Before I had time to read the note, I recieved a text.
It was from an anonymous number
I opened it and it was attached to a picture
From: Anonymous
Does this look like 'just friends'? I'm sorry
I opened the picture and saw something heart breaking
No. This could be fake. Or-or they accidentally kissed eachother
But she's wearing the same clothes she's wearing today.
But if this is real, why would she do all this for me?
Why would she set me up with Austin again while this happened?
Looking at it, It broke my heart to see it's a picture of Ari and Austin kissing in my doorsteps
Wh-what's going on?
Everything started spinning
Maybe this was an accident
No it cant be because Austin's arms are around her waist and cupped her face
But I thought they didnt like eachother anymore.
I thought Austin loved me.
I thought Ari is my best friend.
Tears started streaming down my face as I shook my head rapidly
Not even bothering to open the note, I ripped it into tiny pieces and threw it away, making the wind blow it towards the sky
I wiped away the tears and took in a deep breath
They aren't worth my tears
Taking off my heals, I started thinking
Too much thoughts going through my head at once.
I stared at the rose, admiring it's beauty.
A small smile crept on my face, but slowly faded away knowing this was from Austin
I dropped it in the sand and walked away
Austin already caused me enough pain
Took away too many tears from me.
He isn't worth it anymore.
And as for Ari, she can have him.
I knew she still loved him
It just hurts how she pretended she didnt and hurt me this way.
No, Im not gonna call anyone to pick me up
i don't want to talk to anyone.
I just want time to think.
But I can't help but let out a small tear.
I actually thought all this was real
I'm not going to waste my tears on people dont deserve it
No matter how hurt I am
No matter how much I get hurt by this one boy, I can never get use to this feeling.
I got my phone and opened the picture again

I replied and threw my phone near the rose
Not caring what'll happen to it
Didn't I just forgive Ari for 'accidentally' kissing Austin?
Maybe this was meant to be. Maybe me and Austin were never meant for eachother. Him and Ari was.
I shrugged and started walking away in silence
Looking up at the stary sky
Trying to calm myself down
Having no idea where Im going, but i dont really care.

I've been waiting for over an hour for Becky to arrive.
The candles are already burnt out
I got up following my trail of roses that were meant for Becky
That's when I saw the rose on the ground, as if someone just dropped it
But next to it, I saw something shining
I picked it up and saw it's a phone
The case had a picture of me and..... Becky?

What is it doing here?
I unlocked it and saw a picture that was never meant to be taken
A mistake
I dropped it with tears coming down
