Jeno was currently walking to the convince store along with Mark but he's been stuck in his thoughts ever since the day they went to that party, he sighed and stopped walking making Mark stop and look at him confused.
He looked over at Mark, "Heh uh... hyung can I ask you something?" He asked.
"Ok sure, what is it?" Mark asked as he stared at him confused.
Jeno looked away from Mark and rubbed his nape, "So um.. I might or might not have a crush on two people but I've only known them for two weeks so far but I don't want to say anything or show any interest in case they don't like me back, or so I don't make them uncomfortable and ruin the friendship that we have." He explained to him.
"By those two people do you mean... Renjun and Jaemin?" Mark asked, Jeno hesitantly nodded his head. "Oh, well then you like them there's nothing to be so afraid about."
"What do you mean not afraid?? What if I get rejected? What if I ruin our friendship by confessing? What if I make them feel uncomfortable? What if—" Mark cut him off.
"Listen Jeno, you're fine, they might reject you but you won't know unless you confess to them." He told the younger.
"Wow thanks a lot for the help hyung." Jeno said sarcastically while rolling his eyes.
"Your welcome," He said and patted Jeno on the back, "Now come on so we can go and get some chips." Jeno sighed and nodded then they continued walking.
They got to the convince store going inside and was greeted by the usual sight of the store; chips, candy, cup noodles and ice creams all spread throughout the store for them to choose from.
"Oh hey Mark hyung and Jeno." They turned to see who called their names and seen a boy with black hair.
"Hey Han." They both greeted him back; Han was a friend to them both since he started working there, they would come everyday and greet him and sometimes would stay at the store talking to him while he worked.
"How are you both?" He asked as he sat a box down onto the floor.
"We're doing fine, how about you?" Jeno said.
Han sighed, "I'm doing... ok." He replied hesitantly.
"You don't seem like it." Mark said as he watched him open the box and take out bags of chips and start to put them on the shelf next to him.
"Well I've been having problems with a certain crush that I have." He told them.
"Oh you and Jeno have something to relate to." Mark said as he pointed to the boy beside him.
"Having a crush is the worse." Han said and rolled his eyes.
"Yea it is pretty complicated." Mark said, Jeno turned to look at him.
"What do you mean? I can't remember the last time you've actually took an interest in somebody." Jeno said.
"Wow Jeno I have feelings you know, and just because I haven't said I didn't have any interest in someone doesn't mean I really don't." He replied and shrugged his shoulders.
"Ok so who and the hell have you taken an interest in?" Jeno asked.
"I mean it's pretty obvious to see who I've taken an interest in, but you haven't noticed it because you've been too caught up in the people you've taken an interest in." Mark told him.
"Wow, what the hell has been going on?" Han asked.
"Quite a lot." Jeno said.
"HYUNWOO STOP RUNNING BEFORE YOU FALL!!" A loud but familiar voice shouted, suddenly a little boy ran into Jeno's leg and fell down to the ground.
Jeno looked over at the little boy and showed him a smile before reaching out his hand to help him up which the little boy took and Jeno helped him stand back up.
"Are you ok?" He asked him and the little boy nodded.
"Hyunwoo what did I tell you about running around the store." Jeno looked away from the boy and at the person who just came and seen that it was Renjun.
"Renjun?" Jeno said as he watched him grab the little boy's hand; who's name was Hyunwoo.
Renjun looked up at him and smiled, "Oh Jeno, hey." He said.
Jeno felt his heartbeat speed up in his chest and felt as his face began to heat up, he looked away from him and responded. "H-hey."
Mark suddenly cleared his throat, "I'm here to you know. Hi." He said and waved his hand at Renjun.
"Sorry hyung." Renjun said apologetically.
"It's fine but who's that? Your secret child or something?" Mark asked as he pointed to the little boy who was holding his hand.
