Josh's POV
'You ready?' I whisper.
Megan nods.
We'd reached the squids base and were waiting for the right moment to go for Tyler.
I take her by the arm and pull her along as I walk down the hall.
'Ow, josh!' she says.
'Sorry. I'm trying to be gentle' I say
I walk around a corner to see Ryan and Alex talking.
Ryan looks over at me.
'So... you decided to come back huh?' he smirks.
'Well would you look who it is' he walks over to me and Megan.
'Come back for your boyfriend?'
Megan stays silent.
Ryan looks over at Alex.
'Bring her to the machines.' he orders.
'Wait.' I say.
'Why not let Tyler?'
'I like your thinking' Ryan smirks.
'Go get him'
Alex nods and runs off to get Tyler.
'I thought you might change your mind' Ryan says.
'Don't know why you went with then in the first place'
I feel like punching him, but I have to stay calm and just go with it.
I laugh. 'they trusted me' I say.
'And now we have her'
Alex returns minutes later with Tyler behind him.
Tyler looks at Megan.
His eyes start to slowly change but they immediately go back.
'Take her to the machines' Ryan says.
Tyler nods and walks over to Megan.
He takes her off of me and pulls her along to the other room.
She looks back at me with a worried expression.
'Don't worry, it's gonna be okay' I mouth to her.
She nods slowly and Tyler pulls her into the room.
Megan's POV
'Tyler'
'What?' he spits.
'Come on Tyler. stop this, think about what you're doing' I say.
'I know exactly what I'm doing'
'No, you don't. you don't know what you're doing because of what they did to you' I tell him.
'I don't know what you're talking about' he says.
He pushes me closer to one of the machines.
'Tyler wait!' I say.
'Get in'
He shoves into the machine.
I watch him as he messes with the buttons.
I close my eyes tightly, I don't want to see it happen again.
I stay still with my eyes closed tightly but nothing happens.
What's happening?
Should I look?
I very slowly open my eyes.
Tyler is staring at me with his hand pressed against the glass.
I slowly lift my hand and place it on the glass.
He stares into my eyes.
I notice the way his eyes keep changing, from normal to red.
He closes his eyes.
'Megan...' I can faintly hear him say.
He opens his eyes and I see the Tyler that I know and love.
He quickly opens up the door to the machine.
I jump out and wrap my arms around his neck.
I let the tears that I had been holding in for so long roll down my cheeks.
'I'm so sorry' he says quietly.
'I love you so much'
'I love you too' I sob into his shoulder.
He looks around.
'We need to get out of here' he says.
'Josh said he'd help if anything bad happened, but he didn't come in' I say.
'Wait. why is he helping?' he asks.
'I'll explain later. but we need to find him and get out of here' I say.
'You're not going anywhere'
I turn around to see Nikki.
'Not you again' Tyler groans.
She sighs 'Tyler...I really thought that you'd stay with us'
'Well you thought wrong' I try to step towards her but Tyler pulls me behind him.
'You can't stop us. we're leaving and that's it' Tyler says.
Nikki starts to laugh. 'you think you're getting away? that's hilarious'
Adam's POV
'They've been gone way too long' roisin says.
Kellie stands up. 'that's it. we're going to help'
'No. we're not' Jason pulls her back down.
'But what if they're in trouble? What if they couldn't change Tyler?' she asks.
'She's right' roisin says.
'I hate to say this but I agree with them' I say.
Everyone looks at me.
'You do?' Ty asks.
'Yeah, I do' I say.
'Well, I want expecting that' kellie says.
'Look, let's just go' I say.
'Shouldn't some of us stay here?' precious asks me.
'Um... kellie, roisin, Mitch and Ty. come with me' I say.
'The rest of you stay here'
The four of them stand up, grab a sword and follow me outside.
'Okay, when we get there we need to be quick.' I say as we walk towards the old house.
'Do you think they changed Tyler?' roisin asks.
'Hopefully.' Mitch says.
'I think I see the old house' Ty squints his eyes.
The five of us walk towards the sea by our old house.
'Remember' I say 'we need to be quick'
They nod.
I take deep breath.
'Ready? go'
Ross's POV
And...
Tyler's POV
Megan tries to step towards Nikki but there is no way I'm letting her.
'Look' I say 'I don't know what your problem is with us, but believe me. we get stronger every time you do this and soon we'll be unstoppable'
She just laughs 'oh Tyler. I'm not afraid of you and your little girlfriend.'
Megan once again tries to step forward but I pull her further behind me.
I take her hand and turn around to leave.
We're almost at the door when we're stopped by a group of squids.
They get closer to us.
'J-just leave us alone' Megan says.
'I told you. you're not going anywhere' Nikki laughs.
The squids get closer.
The two of us back into a corner.
I squeeze Megan's hand and she squeezes back.
It's over. there's really no getting out this time.
The squids get closer, sword in hand.
I turn to Megan 'if anything happens, I'm sorry. I love'
Tears start to form in her eyes 'I love you too'
'HEY! they said, leave them alone' I look behind the squids to see Adam, Ty, roisin and kellie.
Roisin and mitch aims their bows at one of the squids and shoots it right in the head.
Ty runs up to another one and stabs him while kellie does the same to another one.
I hardly notice what's happening to megan as I'm too busy looking at them killing the squids.
Roisins eyes go wide. 'Tyler...' she points behind me.
I turn around slowly.
Nikki stands there with a sword against Megan's throat.
'Unstoppable? I don't think so'
'Nikki. just... Stay calm' I try to step forward but she just pulls Megan further away from me.
