The next day, manik and Nandini had packed their bags and their flight was set to depart in the evening.
They bid everyone good bye and leave for the airport, Nandini was so confused as manik still hadn't told her where they were going but she was really excited.
Manik had sorted out things with karan regarding their safety so he doesn't have to worry about ahana's safety when they leave.
"Manik ab toh hum airport bhi aa gaye, now you can tell me where are we going" Nandini insists as they step out of the car taking their luggage out
"It's a surprise Nandini" manik tells her
"Manik!" Nandini whines
"Nandini" manik gives a serious look
"Fine" she crosses her arms together and starts walking inside the airport, they only look two suitcases and Nandini took her purse as manik said they were only going for a week.
They both checked in their bags and cleared all the security processes. Manik gave her the boarding passes which says where they were heading too, Nandini finally found out and they were going Switzerland which was actually one of Nandini's dream destination.
"Switzerland?!! Whattt that is my dream destination!" Nandini jumps in joy
"I know that's why I'm taking you there" manik holds her hand
"Tum itne sweet kabse ho gaye" Nandini jokes with him
"Tumhare saath reh kar" Manik replies back, Nandini chuckles.
'Attention passengers, those boarding on 6:20pm Switzerland flight could you please arrive to terminal 6 ready for boarding' The lady announces which meant the flight would take as the boardings has started.
Manik and Nandini head towards terminal 6 which was a pretty long walk but it didn't feel as long for them as both of them were enjoying their company.
They did the boarding and entered the plane, manik had booked business class tickets so they could be comfortable, it was in the corner. Nandini sat next to the window as manik sat on the outside, both of them had a smile on their face the whole time especially Nandini who was really excited to travel with manik as they finally get time alone without any disturbance.
"Nandini" manik calls her, she turns around and looks at him raising her eyebrows "hmmm?"
"Do you know what this is" he says which makes Nandini confused
"Kya? Like this is an plane, and we are going on a trip" she says
"Yeah but what do you call this trip?" Manik flirts with her
"Uhm like a holiday?" Nandini was still confused
"No you call this a honeymoon" manik says which makes Nandini unknowingly blush as she looks away smiling
"Save all this blushing when we get there Nandini, Kyunki honeymoon par Kya hota hai tumhe toh Pata hi hoga" manik winks at her flirting with her, Nandini was enjoying this side of him.
"Manik chiiii you always think about that" Nandini pushes his hand away
"Well don't you?" Manik raises his eyebrows, Nandini looks away nervously she didn't know how to answer to that, she knew she couldn't lie because manik catches her.
"Bolo Nandini don't you think about it when I—" Manik moves his hand closer to her face grabbing her closer to her "and kiss you like this" he pecks her lips which makes her nervous as hell.
"And when I give you hickeys here" he moves down a little placing a kiss on her neck, which makes Nandini breathe heavily feeling his wet lips on her neck, she could feel the strong butterflies in her stomach feeling manik so close to her.
"M-manik" Nandini says nervously "hmm" he slowly whispers and looks at her "control we are in a plane there are people around" Nandini says
Manik moves away with a frustrated look on this face "fuck man I wish there was no one here" he says back on his seat throwing his head back which makes Nandini laugh.
The plane soon takes off, the flight attendants were doing rounds seeing if someone needed anything. One of the flight attendants come to manik and Nandini and she was instantly smitten by manik, she looked at him with a flirtatious smile and completely forgetting that Nandini was sitting there beside him, Nandini looks up at her.
"Hi sir would you like anything? Any drinks or snacks? If you need anything please tell me, it will be a long flight" she says, Nandini gave her the glares as she clearly knew her intentions. Manik too knew, he was used to this attention, so many girls would come up to him trying to grab his attention.
"No thanks, but my wife here" Manik takes Nandini's hand in his, the smile on the flight attendant's face fades away "she wants a glass of water, but please make sure it's not too cold" He says
"Sure" she gives a small smile and looks at Nandini who gives her a victory smile. The flight attendant leaves from there to attend others and grab a glass of water for Nandini.