Renjun sighed, "Definitely not, he's just my little cousin I'm babysitting for my aunt today since she's busy," He explained to the older, then looked at Hyunwoo, "By the way Hyunwoo did you apologize to Jeno for bumping into him?" He shook his head no.
"Go on and apologize." He told him.
Hyunwoo let go of his hand and walked near Jeno and bowed, "I'm sorry for bumping into you." He apologized.
Jeno smiled at him, "It's alright, just don't run next time and watch your surroundings." He told him and Hyunwoo nodded and went back over to Renjun grabbing his hand.
"Oh there you two are," They all turned to the new voice and seen Donghyuck. "You two suddenly ran off."
Renjun gave his best friend an apologetic look, "Sorry Hyuck, I had to chase after Hyunwoo who ran off and ended up bumping into Jeno and Mark hyung." He explained to him.
That's when Donghyuck finally realized the two people standing in front of them, "Hey guys, when did you two get here?" He asked them.
"I'd say about a little while ago." Mark answered him.
"Oh ok."
"Ge, can I get some candy?" Hyunwoo asked Renjun.
"Sure." He said and Hyunwoo smiled.
"Hey uh Renjun." Jeno called out to him.
"Yea?"
"What are y'all doing after you leave here?" He asked him.
"We were planning on going to the park after this since Hyunwoo wanted to go make a flower crown." Renjun told him.
"Mind if we come?" He asked motioning towards Mark and himself.
"Sure, we were gonna ask the others if they wanted to come if they weren't busy." Renjun said.
"I already asked and they are not busy, they said they'll meet us at the park in probably about 15-20 minutes." Donghyuck said.
"Alright let's just get these snacks and start heading to the park." Renjun said and they all nodded.
They all got the snacks they wanted and Mark paid for them—which Donghyuck offered to pay but Mark refused—then they all left the convince store heading towards the park. They got there after about 15 minutes of walking and went inside sitting on the nearest bench.
"Ge can I get something to drink? I'm thirsty." Hyunwoo quietly asked but Renjun was still able to hear it.
"Sure." Renjun grabbed the bag and looked through it finding the juice Hyunwoo picked out for himself and took it out of the bag opening it then handed it to him.
"Hey hyungs." They all turned and saw Jisung and the other two.
"Hey Jisungie." Donghyuck said.
"Ge." Hyunwoo called out to Renjun.
"Hm?" Renjun hummed out, Hyunwoo handed him back the juice and Renjun grabbed it closing it and putting it back in the bag.
"Who's this? He's so cute." Chenle said as he looked at Hyunwoo.
"This is Hyunwoo, my little cousin I'm babysitting for my aunt today." Renjun explained.
"Can I make a flower crown now?" Hyunwoo asked Renjun.
"Ji and I can take him to the flower field Ge." Chenle told Renjun.
Renjun looked at Hyunwoo, "Chenle and Jisung is gonna take you to the flower field, ok?" He told him and Hyunwoo hesitated but nodded.
"Mark and I will go with them." Donghyuck said.
Renjun turned to look at Donghyuck giving him a thankful look before looking back at Hyunwoo, "Donghyuck will go ok?" He said and Hyunwoo nodded.
"Alright let's go." Donghyuck said getting up and gently grabbing Hyunwoo's hand as they began to walk off with Mark, Chenle and Jisung following.
Jaemin went and sat down next to Renjun as well as Jeno. "Hey Junie why didn't you want to take Hyunwoo to the flower field?" Jaemin asked.
Renjun sighed, "It's not that I didn't want to but it's just that I'm tired, I actually haven't went to sleep at all and now I have to watch Hyunwoo." He explained.
"How come?" Jeno asked.
Renjun let out a deep breath, "Just my stupid thoughts that kept me up all night." He told him.
Jaemin softly grabbed his hand making him turn to look at him, "I don't know what you were thinking about and sometimes when you can't go to sleep it's usually nothing good but I don't want to assume anything, but just know Jeno and I are here for you anytime you need to talk or want to get something off your mind. Alright?" He told the older.
