Lay in a comfortable position and listen to subliminals. Visulaise yourself in a room with stairs leading upwards, walk up them and imagine what you will do in your DR when you shift. Do that until you reach the top. Once you're at the top you should see a mirror with the reflection of your CR self. Turn around and there will be a door, open it and there should be another staircase but leading downwards, walk down and feel your vibrations rising. When you get to the bottom there will be another door, open it and you should see a person from your DR standing there asking if you're ready to come home. Take their hand and imagine you're both walking down a long black hallway whilst they're asking you questions about your DR self (age, name, gender etc.).
At the end of the hallways will be another door, when you're ready go through and the people from your DR will be standing there. Go to your bed and fall asleep in the same position you started the method in. You should wake up in your DR.
