hey yall, um so here are some deleted scenes that didn't make it in because they didn't fit with the plot but are still pretty cool and yeah.
this scene was going to take place in chapter 12, where Evan and Connor are at the Orchard together

"Whatthefuck, Hansen?"
"Whatthe,thefuck, Connor?"
"Wait, this makes the... 2nd time we've encountered each other here?"
"Yea, yea i think so?"
"Well, at least this time you're not unconscious on the fucking ground."
"Haha yea,,"
Shit, this was the last thing Evan needed right now. He hadn't even looked at Connor yet, he was just staring at the taller teen's shoes.
"So, you uh, Come here often?" Connor said, not liking the silence that had fallen between them.
"Well, considering i come here, come here um whenever i'm stressed, yea I uh come here quite often."
Connor laughed, "haha same." he paused, "um about today, in the hallway and in the computer lab..."
Connor ran a hand through his hair. He couldn't do this. He hadn't apologized for anything in years.
"Look, I didn't mean to be so fucking rude. I-" he paused again, "you're actually really cool and i want to be friends with you...if you don't mind being friends with the school edge lord."
Connor winced as he finished the sentence. This was a bad idea. He looked down at Evan to see his reaction, which was a mistake. It's not that Evan looked disgusted, or anything. Nonono, it was just the afternoon sun shining through the tree tops and it lit Evans face beautifully.
Connor turned away from the shorter boy before he died of overheating. Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfu-
"That'd be, that'd be nice." Evans voice pierced Connors thoughts.
"What?" Connor replied.
"ahhhImSorryImSorry, youwere, you were probably joking about being my, about being my friend and i thought you were, you were being serious im sorry."
"Woah woah Hansen slow down. I was being serious. I do want to be your friend. I just need to know if you want to be mine." Connor gave a slight smile at the end.
Evan finally looked up at the taller teen. Which he regretted ever so slightly. The sun was shining slightly behind Connor, which made his hair look auburn and amazing. It was so fucking pretty.
Evan felt his face get hotter. Cause like, Evan knew Connor was hot. Everyone with eyes knew that. He just didn't know Connor could be so beautiful. Connor looked so kind with that slight genuine smile on his face, completely different from the Connor Evan saw in the hallway.
If being Connor's friend meant Evan could see this more often, then hell yea. They're fucking besties now.
"Oh, ye-yea, i would love to be your friend Connor." Evan returned a smile
"Shit, well why didn't you just say so Hansen?"
Evan laughed slightly, and a silence fell over the two boys. Connor rocked back and forth on his heels,
"So uh what now?" Connor began.
"We could um, we could talk?"
"True true. About what though?"
Evan shrugged, when suddenly a thought hit him,
"Wait, why did you um, why did you never text me?"
"Right, shit. well, " Connor ran a hand through his hair, "since, on that day, i got home later than usual, my parents took away my fucking phone, so I wasn't able to text you."
"Ohhhh, that makes a lot of, of sense."

this next scene was going to be chapter 16, but alas I lost interest and never finished it

Once they were out of the parking lot of the roller skating palace and were back on the main road, Jared asked,
"So where do you guys want to eat?"
"Uhh, I don't know...Connor?" Evan added.
"I have no clue, I'm indecisive as fuck." Connor finished.
Jared sighed, "yall wanna go to mcDonalds"
"Sure, why the fuck not." Connor replied laughing
Evan and Jared laughed with him as Jared put 'McDonalds' into google maps. The three of them continued listening to musical songs on the way there, attempting to hit notes that were well out of their vocal range.
They eventually reached McDonalds and Jared pulled into the drive-thru, asking Evan and Connor what they wanted.
"So what do you guys want?" Jared asked.
"I'll have a ummm.... 10 piece McNugget," Evan started, "Also Jared, since you payed for the roller skating, Ill pay for this." Evan finished handing a wad of cash to Jared.
"Sounds good to be," Jared said, accepting the wad of cash, "what about you Connor?"
"Ill have the same thing as Evan." Connor stated.
Jared nodded and cranked the volume of the music back up until they reached the part of the drive-thru where you put your order in. Jared put their orders in, with jared getting 2 McChicken sandwiches. They got their food and Jared pulled out of the drive-thru, handing the food to Evan and Connor.
"Here you go, kind sirs." he said in a fake British accent.
"Don't ever do that again." Connor said as he got his food.
Evan laughed at their banter, and the other boys joined in.
"Say, it's still pretty um, early, it's like only 6pm...Do you guys wanna do something before we head, head home?" Evan questioned.
"Sure," Jared said, "How does the mall sound?"
"Ooo, yeah that sounds like fun!" Evan added.
"Sounds good to me." Connor finished.
Jared grinned and began driving towards the direction of the mall, needing to get onto the freeway, while all three of them ate their food.
All three of them were singing along to the song that was playing, Blue from Heathers. Because that song is fucking hilarious. Though because they were all so immersed in the music...
They didn't notice the jackass driver ahead of them.
Evan was the first to notice, "JARED CAR-"
Jared couldn't hear him.
Connor noticed as well, "JARED YOU DUMBASS LOOK AT THE ROAD!!"
That caught Jared's attention, "what-" he focused his attention to the road, a driver who was probably drunk was driving at the head on, "OH SHIT-" Jared aggressively tried to swerve out of the way while all three of them were screaming and-
CRASH-

All three of them blacked out from the sudden impact. The car's airbags activated too late, which didn't affect Connor or Evan, since there wasn't anything close enough to hit their head on, thanks to their seatbelts.
Jared though, wasn't as lucky. If the car's airbags were intact, then maybe he could've gotten out with a few broken ribs at worst and minor bruising at best...
Instead he had hit his head on the stearing wheel.
But at least he was blacked out so he couldn't feel the pain, that's good...right?
Connor was the first to regain consciousness, being woken up by the loud blaring sirens of the fire department, he wearily opened his eyes, feeling impossibly tired. He was tempted to close his eyes again, before he rememberd the reality of the situation.
Connor bolted upright, groaning at the pain in his torso. Connor wasn't too worried about the pain, it felt like minor bruising, which would heal up soon. What he was worried about though, were his two boyfriends that hadn't woken up yet.
Connor unbulckled his seatbelt and moved so he could get a better look at Jared and Evan, who were in the front seats. Both of them were still knocked out, Evan's head was leaning against the car door window, while Jared's was resting on the stearing wheel and oh shit, was that blood?
"Fuck fuck fuckfuckfuck-" Connor began, carefully lifting up Jared's head to inspect the damage.
Connor first checked Jareds pulse making sure he was alive, he was. Thank cod, Connor moved on to checking the damage on his face. There was a large bruise on Jared's forehead, and blood was dripping out of his mouth onto the floor.
'That can't be good' Connor thought to himself, but he had no clue what he could do to help Jared, reluctantly he turned his attention to Evan, who was in much better condition than Jared.
The blonde was breathing and didnt seem to be suffering from any fatal injuries, Connor sighed in relief. He was just glad that they were both alive. For now at least.
Connor was startled by the sound of the car door opening. He turned to see who had opened it. It was a firefighter. Oh shit, was he in trouble?
"Alright kid, im going to need you to leave the car." The firefighter stated and Connor realized that, 'oh yea, he was in a severe car crash.'
Connor did as the person said and left the car, he was then asked questions about what happened.
"And, do you know the other two people in the car?"
"Yea, they're my boyf-" Connor stopped himself, "riends, friends. they're my friends." He said awkwardly.