"Jaemin is right Renjun, we're here for you anytime you need us to be." Jeno said.
Renjun couldn't help but smile at the two as he felt his heartbeat speed up, "Thanks guys." He said.
They both returned the smile and couldn't help but feel as their hearts pounded against their chests as they seen the smile on his face. They could already feel themselves falling for the older even more than they had already did.
"Maybe we should go find the others." Renjun said snapping the two out of their trance and back to their senses.
"Yea, we probably should." Jeno said. They all got up off the bench and Renjun made sure he grabbed the bag then they all walked off heading towards the flower field.
They made it over to the flower field and saw Chenle and Jisung happily playing with Hyunwoo as each of them attempted to make a flower crown of some sort, while Mark and Donghyuck sat talking amongst themselves occasionally looking over to check on the other three. Renjun went over and sat next to Donghyuck along with Jaemin and Jeno who also came over and sat down near them.
"He finally warmed up to them?" Renjun asked as he put his head on Donghyuck's shoulder.
"Yup, it only took Chenle a few words in Chinese—I have no idea what he said—for Hyunwoo to be comfortable around them." He explained.
Renjun yawned, "I feel like I'm progressively getting worse each day, I think my mental health keeps slipping each day." He said quietly so that only Donghyuck was able to hear him.
"Maybe you should go stay with your grandparents for a few days before anything worse can happen," Donghyuck said clearly getting worried. "Or you could stay at my house, you know I don't mind you being over."
"I know but I think it's best if I stay at my grandparents house, there's way to much going on at mine." He said.
Donghyuck could only frown, "At this rate, I think your parents might divorce." He said.
"I know. I've heard them talking about getting a divorce I think about a week ago and also like two days ago but I think they're trying to decide who's going to have custody over me once they do divorce." Renjun explained.
"I hope your mother doesn't move away and takes full custody over you, I mean it's not like it's my choice and plus that's your mother but I just don't want you to leave me. And I know the others don't as well and I know tweedle-dee and tweedle-dum especially don't want you to leave them." Donghyuck explained.
Renjun laughed and slightly shoved Donghyuck away for the names he had given Jeno and Jaemin once again, "Please, the names." He said.
"I think those are highly perfect names for them thank you very much," Donghyuck said and laughed. "But no seriously. I really don't want you to go but all we can do is hope."
Renjun sighed, "Yea, because that's all we can do at this point." He said.
"When are you planning on going to your grandparents?" Donghyuck asked.
"I don't know my grandparents don't stay to far from here actually, maybe just a mile away from my parents house and now that I think about it. They're house is closer to the school than my house is." Renjun told him.
Donghyuck showed him a reassuring smile, "Maybe sometime tomorrow you could go visit them." He said.
"Yea I'll do that." Renjun said.
"Ge!" Hyunwoo said as he ran over to Renjun with a flower crown in his hand.
"Yes Hyunwoo?" He said.
"Look at the flower crown Lele ge and Sungie hyung helped me make you." Hyunwoo said as he happily showed Renjun the flower crown made out of dandelions.
Renjun couldn't help but smile back at the smiling boy, "Aww thank you Hyunwoo." He said. "Why don't you help me put it on?" Hyunwoo nodded and Renjun lowered his head so he could place the crown on his head.
"Do you like it ge?" Hyunwoo asked.
"I don't just like it. I love it, thank you Hyunwoo." Renjun said.
Hyunwoo hugged him and Renjun instantly hugged back, "Your welcome ge." He said and they let go of each other.
"How about you go make Haechan one?" Renjun said and Hyunwoo's smile got bigger as he looked over at Donghyuck.
"Can I make you one hyung?" He asked him.
"Of course, I would love one." Donghyuck said smiling.
Hyunwoo turned around and started going back over to Chenle and Jisung, "Lele ge, Sungie hyung. Haechannie hyung wants one!!" He said and hugged Chenle's arm.
"Alright let's make him one." Jisung said as he smiled at him.
