Aurora's POV
I was now finished helping Wells with digging the two graves. I felt bad for the two boys who died in the landing. They weren't even able to see how beautiful Earth is.
Wiping the sweat off my forehead, I pick up some of the clothes from the deceased boys to help Wells and follow him into camp.
"Hey where'd you two get the clothes?" Atom asks
"Buried the two kids who died during the landing." Wells said
"Smart. You know, I'll take it from here." Atom said as he tried to take the clothing from Wells and I
"We share based on need, just like back home." Wells grumbled pushing me behind him.
Bellamy walked out of the drop ship along with a girl.
"You still don't get it, do you, chancellor? This is home now. Your fathers rules dont apply" Bellamy teased. He glanced at me for a second, noticing I was holding some clothes.
Bellamy suddenly took a shirt from me before Wells could react.
"You want it back? Take it."
Wells turned around and threw the remainder of the clothes and the delinquents took in within seconds, fighting over some of it.

I was getting bored of following Wells so I snuck my way to the campfire.
Ive never seen one besides a small flame in Earth Skills class. The campfire smells good and looks even more cool then they had in textbooks.
I was abruptly grabbed from behind and heald dangerously near the fire, causing me to drop my teddy bear in the crackling flames.
My eyes started to brim with tears since it was a gift from my parents but I refused to cry in front of everyone.
"Huh? Even with her life on the line, she still wont speak, let alone scream!" Murphy laughed
"Come on man, shes just a kid..." I hear someone reason
I heard footsteps and looked up to see Wells and Bellamy.
"Bellamy! Check it out we want the Ark to think that the ground is killing us, right? Figure itll look better if we suffer a little bit first." Murphy smirks
Wells's eyes were basically popping out of his skull...
"Murphy, you son of a bitch! Let her go!" Wells yelled
He ran up to us and shoved Murphy away, then hugged me.
Bellamy looked at me sympathetically.
"You can stop this." Wells said
"Stop this? I'm just getting started." Bellamy chuckled
I was suddenly dropped when Murpy punched Wells. I winced at the sudden impact.
I watched the fight between Wells and Murphy in horror then glanced at the flames destroying my teddy bear. Bellamy followed my eyes and I could see the pity on his face.
A small smile crept on my face when Wells got on top of Murpy and threw multiple punches.
"Dont you see you can't control this?" Wells said, getting up
Murphy mumbled something as he stood up with a knife in hand.
"Wait!" Bellamy got in between them
"Fair fight."
Bellamy handed Wells a knife.
Murphy managed to cut Wells but Wells got his knife against Murphy's kneck.
"Wells! Let him go!" Clarke yelled
I smiled and rushed to her.
Octavia was limping and Bellamy instantly came to help her.
"Wheres the food?" Bellamy asked
"We didn't make it to Moumt Weather." Finn said
"What the hell happened out there?" Bellamy asked
"We were attacked." Clarke replied
"Attacked? By what?"
"Not what. Who."
"It turns out,when the last man from the ground died on the Ark, he wasnt the last grounder." Finn explained
"Its true. Everything we thought we knew about the ground is wrong. There are people here, survivors. The good news is, that means we can survive. Radiation wont kill us." Clarke said with hope
"Yeah, bad news is the grounders will." Finn adds
"Wheres the kid with the goggles?" Wells asked
"Jasper was hit. They took him. Where is your wristband?" Clarke asked
"Ask him" Wells grumbled, nodding to Bellamy
"How many?"
"24 and counting."
"You idiots. Life support on the ark is failing. That's why they brought us here. They need to know the ground is survivable again, and we need their help against whoever is out there. If you take off your wristbands, you're not just killing them. You're killing us!" Clarke lectured
"We're stronger than you think. Dont listen to her. Shes one of the privileged. If they come down, she'll have it good. How many of you can say the same? We can take care of ourselves!" Bellamy said
"That wristband on your arm? It makes you a prisoner. We are not prisoners anymore! They say they'll forgive your crimes? I say you're not criminals! You're fighters, survivors. The grounders should worry about us!" Bellamy yelled, earning cheers from the crowd

I was with Clarke in the drop ship as she was packing
"I want to go with you..." I said
The door opened revealing Wells
"There you are. When my father said they didn't leave us anything, he really meant it." Wells sighed
Clarke examined his wound from Murphy
"Its just a scratch." He said
"You're making friends fast." Clarke scolded.
"Tell me about it." I giggled, earning two smiles from them
"Keep it covered it could get infected."
I followed them around, listening to their argument.
Clarke was reassuring Monty that they would bring Jasper back and he had to stay.
"Can I come with you?" I whispered in her ear
"I'm not going to let you come with us. I dont know what I'd even do if you were do get hurt. Sorry kiddo." She smiled, ruffling my hair. I huffed,wondering when I'll be able to do something exciting.
"Since Wells and I will be going, I want you to stay with Monty, ok? We trust him. You dont have to but we do." Clarke said
I nodded and hugged Wells and Clarke before they left.
I sat down with Monty and watched him try to figure out a way to contact the Ark.
Every now and then he'd ask me to hand him something and I would but I never talked. He seemed to be concentrated so I bet he didn't mind.
I started to feel more comfortable around Monty. He wasnt bothered that I wasnt talking and respect my choice to not talk. He didn't even ask me my name.
"M-" I was cut off by the hatch opening and seeing Octavia come in along with some guy.
The guy was pulled down and Atom came up, lectured Octavia, then closed the hatch and locked it.
"Is this all you got? They locked me under the floor for 16 years just for being born!" Octavia yelled.
"Ahem. You want to keep it down? I'm trying to concentrate." Monty asked, making our presence known.

Monty came up with an idea to contact the ark. He needed to use one of our bracelets and Octavia volunteered
"He may not be my brother but every memory I have, theres Jasper. I should be out there.." monty sighed
"You're not goanna cry, are you?" Octavia asked
"Shut up. You sure about this? Your brother won't approve of you helping us contact the ark." Monty asked, making sure Octavia knew what she was getting herself into
"Hes not my keeper. Let's just do this."
Monty broke off the bracelet but it sadly died.
Octavia glanced at me
"Hey I realized she never talks and I dont know her name.." Octavia said as if I'm not in the room.
"I don't know her name nor have I hear her voice either. She only talks to Clarke and Wells. I dont know if she grew up on Alpha though." Monty replied
"Have you tried talking to her?" Octavia asks
"No? Everyone who tries to never gets an answer so I never tried to."
Suddenly the hatch was opened.
"Go on. We'll be fine. Work to do." Monty smiled
Octavia grinned and ruffled his hair before leaving.
Monty turned to me after she left,"You dont have to answer me but before Octavia came in, were you going to say something?"
I took some time to think weather or not I should actually talk. He is nice and ovbiously cares for his friends... not to mention, Clarke trusts him so I guess I can also trust him.
"Yeah. I wanted to say my name is Aurora.." I said
"I like that name and dont worry I wont tell everyone that you talked to me." Monty reasurred me
We ended up talking for a bit and I went mute for a while again since I wanted him to concentrate.

The search party was back and Jasper was brought in only he was still in bad condition..
I helped get whatever Clarke needed and left the drop ship since she told us he needs medicine and rest.
I walk out with Clarke and stare at the kids getting their wristbands taken off for food. Finn just walks up and takes a piece of meat, saying that theres no rules.
The three of us shared the meat and I fell asleep on Finn's lap.
