Especially when it's a Saturday and instead of hanging out with my kids , i am buried in paperwork
I am disturbed from my thoughts when I hear a knock
I put my serious face on and say come in
"Hey dad," Vinnie says
My face softens
"Hey vin do you need anything," I ask
"Actually I came to talk to you about Valentina" he confesses
"What about Valentina?" I ask worriedly
"Well I think we should tell Valentina about the mafia. I think she deserves to know" he suggested
"You're right we should tell her now. She deserves to know " I agreed
"I'll pass the word on to the others " he replied
"Alright see you at dinner" I say
"Hey dad," he asked
"Yeah ?" I question
"Valentina won't leave us. She may be confused maybe even angry at first but she won't leave " he says before walking out
Yeah, she won't leave.
