I wake up with 3 more boxes in my room. I think my parents left those there while I was sleeping. I realize I'm still in my clothes from yesterday so I go change. I find it DISGUSTING that I can't shower yet but my parents promised me that they would fix it as soon as possible.
I go downstairs and see my mom making cereal for my little brother who is sitting in his green dinosaur onesie.
My dad is not there so I ask my mom where he is after I greeted her.
"He's upstairs."
"Ow, ok."
"What do you want for lunch today, honey?"
"Euhm, i don't know. You can choose"
"Would you like pizza?"
"Yeah, sure!"
"OK, can you start emptying those boxes in your room then, today?"
"OK mom, I'm on it!"
I take a banana and run upstairs. I'm not even really that hungry. As I go to my room I see my dad.
"Goodmorning honey" my dad says.
"HI dad" I reply.
"I have a little surprise for you"
"Really, what?"
"Tomorrow we are going to the store to choose a color for your room"
"Awsome"
"Do you already have an idea?"
"I think beige and off white"
"Good idea"
"I'm going to start emptying those boxes in my room"
"OK, me too, and your mom will help with you brother"
"OK perfect"
My dad walks downstairs and I go into my room. There are about 5 boxes or so on the floor. "Pffff" I say while kicking one of the boxes. I have about 2-3 weeks left until school starts again. So there's a lot of work that has to be done.
