Third person's pov
Anika's eyes flutter open and she finds herself in a unknown room . Looking around she realises she is in a hospital .
"You are awake!",Kabir says in relief.
"What happened to me ? Why am I in hospital ?",She asks .
Suddenly something strikes in her and she quickly places a hand on her bump . She sighs in relief when she feels her 7 month old baby bump .
"You were waiting for the driver while Aditi , Naina and Ishika went to take their car while waiting for driver a car came towards you and was about to hit you but . Luckily a women pulled you before the car hit you and later you fainted",He says and then suddenly he gets angry .
"Anika who told you to stand there alone ? And that too you stood at a place where vehicles were passing closely .What if the lady wouldn't have pulled you on time? Or worse she wasn't even there to pull you?what if other people didn't noticed you that time when you were about to get hit by the car? Something could have happened to you or the twins",he says his eyes filled with tears.
"How would I have lived without you and our twins if something happened to you three",he says and tears starts falling through his eyes just thinking about if something would have happened to them .
"Sorry Kabir I should have been careful",Anika apolozies him and looks away from him feeling guitly and tears welding up in her eyes .
Kabir dosen't says anything and angrily gets up leaving the room . The tears Anika tried to control rolled down her face .
She was so guilty for her carelessness . She wouldn't forgive herself if something happened to their twins . She already lost her one baby and now she wouldn't have been able to move on if she lost their twins too .
Aditi , Ishika ,Naina , Gayatri and Pallavi quickly come inside her room after Kabir stormed out of the room angrily .
Seeing Anika cry they engulfed her in a hug .

It was the next day and Anika was getting discharged today . Whole night Kabir and Aditi had stayed with her . Kabir was not at all speaking to Anika unless necessary. She tried talking to him but wasn't successful . He was angry on her . He was helping and taking care of her but wasn't talking to her properly .
Aditi and Kabir helped her get up from the bed and went out of the room . Her discharge papers were ready .
While going towards the exit of the hospital Anika froze in her spot when she spotted someone .
"Kya hua didi aap rukh kyo gayi?",Aditi asks .
[Trans:What happened sister? why did you stopped ?]
Anika dosen't responds just stare at the person who also froze seeing Anika .
Aditi sees in the direction of Anika and froze too .
"Aaksh .....",Aditi says .
Hearing Aaksh's name Kabir became alert and as soon as he sees him his jaw clenched and fists tighten .
"Anika...",Aaksh says .
Near Aaksh was standing Akasa who Aaksh married after accusing Anika .
"Let's go",Anika says to Aditi and Kabir . She didn't wanted too face him .
But before she could go Aaksh stopped her .
"Anika wait ...",he says .
"She dosen't wants to talk to you stay away from my wife",Kabir says .
The whole country now knew who Kabir Malhotra's wife and Malhotra family's first daughter-in-law is. But then Kabir and Yash has warned the media and paparazi to not invade the family's privacy . If anyone dared too they will face the consequences.
"Anika pls wait I want to talk to you",Aaksh says .
Kabir starts getting angry and Anika notices it and quickly helds his hand which instantly made him calm.
"Just once Anika pls just once",Aaksh pleads her .
"Just once",Anika says .
"Anika I won't let you talk to him alone",Kabir says .
"Yes didi I won't too me and jiju will also be with you",Aditi says .
"Okayy",Anika says . She knew they won't let me talk to him alone as because of what he did to me in my past and because of my almost accident .
They all went out of the hospital and went near the parking lot .
Kabir and Aditi stood behind Anika at a very little distance .
"Pls maintain a distance with me",Anika says to Aaksh who agrees .
"What do you want to talk?",Anika asks coldly .
"I want to apolozie for what I did in past with you",Aaksh says .
"What will happen even after you apolozie you ruined me do you even have any idea what did I went through after you falsely accused me",Anika says angrily .
"I am sorry Anika I shouldn't have done that to you I... I was so wrong to do that too you",he says guiltly .
"It is too late now I suffered for 5 years because of you if I didn't got married to Kabir I would have still being suffering because of you",Anika says .
"I'm so sorry Anika pls I am so guilty for my actions I realised my mistake after the birth of my child with Akasa",Aaksh says .
"What about the child of you I was carrying?",Anika asks him tears wellded up in her eyes thinking about her dead child .
"I was too guilty to even face you after realising my mistake so I didn't interfer in your and our child's life",Aaksh says .
"Can I meet him/her?",he asks .
"No you can't",Anika says her heart clenched thinking about her dead child.
"Please",Aaksh requests her .
"You can't because our child wasn't even born",Anika says and finally the tears which were threating to fall started falling .
"Huh?",Aaksh was confused .
"I was 3 months pregnant when I fell of stairs and miscarried",Anika says .
Aaksh stood their frozen hearing Anika say that . Tears welded in his eyes too .
"Why are you tearing up now?Didn't you asked me to abort that baby?See now your wish got fulfilled",Anika says and looks everywhere but at Aaksh .
She notices Akasa who started tearing up too .
"Looks Like he had told you whatever he did to me",Anika says .
"He did after our child was born and I vowed I will never forgive him . He not only played you he played me too.I divorced him after that",Akasa says as a tear slipped through her eye.
"You left me for her and now because of your mistake she suffered and now you lost her too",Anika says chuckling.
"I am so sorry Anika I am so sorry I don't expect you to forgive me nor I ever will but I am so sorry for whatever I did with you , Akasa I'm sorry too for whatever I did with you too I don't deserve any forgiveness from you both",Aaksh says crying hard .
"I can't talk to you more now",Anika says .
Aaksh nods .
"Congratulations for you marriage and pregnancy",Aaksh says .
"I am happy for you",he says and heads inside the hospital .
"What are you doing here with him?",Anika asks .
"Our child Utkarsh is suffering from dengue so we have admitted him in the hospital",Akasa tells him .
"You both are co-parenting?",Anika asks .
"Yeah we are I can't keep my child away from his father",Akasa says and wipes of her tears .
Anika notices Akasa was wearing a mangalsutra .
"You got married again?",Anika asks .
"Do you remember Rohit from our batch?",Akasa asks and Anika nods .
"I met him 3 years ago again and then we fell in love and got married few months ago he loves Utkarsh likes his own and utkarsh loves him too",Akasa says smiling at the thought of her husband .
"Congratualtions",Anika congratulates her
"You too for you marriage and pregnancy are you in your 9th month?",Akasa asks .
"No 7th ",Anika replied .
"Are you having twins because you belly looks too big for 7 months old",Akasa says .
"Yeah I am ",Anika says smiling as she looks at her baby bump .
"I should go now utkarsh might be waiting for me",Akasa says .
"Btw let's meet again sometime",Akasa says . Anika agrees and both exchanges their number.
"I wish Utkarsh a speedy recovery",Anika says . Akasa smiles at her and goes inside the hospital after hugging Anika .
Kabir and Aditi were relieved that Aaksh didn't do anything and Akasa turned out a good and kind women .
Today Anika and Akasa both earned a friend .
They both were kinda similar . Both got cheated and lied the by the same person . Suffered after learing the truth . After suffering they both met their true love . But one thing wasn't similar Anika lost her child Akasa didn't .
Aaksh got his karma . Both the girls he cheated on are happy in their life While he is suffering . His wife divorced him after his own mistake. And unfortunately his one child died before even he came to this world .

Knowing their past is kinda similar .