"Kaise dekhe jaa rahi thi tumhe, like you were hers or something" Nandini says with an annoyed look on her face
"Are you getting jealous Nandini" manik licks his lips
"Ya right, I am just annoyed not jealous" Nandini rolls her eyes
"Haan Haan tabhi Tum aise usko gurr rahi thi jaise uska abhi murder kardo" manik looks at her "but you don't have to be jealous, I only belong to you baby"
Nandini was surprised as he called her as 'baby' for the first time, not that she was complaining because it honestly felt so good hearing from manik, Nandini's never had a boyfriend so she never got called and she was honestly glad for that because hearing it for the first time from a man that she truely loves hit different.
Nandini smiles and grabs his arms resting her head on to his shoulder still holding on to that smile. Manik put her other hand on her hand and put his head on hers as they both dozed off to sleep like that.
Their plane journey soon ended as they reached Switzerland airport, as soon as they landed the cold breeze hit them. They knew it was going to be cold but it was freezing there, with the Christmas times around it was going in to minus. It was around 5:30pm there which meant it was getting darker and more colder.
Manik had booked in a car for the days they were staying, he collected it from the airport and both of them left to go to a house that manik had booked. It was sort of in the middle of no where but it was very peaceful. A small cottage type house located near the woods with a small lake on the right, the house had lighting around it making it look more beautiful in the snow.
Nandini and manik entered the house and were in awe, it was beautiful from inside as well with mostly wooden furniture and a nice wooden fireplace on the corner to keep them warm along with that the house already had a heater.
"Itna khoobsurat ghar aaj tak nahi dekha!" Nandini was smitten by how beautiful it was
"The bedroom is even more beautiful" manik says, they both walk inside to the master bedroom which also had another wooden fireplace and a tv on top of it right in front of where the bed was placed, there was a big cupboard near the window. There was also a balcony attached to the room although the house was a single story but it was like a grounded balcony with a table and two chairs to enjoy the view.
"Manik this is amazing! I've never seen something more beautiful" Nandini spins around and then walks to manikin
"Tumhe accha laga that's all it matters" he smiles at her, to which she reciprocates. " okay I have planned us a dinner, so Tum jaldi se ready ho jao"
"Wait hum kaha jaa rahe hai dinner ke liye?" Nandini asks him
"That's a surprise" manik says as Nandini puts up an annoyed look "manik phir se? At least tell me where so I can dress according".
"Just dress however you like, but bahar bohot hi thand hai so dress warm" manik tells her, Nandini was curious where he was taking her.
On the other hand manik was planning something big for her, it wasn't just a surprise dinner but it was more than that something that Nandini would remember for her life time. He had already planned everything with the help of some people that he knew here, Nandini had no idea what manik was planning she had no clue about it which made it more worth it.
Nandini comes out wearing a comfy turtle neck t-shirt pairing it with a skirt that was just above her knees with a stocking underneath to keep her warm, she wore boots with a little heels on them and left her hair out. Manik wore a cream coloured sweater with brown pants, honestly this was the first time he wasn't wearing black which made Nandini surprised she could not take her eyes off him as he looked handsome than ever.
"Kya hua? Cant resist?" Manik eyes her
"Uh huh no I- you look different" Nandini stuttered, manik knew whenever he flirted with her it would always make her nervous and he was loving it
"Thought I would wear different colours for a change" manik replies
"You should more often, you look really handsome" Nandini compliments him which lights up Manik's face.
"Well if I'm going out with someone as beautiful as you then I have to look some what handsome" manik replies, Nandini looks at him as her cheeks go red
"Wow manik you literally went from a monster husband to the most romantic husband" Nandini says
"So you don't like your husband being romantic?" Manik raises his eyebrows
"I'm not complaining though" Nandini blushes
"Okay let's go now" manik says, Nandini nods. He goes to her and holds her hand as they both walk out holding each other's hand. Manik could not wait for Nandini to see what he had planned for her.