"You know Renjun, I always thought you'd be the type to hate children but your really good with them." Jeno said catching Renjun's attention.
Renjun chuckled, "I get that a lot actually, I don't know why but I usually do." He said.
"At first I thought you hated kids to." Donghyuck mentioned.
"Why? I've never showed any signs of hating kids. I actually like them." He said.
"I don't know I think it was maybe because of your facial expressions you showed anytime you looked at kids," Donghyuck said. "Like that one time you were staring at a baby and I thought you were glaring at them."
"See about that time, I actually wasn't glaring at the baby I was just looking at them because they were cute and plus I thought they were alone." Renjun explained.
"How are you so good with kids anyway?" Mark asked.
"Well for one I've really been taking care of Hyunwoo ever since he was a baby and plus one of my aunts own a daycare and I used to go and help her with it, but I haven't went there in awhile and I kind of miss going there." He explained.
"Wait are you talking about your aunt Duri? Isn't she your mom's twin?" Donghyuck asked.
"Your mom is a twin?" Jaemin asked.
Renjun nodded, "Yea she is but I haven't really seen my aunt Duri in such a long time." He said.
"Being a twin must be cool." Mark said.
Renjun scoffed, "For my aunt Duri it wasn't, my mom used to be a huge rebel back then and since her and aunt Duri are twins, my mom would blame her for everything and she'd get in trouble." He told him.
"Besides that I guess." Mark said.
Hyunwoo came over to them and stood in front of Donghyuck, "Hyung look I made you a flower crown as well." He said as he showed him a crown made out of Lilies.
Donghyuck smiled, "Wow thank you Hyunwoo it's beautiful." He said and Hyunwoo carefully put it on his head.
"I also made Mark hyung, Jeno hyung and Jaemin hyung one but Lele ge is bringing them over." He said and they all couldn't help but smile at the adorable boy in front of them. Jeno and Jamein's crowns were made out of dandelions like Renjun's, Mark's was made out of Lilies like Donghyuck's, Chenle's and Jisung's were made out of Peony and Hyunwoo's was made out of Sunflowers.
They spent the rest of the day in the park talking and sometimes playing with Hyunwoo whenever he wanted to. Eventually it started to get really late and Hyunwoo started to get sleepy so they all decided to call it a day and leave.
"We better head off now, but it was nice hanging out with you all and I'm sure Hyunwoo thinks the same." Renjun said smiling as he looked at the now fully asleep boy in his arms.
"Yea I'm pretty tired now to." Donghyuck said slightly yawning.
"So is Chenle." Mark said as he pointed to the boy who was nearly asleep on Jisung's back.
"Alright we'll see you all later." Donghyuck said then him and Renjun walked away going home.
"I'll walk these two home to make sure they get there safely, be careful Mark hyung and Nono." Jaemin said.
"See you later hyungs." Jisung said then they both walked off heading home.
Jeno let out a deep breath as he watched them disappear making Mark look at him confused. "What's up with you?" Mark asked.
"It's just that... I don't know. I don't have a good feeling about tomorrow, but I think I might just be paranoid." Jeno told him.
"What do you mean?" Mark asked him.
"I don't know, I just have this weird uneasy feeling that something is gonna happen but I don't know if it's pertaining to something bad or good." He explained.
Mark put a hand on his shoulder to calm him down which sort of worked, "Try not to think about it to much, ok?" He said.
Jeno sighed. "Alright."
Mark smiled, "Good, now let's go home. My feet are killing me." He said and they both began walking home.

Ok sooo if I can recall correctly it's been about... 20 days since I last updated this book and I feel so horrible because I've been working on my 'Freaks' book more than this one and I feel sort of ashamed since it's been that long.
But the reason for that is because I've been having huge writers block for this story so much and every time I start on a chapter I get distracted so fast and I end up forgetting about it or I just loose motivation completely so I really want to sincerely apologize for that sort of inconvenience:(.
