Lay down in a star fish position and listen to subliminals. Imagine you're on an elevator going up, feel your vibrations getting higher and keep repeating affirmations. Once you feel your energy is high enough get off at any floor and when the doors open you should see your DR self asleep on a bed, go into their body and fall asleep. You should wake up in your DR.
