BIANCA was looking at her parents as if she was in a dream. She cannot let that statement, the statement where they said that she cannot come back to the village, was still burning in her chest, wanting to keep that promise. But it would seem that she was wrong.

She was so deadly wrong.

"Bianca? Will you talk with us? Or are you still mad at us, my love?" her mother, Adina was asking her as she was looking at her. She was beautiful, Bianca knew because she inherited the same rust mane from Adina.

But her eyes were blue, not like Gabriel's of course, but it was enough to make anyone on the streets as her mother walked by stop and stare. Bianca just didn't know how her father managed to snatch a beauty to himself.

Bianca clenched her jaws. "If you know the answer to that, I wish you never had to ask me, Mama," she said as she can see that Gabriel was having this look on his face, as if he was miles away and when he turned away from their conversation, she knew why.

Gabriel must have telepathic communication with his cousin as she discovered that Aaron can speak mind to mind with anyone he wanted. And right now, his cousin needed his attention. She sighed.

So much for protecting me, husband, she mused as she was looking at her father.

"What about you, Papa? Are you asking me the same thing as well?" she asked before her father was shaking his head, stepping closer to Bianca. She stood her ground.

Her father took her hands, gripping them tightly as his amber eyes, the one that Bianca inherited from him, were searching her face. Then, Cezar smiled.

"I can see that you are happy, my love. Why is that?" he asked as Bianca was snatching her hands back from her father. She didn't know why but she felt like she wanted to throw a tantrum with her parents. She felt childish but it was so satisfying when she did it.

She scoffed. "Even if I am happy, I don't see why I should be telling you, Papa. After all, you abandoned me when I lost control and if not for Gabe, I would have..." Bianca felt the lump on her throat as she cannot continue her sentence.

Then, she turned around, giving her parents her back as she knew that she needed a minute to get her emotions intact. But it was difficult when she knew all that it would take from them was a hug and Bianca would have forgiven them for throwing her out when she was running amok with her powers.

"Oh, my love," her parents cooed her, pulling her into a hug as Bianca was hugging them back, kissing their cheeks as she was sobbing silently. She missed them. She missed them so much so that her heart ached when she first saw them.

And to think that they would perish in my own making, I would never forgive myself, she thought as she was hugging them tighter.

"Now, now, Bianca. I know it was horrible of us to tell you that but we thought that you would like to come home once more. With your new husband," her mother said as she was wiping the tears that were brimming her eyes. For some reasons unknown, she cannot shed them. Bianca blinked her eyes.

"What do you mean?" she asked as her father was gripping her shoulder.

"We have been rebuilding the village and we thought that you would like to see the new set up. It was not like any other traditional village anymore for you have known your heritage. It's time for you to learn your lineage, my love," Cezar said as Bianca smiled.

"Well, thanks to Gabe, he explained stuff to me. Unlike you guys, you would not tell me a thing," she said before her parents laughed. Then, Bianca was laughing with them.

"It was supposed to be that way. Until your mate tells you the truth, we were to keep things under wrap. And now, we can come out as well," Adina said as she was showing flame that she produced with her hand, igniting on top of her palm. Bianca gasped.

"Yes, it is correct, my love. You inherited my power," Adina said, smiling before Bianca turned to look at her father.

"And your power, Papa?" she asked before Cezar was showing that he could control the stones in the church. Thankfully, no one was to witness that. Her father winked.

"Don't tell anyone but I can bend the metal to my mind as well," he said quietly as Bianca gasped.

"Are you telling me that—"

"Now, now, Bianca," Cezar said before he turned her to look at Gabriel who was losing the trance look on his face.

"It's time to tell your husband that you guys will be coming home, Go on, tell him," her father said as Bianca was walking toward her husband, knowing that they finally going home.

Gabriel's cousin, Aaron, was trying to reach him. Aaron? Gabriel asked.

His cousin sighed with relief in his mind. Thank god you answered. I have been trying for days to get in touch with you. Where are you? Aaron asked him as Gabriel was looking at his new family.

I'm in a church in Pestera village that's closed to our ancestral castle. Why? Gabriel asked his cousin before Aaron sighed.

We got a problem, he said. Gabriel furrowed his eyebrows together, turning away from the conversation between his wife and her parents.

Problem? What do you mean? I thought that bomb had killed everybody inside there? He asked as Gabriel was rubbing his dry mouth.

Aaron sighed. That bitch escaped. I turned the other round, she was there. Then, when I turned back, she was gone. God, I'm so stupid, just plain stupid! He shouted in Gabriel's mind as he was amused by his cousin's declaration. Then, Gabriel can feel Aaron was glaring at him. Not funny, Gabe.

Sorry, my apologies then, he said as Gabriel was looking at Bianca who was smiling at her parents now. I think she had heard the news of our departure then. I just hope that Aaron will be here on time, Gabriel thought before concentrating on Aaron.

Where are you? The Belmonte is here. We need to get out of this island now before that bitch comes knocking on our door, Gabriel said to Aaron who was sighing.

I know, I know. But I think I might stick around for a little to see what will that bitch is up to, he said as Gabriel was shaking his head, not agreeing with his cousin.

Aaron

No! I will not let her go again. Even we have differences, I know we can make it through. She's not as strong as she thought, Aaron said, smirking at that notion. Gabriel sighed, giving up on his cousin who has an obsession with the Huntress.

You know she can kill you, right? Gabriel asked as Aaron just smirked at him in their telepathic communication.

I know but she would not harm me. She couldn't and I know that much will keep me alive. For now, I hope, he said as Gabriel was rolling his eyes at his hopeless cousin.

You're so full of yourself, coz, he said as Aaron laughed.

Well, I am nothing without that. Look, I need to go now. I think I have to play this game between us more seriously from now on, he said before Gabriel wished him good luck and the telepathic communication was off. He was looking at Bianca who was smiling as she was coming at him. There were skips in her steps.

Bianca was beaming at him. "Did you hear?" she asked as Gabriel was pulling her closer to his body. He loved it when his wife was near him, he felt whole.

He arched his eyebrow. "About what?" he asked her but Gabriel already knew about the plan. The plan that he formulated as he reached out to his in-laws. And this time, they will be going to that secluded village that was at the thinnest point of Veil to Mirror World.

Bianca smiled triumphantly. "We're going home. My parents have been waiting for us to come home since I was transported to Sicily when I was 5 years old. And then, I went missing for 2 weeks now after my first homecoming. I cannot wait to set our new foot to our new house as well, or so my Papa said," she said with twinkles in her eyes. Gabriel smirked at her.

"They told you, did they?" he asked Bianca before his wife was smirking at him. She pointed her finger at his hard chest, poking.

"It seems to me that you forgot to mention that. That important piece of information," she taunted him as Gabriel chuckled at her.

He shrugged. "I was meaning it for a surprise,"

Bianca arched her eyebrow, smirked even more. "Oh, I was surprised but I will wait until I see it. I will make my surprised face for you by then," she said as they, together with her parents, were walking out of the chapel to their new destination, home.
