I felt a rush of relief when Jungkook lets me go but my eyes tremble on the amount of blood dripping on the floor, I hide my hands behind me "I think I remember now, you took my charger"
"it's in my apartment, not hers."
"Ahh, I'll pass by your apartment later then" Taehyung said to Jungkook who was smiling as he walked towards the door "Sure, I'll be going somewhere, I'll see you another time, love" he said to me and vanished from my sight right after
After noting that we were alone Taehyung approached me and I stepped back "wait"
But he didn't hesitate to reach behind me and grab my bleeding hands, ignoring my mute pleas to not
"T-Taehyung, you'll get dirty" before looking around for something to stop the bleeding.
Because I don't have any first-aid kits, he had no other alternatives but to use tissues instead "fuck" he cursed as it didn't seem to stop, and his hands were going red from the work "Stop, your hands are getting dirty" I remarked.
"Are you all right now?" he questioned, his face suddenly drawn with concern. "You're bleeding like crazy, crap. What did he do to you?" he asked, gasping loudly from the scene before him.
He sighs "It's alright if you won't tell me, I'm not pressuring you or anything" he eventually lets out a breath of relief after he stopped the bleeding for the time being.
"Let's go" he touches my shoulder and pushes me forward gently "where are we going? and weren't you sick?" I asked, concerned about his condition
"I can manage it for now. I just had to see you when Jimin told me Jungkook injured you" he opened his car for me to enter and slams it shut right after
he started the engine and we drove off "and I'm glad I did"

I stand in front of the remarkably large house of their friend Kim SeokJin, which Jungkook didn't bother introducing me to
"Hyung, can I burrow your first-aid kit again?" Taehyung asked politely to the decent looking man who just opened his door
his eyes lingered on me as he asked "why?"
"Jungkook hurt her again" softly he raised my hand to show the jewels of red punctured deeply by the thorns from the rose and the manpower Jungkook exerted for it to bleed
"oh, Tzuyu, this is Jin Hyung, the oldest in our circle"
"hyung, this is Tzuyu, Jungkook's girlfriend" from the look in his face I knew he had so many questions in mind but decided to push it away instead, he gave me a smile and bowed "it's nice to meet you, come in"
the house was monstrously wide and neat, though, I saw a lot of pink "take a seat" taehyung took me to the couch next to him and said "if ever I'm not around you can come here if Jungkook does things to you, he hates coming here"
Jin came back and placed the first-aid kit next to Taehyung and he instantly started to treat me "it's all psychological, those who scream their words fall silent to those who don't tolerate such crude remarks"
he puts some ointment on the fresh wound and I hissed "ouch" he looked back at me and stammered "I'm sorry"
I knew Jin was staring at us as he sat on the other side of the couch, I felt Taehyung trying to be more gentle with touching me and it warmed my heart, how those slim calloused fingers of him glided over my skin like feathers
"thank you" I muttered when he was all done
his hand settled on top of mine and he lifted his head to ask me "for what?"
"for everything you've done for me" I knew he cared about me, he was concerned every time Jungkook was around and doesn't hesitate to ask me what I'm feeling right after
"I don't know how to repay you" our eyes met and he seemed to be lost, dry for a response he can't think of
"Taehyung?"
he came back to reality and looked away while laughing, he caught Jin's menacing stare and he lets go of my hands and clears his throat "I'm doing this with nothing in return, it's fine"
he stood up all of a sudden and hit his knee on the coffee table due to his rush of movements, he grunts in pain causing Jin to burst out in laughter
"I bet you two are hungry so wait here, I'll cook you up some five star meal worthy dishes from the one and only" I look back at Taehyung and laugh "you're so tense"
for some reason he kept glancing back at the kitchen's direction to where Jin disappeared to, I actually hoped going to him to ask where the bathroom is so I stood up
"I'll be back-omo" he grabs my arm tightly and spins me to face him
grasping my shoulders, he stared right into my eyes "just a moment" at my nod, his taut shoulders relaxed and he slumped down
leaning forward he placed his forehead above mine and dragged his hands all the way from my shoulders to my hands and intertwined our fingers, leaving behind goose bumps in it's way.
"I still believe up till now no one would ever be deserving of you, not even me" he said, almost blinking back his tears
"but is it too much to ask if I said I want to be that one worthy for you?" he looked down at my chest and met my eyes with a mischievous glint that soon averted as he turned a beautiful shade of crimson
"I guess it is" he mumbled the last part so softly
I'd think that it was my imagination, but the high blush on his cheek and ears told me that he had said it out loud
"uh, we-we should check on.." he shyly forgets how to speak as Jin enters the room and smiles at the two of us
"food is almost done, Tzuyu sweetheart, can you help me prepare the table?" wanting to get out of that tense atmosphere I nod and run towards him
we were both eating in peace when Taehyung's phone beeped, when he checked it he looked at me from under his lashes
"I need to get my charger at Jungkook's apartment right now, come on Tzuyu I'll take you back" he puts his hand out for me to take when Jin puts it down
"do it your own, I'll drive her home"
Taehyung sighs in defeat and smiled at me one more time before leaving
"I am convinced my donsaeng is so besotted with you" he said causing me to question it "what makes you think so?"
"I haven't seen him touching girls other than you" Jin stated as he returned to eating, a grin on his face as he noticed my skepticism "I suppose you were his special visitor that he quietly took to my gazebo."
"what is your relationship with your lover's friend?" it was an insubstantial warning, something that took it's time before it materialized into my reality
he didn't sound angry but he was trying to intimidate me for a reasonable answer but I nothing came out of my mouth
"Makes sense. You must be the girl he fell in love with back in Busan" he insisted as he shifted in his seat
"Before he told his close friend Jimin about it, I found out about his secret first."
"I remember all to well it was me, Taehyung, and Jimin. were all there to visit Busan and Jungkook who had a little vacation there and I noticed after a while deep in the night Taehyung would disappear, he wouldn't let go of his phone as if hopefully waiting for someone's name to pop up, I realized he was meeting with someone."
he glanced at me
"was that you?"
when I had no response he smiled
"he looked so happy when all of a sudden he came crying till he would scream that he could barely breathe" he grasped a hand on his chest and squeezed it
"I knew well enough he told Jimin about his heartache not me which was somewhat offensive but I didn't push him further"
"I left him" I said in a soulful voice and put my chopsticks down, I licked my dry lips and continued
"we had something in between us while I was in a relationship" I really hate talking about this "it didn't sit right after me for a while so yeah" I summarized as much as I could
"you can come here whenever you want with Taehyung, it's safe here and besides" he smirks
"no one has to know what you two are doing behind their backs"

I woke up from something banging on my door, I groan, looking at the alarm clock and curse whoever the hell that dimmwit is "five in the morning? really?"
I groan before standing up with sleepy eyes, the painful noise of someone slamming my door intensifies second by second testing my patience further "wait"
I open the door and that person accidentally slaps their palm on my face "finally, found you."
That voice
I tried shutting the door close when he stops it with his foot, I stare at those god damn shoes and stomped on them repeatedly while nibbling on my bottom lip "ouch! yah stop!"
"Serves you right, dickhead"
I was enjoying my insults when the door swings wide open and the mad hatter snarled at me
"It's been a while Noona"
I rolled my eyes at him
"What are you doing here?"
"You're not even gonna greet your brother?" My despicable sibling named Niki says with a deadly smile.
