Today is Ashley's birthday!! I'm super excited because we get to party, and have fun, she hasn't really had fun in a while, with everything happening in our lives and I just want her to have fun today. But since our parents want to throw her a surprise birthday party we have to act like we don't care
Elizabeth's POV
Today is Ashley's birthday, so we're gonna have a surprise birthday party. Nash is supposed totally stall her the whole day so she doesn't suspect a thing.
Ashley's POV
Today's my birthday!! OMFG!! I'm so excited!
"Nashhh!" I screamed waking him up.
"Ughh. What? " he groaned because I woke him up.
"Today's my birthday dude!" I said very happy
"Okay, good. Now leave me alone and let me sleep." He said
"Bu-"
"I said leave me alone!" He said throwing a pillow at my face.
Well that hurt, maybe Hayes cares.
"HAYEESSSS!" I screamed
"Yes? Why are you so jumpy?" He laughed
"Today's my birthday!!" I jumped up and down
"Cool." He said flatly
"Cool? It's my birthday" I said angry.
"Birthday aren't a big deal in this family." He said shrugging his shoulders.
"Oh, okay.." I said and I went downstairs to my parents room.
They probably will care... Right?
"MOM DAD! It's my birthday!!! "I screamed
"Good for you honey." My mom said
"Yeah cool" my dad said
""Good for you honey" and "yeah cool" is all I get? REALLY! DOES ANYONE IN THIS FAMILY CARE THATS ITS MY BIRTHDAY!" I screamed really mad.
"Honey, birthdays aren't that big of a deal unless you're 1,5,10,15,18 with us." My mom said
"But I'm turning 16" I said
"Yes in two years honey." She said
"Unbelievable" I said ad left.

3 hours later;
Nash's POV
"Yo! Ashley get ready! We're going to the mall!" I screamed hoping she would hear me.
"Why are we going?" She said all happy.
" Hayes and I need new clothes for tour. We're leaving next week." I said
"Oh... Okay." She said with tears in her eyes
*at the mall*
I feel really bad for lying to Ashley, but I have to do it!
"So where to first?" She asked
"Aeropostale, we can get Tee-shirts there. You can probably get one or two." I said
"Hayes, what do you think about this one?" Ash said holding up a pink and purple tye-dye tank top
"It's nice, the back is cute" he said pointing to the braided back design
"Yo, Hayes try on your things so we can pay and go to foot locker." I said
_________ pass the mall time
"Nash, everything is ready so if you want, you guys can head home already" my mom called me
"We're already on our way, see you guys in 20" I said hanging up and
I'm super excited for her to see what we planned for her. It'll all be worth it at the end.
As we pulled up to our drive way Ashley was sleeping which was good because she would just go up to her room and sleep but not today..
"Hey, ash wake up, we're home" i shake her softly
"Huh? Oh we're home.." She said
"Yeah cmon don't worry about the things we'll get that later just c'mon go sleep in your bed." I said softly
We walk to the front door and I had texted my mom and she said it was good to come in.
As I opened the door ash was already falling from how tired she was,
I opened the door and everyone yelled "SURPRISE!"
Her face lit up like a Christmas tree.
"Oh my gosh! For me?!" She said with tears in her eyes.
We invited everyone from our school, and our social media friends too (vine,YouTube,etc)
"Happy birthday Ashley, you deserve all this. I love you" I told her
"Was this your idea? Omg Nash! Thank you so much! I swear you are the best brother I could ask for, I love you too!" SHe said hugging me
"Umm am I invisible?" Hayes asked
"You where in on it too? I thought you just wanted shoes and forgot my birthday! Hahaha but you are the best little brother I could ever have, and I love you too." She said
"Aww, wait I'm the only little brother you have! " he asked
"Exactly, now who's ready to party?!" She shouted to everyone.

Ashley's pov
It's about 11:45 already and I'm having so much fun! Nash really did go all out for me and I'm so thankful.
"Excuse me, everyone? Yeah hi I want to make a speech for everyone. I just want to say thank you for everyone who came out here tonight! I'm very grateful and. Thankful for this wonderful family that God chose me to have. Mom and dad thank you for giving bash the money to do all this, hahaha and thank you Nash an Hayes for doing all of this. I also want to make a toast because I really wish my little sister sky was here with us right now.. She would be turning 5 next month.. And I just want to say that I miss her with all my heart and I never ever wanted to see her go so young.. (Sniffles) anyways I love you sky! So guys lets get this party going shall we?" I say
"Hey, ash" a unrecognizable voice says
"Oh hi, Grayson Right?" I say as I turn around
"yep I'm Grayson, I just want to say happy birthday. I hope you're having a great time, and would you like to dance?" He said scratching the back of his neck
"Aww he's shy that's cute" I thought to my self
"Umm thanks and yeah you're just really pretty and I guess I got shy I've always wanted to all to you but you're too pretty and I'm shy." He said.. Did I just say that out loud? Omg.
For get that, HE THINKS IM CUTE! OMG OMG! BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!
"Oh um thanks and you shouldn't be shy. I should be the one who's shy.." Wow great way to make it awkward ash great job!
"So about that dance?" He asked
"Oh umm yes." I said taking his hand.
After we danced for a couple minutes. We just hung out by the dock looking at the moon and stars
"It's beautiful isn't it?" I said looking up
"Very." He said but he wasn't talking or looking up.. He was looking at... Me .
"Grayson can I tell you something?" I asked and he nodded
"Well ever since I met you at vidcon I always thought you where cute and very attractive and all I wanna sa-" I started
"Are you sure it was me you saw or my brother?" He asked laughing lightly
"It was you, I'm sure of it. Anyways as I was saying. I don't know if you feel the same but I never talked to you because I mean look at me I'm a 6 and you're a 10" (any 5sos fans out there 😏💘) I said
"I remember that day, you where wearing a Coldplay shirt and I tweeted "there's a cutie with a Coldplay shirt at vidcon!!" But I never go the guts to talk to you. And yes of course I feel the same way and baby girl I know that you're definitely not a 6 you're a 10 and I'm a 8." He said laughing.
The rest of the night we sat on the dock and laughed and talked about everything.
This was probably the best birthday ever .
