“Do you still love me?” Josh whispered gobbling down the packet of gummy bears.
I shrugged and opened my hidden compartment near my seat. I fiddled around with the stuff but only found the wrappers for them.
I glanced a look at josh and saw fresh chocolate stains on his top.
“Did you … eat my chocolate bars?” I said, immediately suspecting him.
“Nope, a big dog came and ate it” He said trying to hide his adorable smirk.
“A dog?” I said while starring into his big brown bear eyes.
“A big one” He said so innocently.
I rolled my eyes and just shook my head in disbelief, HE ATE MY CHOCOLATE BARS!!!

Damn. These gummy bears were good!
London was always cute when she was angry especially now with the wind blowing her hair towards me and her frown was slowing lifting into a smile.
She couldn’t be made at me because clearly it wasn’t my fault well I couldn’t help eat the chocolate, I just have this sudden urge to eat everything I can, because I have a feeling there won’t be much food in the future.

The car slowed down and suddenly stopped at a small 7-11.
“Why are we stopping?” I asked, I knew the answer I just wanted to see if she would stop ignoring me.
“Because a dog ate all our food” she said sarcastically.

I put my sun glasses on Josh and weaved my pink scarf around his mouth. It was the best disguise I had ok!
Josh and I walked into the convenience store holding hands to look like a couple. We headed straight towards the “Junk area” like usual.
“How much do you have?” I hissed.
“Umm a couple of tens” he said while counting his money.
“Really?”
“Well I couldn’t really grab my whole stash of money when the girl of my dreams barges in my hotel room and kidnaps me, Can I?” He said puffing after the sentence.

I stood there with my cheeks burning up and my mouth gaping wide open. He must have read my mind because he leaned in and kissed me and that’s when I felt the fireworks all over again. I pulled my head back and saw all the memories I had with him in his eyes. When we first met in his car and when he took me to theempty amusement park, and when he… said his good bye to me and ran... into the forest… taking the money.
A tear formed at the corner of my eye while I pulled away from him but his strong hands kept me in place. He wiped the tear away quickly with his big, muscular thumb trying not to smudge my mascara and kissed me on my forehead.
I smiled and grabbed a handful of packets of gummy bears and a dozen different kinds of chocolate bars. We headed towards the cash register, Josh holding one of my hands and helping me with the food in the other.
When we got to the cash register the Indian guy behind the counter eyes widened and his mouth was shaking. He starred a long time at Josh then glanced at something behind his back. I followed his gaze and saw Josh’s face on a wanted poster.

Why are they starring at me? Was it because I was wearing a pink, girly scarf or was it because I had a huge chocolate stain on my top? I swear if I went back to my hotel room I would have found something better to wear.
“What” I yelled because I couldn’t take it anymore. I looked at London but in the corner of my eye I saw a picture of me with big, red bold letters on top of my face it said “$3,000,000 reward.”
I looked closer at the picture and it had a summary of how London had kidnap me yesterd-
London pulled me over and whispered “Go to the car and I’ll handle him” in my ear.
I immediately did what she said while turning towards the door and saw bright, flashing lights outside.

The Indian guy scanned the food and put them in the plastic bags. I handed him a fifty note and he took it viciously.
Josh tugged on my jumper really hard and I screamed “Fucking stop tugging on it.”
But he wouldn’t stop it instead he turned me around and that’s when I saw it.
Crap! Cops were raiding Josh’s silver Porsche. How could they of-
The Indian ratted us out by pressing the “Cop button” behind the counter. I turned around and saw the guy smirking. His smirk just made me so irritated. (It wasn’t at all as close to Josh’s cute smirk)
I grabbed him by his shirt and his smirk disappeared and was replaced by a worried, ugly babies face. This made me even more irritated so I punched his big nose and let go of his shirt this made him tumble back and crashed into Josh’s poster against the brick wall. He instantly fell to ground and was unconscious.
I looked around for the emergency door (in case there was a fire door) and found it in the right back corner of the store. Josh and I took the bags and we ran off towards it.
I looked around the 7-11 shop’s corner and saw two empty cop cars. Sweet!
“Ok I found our transportation” I said trying to breathe for air. But Josh looked even more confused until I pointed at the cop car.
His eyes lit up like fire burned wood, his adorable smirk was on his face again and he kept nodding his head when he realized what I meant.
We rushed towards the police car while dragging the snacks behind us.I quickly reversed onto the main high-way making a lot of drivers angry, apparently including Josh and that’s when two amazing words came out of his mouth.
“Fuck off!”

We were about fifty meters away from the 7-11, when Josh shrieked when we heard the annoying noise of cop cars. I looked at Josh and saw his palms were sweating and he kept rocking back and forth in the leather seat.
“Eat” I yelled over the noise. He understood what I said and started chucking gummy bears down his throat. When he did this he quickly calmed down and was in his own little world where when he ate no one cared how much he ate or how he ate, I loved being in that place.

I smiled and saw a field of corn about one meter tall. I speeded into it trying to lose the cops. I swerved left and right when we found an abandon farm house.
It had a burnt down barn two meters away from the house and on the sides of the house were burnt skid marks. Josh checked the whole house to see if anyone owned it and found no trails of someone sleeping there.
I unpacked everything in the kitchen when Josh sneaked up behind me.
“You didn’t answer the question” he said while kissing my forehead.
“What question?” I said trying to stall for time. Yes I did know what question he meant.
“Do you still love me?” he asked innocently while he kissed me on the forehead.
“Of course I do. Why would I come all the way here? Kidnap you? And scream “Fuck off” at your oversized guards?”
“Maybe because you’re a crazy, beautiful woman?”
“No because I love you” I said and kissed him on the lips.
We were interrupted by “Teenage dream” which started to play, at first I thought it was my mind playing tricks on me but Josh pulled out his phone and the song got louder.

“I do, but every time I let it play, it made me think of the good memories we had together” he said while ignoring his phone call.
“Ok, but why aren’t you answering it now?” I asked
“One because it’s Melissa and two because right now is a memory I would always want to remember” He said while leaning in and kissing me.
