Extended Summary:
The Dark Lord is defeated and the Ring destroyed, but Middle-earth is not yet safe. Legolas has recently returned home but now he and his father must set out on a new quest: to clear the Brown Lands of dangerous monsters. Wynne joins their company, allegedly as their horse keeper, but with a secret mission to marry one of them – or face her mother's fearsome temper.
Follow Wynne on a humorous and adventurous journey, full of danger, sweet first love, strange creatures, new acquaintances as well as old friends: Gimli, Faramir, Éowyn, and many others.
The story is canon blind, which means it can be read without any knowledge of the movies/books.
Warnings: Drinking, canon typical fighting/violence and some making out (kissing, touching, plus a wedding night but not detailed). There will also be a case of kidnapping and nonconsensual groping.
