Laying down and listening to subliminals, visualise your energy surrounding your body and it's getting stronger. Once you've done this visualise your DR and repeat affirmations. When your vibrations are high, imagine your consciousness leaving your mind and climbing up a rope. Keep climbing until you see a portal, go through and you should see your DR self asleep on a bed. Make your consciousness go in them and you'll wake up in your DR.
