This method works best when you're really tired. Lay down in a comfy position and listen to subliminals. Imagine a white light around your body, and see your consciousness leave and going to your DR. Focus on your breathing, take deep breaths and try to control it. Try not to get freaked out and then open your eyes. Once you feel like you have shifted, open your eyes or fall asleep.
