3rd Person Omniscient POV
Nightmare ran through the forests, through the nether, and through the Smp until she reached Sapnap's house. It was still late, around 4:00 am. No one was awake.
She slips the black envelope under his door and quickly leaves the Smp.
Dream and Punz lay in bed, neither able to sleep.
Dream lies awake, staring at the ceiling contemplating tomorrow.
(Don't you dare make a train of the Mask lyrics. It just blows up my notifications)
What should I say to Sapnap? He's been my best friend from the beginning but we haven't talked since the Disc Confrontation. What does he think of me now? Is he even still my friend anymore? I miss him though.
Punz sits on the edge of his bed, sharpening his sword.
Sapnap was a good friend in the past but he's changed. He doesn't seem care about me as much as he used to. I don't want to hate him, I want to understand. When I get back to the Smp, I'll work on making some friends, and of course, keeping this all a secret. I want to keep Dream as a friend this time, I won't betray him again. But I can help cause some chaos while he's in hiding, make them think he's on the loose. I just need to be careful...
Eventually, sleep overtakes them both and they fall asleep.
Y/N slips into the base quietly and changes into a hoodie and leggings.
She climbs into bed, careful not to disturb Dream and pulls out her book. Opening to the next clean page and writes down Allies at the top.

Sam?
Punz is in.
Sapnap, George, Bad, and Ant will all probably agree.
Eret and Skeppy might not.
Sam might want to fight against Dream.
He needs allies.
She closes the book and caresses Dream's pale cheek gently.
He's looks so peaceful and innocent when he sleeps. I can never imagine that he would be raining TNT down on a nation, fighting a child for the fate of a country, tormenting and killing a child, trying to gain control of the whole Smp.
Dream shifts slightly and mumbles a few words.
Y/N pulls the covers up and feels him cuddle closer.
"Y/N," he mumbles.
She freezes and turns to look at him. His eyes are shut but they flutter occasionally.
"I won't ever use the revival book on anyone, except you"
She stares at him.
"I don't want you to die" a tear rolls down his cheek.
"I love you. You're the only person I've felt this way about. I love you, not just as a friend. It's hard to explain. I feel like I want to be with you every second of the day. I don't want to lose you. Please, don't ever leave me"
He's never experienced love before.
Y/N brushes his tears away and kisses his hair.
He wakes up slowly and stares at her.
"Y/N?"
"Yes Dream?"
"Never mind," he says putting his face into her chest.
She sighs and turns off the light.
Maybe one day, he'll say that to me. I know he feels that way about me and I do too.
In the morning, Dream finds Y/N gone from the bed and Punz standing in the middle of the room, sharpening his axe.
"Morning Punz" Dream yawns.
"Morning" Punz looks up at Dream slowly stretching and giggles at his blonde hair sticking up in every direction.
Dream climbs out of bed and pulls on his hoodie and armor.
"Want to spar?"
"Sure"
They both take their positions.
Netherite armor and weapons glimmering purple.
Dream makes the first move and strikes Punz's shoulder. His sword bounces off the netherite and Punz pushes him back. Punz swings his axe but a hand grabs his wrist before it can make contact.
"Breakfast is ready" Y/N says and releases his wrist.
Dream and Punz follow her into the living room where three trays of eggs, bacon, toast, and fruit sit on the table. They each take one and eat in silence.
Punz then goes to his room to finish packing while Dream goes to practice in the training room.
Y/N pauses in Punz's doorway and watches him.
"Don't forget this," she walks over and places something in his palm.
A white braided bracelet with a metal charm with the letter P on it.
"Thanks" he gives her a hug. "While I'm in the Smp, I'll report to you what's going on and maybe cause some destruction while I'm at it" his eyes twinkle mischievously.
"Just be careful, you can't get caught"
"I know," he says. "I won't"

The rest of the day is normal.
As night falls, Punz has everything packed and Dream prepares to face his ex- friend.
Y/N makes dinner and they all sit, waiting for 10:15 pm to hit.
As the clock strikes 10:15 pm, the exit the base and moves swiftly through the forest to the clearing.
"I thought you were supposed to watch from afar" Dream whispers.
"I changed my mind" she whispers back.
They quietly approach the clearing, Dream and Nightmare's masks stand out against the bushes.
In the middle of the clearing, Sapnap sits on the grass gazing at the water.
Nightmare emerges first.
"Hello Sapnap"
He bolts up and turns around.
"Nightmare, where are Dream and Punz?"
"Right here" she gestures for them to come out and they both emerge from the darkness.
Sapnap gasps and stares at them.
Nightmare moves off to the side until she's leaning against a tree.
"Don't mind me" she comments.
Sapnap's eyes stare at Dream's mask and he stares back.
Dreams finger fumble to undo the mask straps and drops the mask to his waist.
Sapnap stares into the emerald green eyes of his former friend.
"Dream" he rushes into the blonde's arms and they embrace.
His hands go to Dream's shoulders and smiles.
"I'm sorry for what I did to you" Dream whispers. "I should have been a better friend"
"And I should have cared more about you" Sapnap says hugging his tighter.
They finally pull away and Sapnap hugs Punz as well.
"I'm sorry dude" he mumbles. "I shouldn't have left you"
"It's okay" Punz hugs his friend back and smiles.
"We have so much to talk about" Sapnap says staring at the two men.
Dream smiles.
"Yes we do"