'Roisin. give me a bow' I say.
She steps towards me and hands me the bow and arrow.
'Go ahead, shoot me' Nikki says.
'But if you do... you could shoot her' she smirks.
I aim the bow,my hands trembling.
'Tyler. be careful' Adam warns me.
Nikki hides behind Megan.
'Yeah Tyler. be careful'
'Shut up...' I say.
'What? are you worried you'll hurt her?'
'I said , SHUT UP'
'Put the bow down and she'll be fine' she says.
'Tyler' Megan says 'don't trust her'
'Put the bow down...' she repeats herself.
I obey and very slowly place the bow on the ground.
'Now, let her go' I say.
Josh's POV
I run as fast as I can to get away from the squids.
How did he find out I was still working with them?
I need to hurry. I said I'd help Megan if anything bad happens.
I run into the room filled with machines.
'Now, let her go' Tyler says.
I see that girl, Nikki push Megan towards Tyler.
Tyler immediately hugs her.
'Aaw, how cute' Nikki says 'not trying to ruin the moment or anything... but this still isn't over'
"what do you want with us?" Megan asks.
They still don't notice that I'm here, except for Kellie.She glances at me and looks around the room.
I follow where she's looking to see a bow on the ground, "pick it up. I'll distract her" she mouths to me.
I see her take Mitch's bow and aim it at Nikki. "Are you gonna answer the question or am I gonna have to shoot you?" she says.
Nikki looks shocked and takes a step back. "Kellie, what are you doing?" Adam asks.
"don't worry" she says "I know what im doing"
I quietly walk over to the bow and arrows and pick it up, I turn around so that I'm behind Nikki.
"You don't have the guts to shoot me" she steps towards them. "Maybe not, but I do" i say.
She turns around to face me and I fire the arrow.
Kellie's POV
I watch as she falls to the ground, the arrow sticks out of her back. We all stand in shock as Josh steps forward.
'You okay?' he asks us.
'We're fine' Adam says
'Good, lets go' he says.
We follow him as he sneaks towards the door and opens it slowly.
'Okay, coast is clear.' josh says.
We all walk outside and down the hall.
'That was... eventful' Tyler speaks up.
'Everyday is eventful' I say. 'but it's good to have you back Tyler'
He wraps his arm around Megan's shoulder. ' it's good to be back' he says.
We reach the exit without bumping into anyone, which is a relief.
'Let's get out of this hell hole' Adam says.

We open the door and walk inside.
Jerome and Jason run to the door.
Jerome tackles roisin into a hug while Jason does the same to me.
'Thank god you're okay' he says.
'TYLER!!!' Kyle and Steve run up to Tyler and tackle him to the ground.
'I can't breathe' Tyler says from underneath them.
'Get up you idiots' roisin sighs and pulls them off of Tyler.
We all walk into the livingroom where the others are.
'Tyler's back!' Lauren cheers.
'Kellie!' Laura jumps off the couch and into my arms.
'Woah, calm down' I laugh.
'Where were you? it's late and I was worried!' she scolds me.
'She's like a mini Adam' I hear Molly snigger.
'I heard that' Adam says.
'Tell us what happened' Alesa says.
'Yeah, story time!' Lauren says.
Amy's POV
'So... she's dead?' I ask.
Josh nods. 'yeah'
'Lets uh- lets get some rest' Adam says 'we can start training properly tomorrow'
We all agree and go upstairs to our room.
I can't stop thinking about what Alex said.
'What you thinking about?' kellie pulls me from my thoughts.
'It's nothing' I lie.
'Amy, something's wrong. just tell me' she says.
'Fine' I sigh.
I take her by the hand and walk into my room.
'So what's up?' she asks.
'Well, you know when we split up to find the others?' I say.
'Yeah?'
'Well, we were making our way to the cells when we heard Ryan and Alex talking' I say. 'Alex said that he didn't want to work with the squids anymore... because he fell in love with one of us girls'
Kellie gasps. 'he fell in love with you?'
I nod 'that's what he said'
'Wait, so he's not working with them anymore?' she asks.
'Before he could make his decision they had to go' I say.
'We could've gotten him on our side' she sighs.
'yeah...'
'well, I'd better go before Laura grounds me' she says.
' goodnight' I laugh.
'night' she walks out leaving me alone to think.

'get up!!!' Adam bursts into my room.
' five more minutes' I groan and hide under the covers.
'Nope, get up. Everyone else is awake' he pulls the covers off of me.
'I hate you so much right now' I yawn.
' yeah, so do the others' he laughs.
'roisin's gone back to bed' Molly pokes her head through the door.
Adam sighs. 'go get her. please?'
'Fine' Adam groans and walks off.
'Now get up' he says.
I get up and walk outside to see everyone else standing in the hall.
'But I'm tired' roisin groans as Molly pulls her by the arm.
'We're all tired' Precious says.
'Lets get moving' Adam says.
'Left right! left right!' he yells.
'Left right left right....' we all repeat quietly.
'C'mon guys!' he says.
'But we're lazy' kellie groans.
'Exactly' I agree,
All of the guys run ahead of us.
'How are you not tired?' I ask them.
'We're just not' Mitch shrugs.
'Well... you know what this means guys' Adam smirks.
'Time to go swimming' he says.
Molly's POV
'Run!!!!' I yell.
All of us girls sprint upstairs to hide.
Me, Lauren, and kellie hide in the attic.
'Come out, come out wherever you are...' I hear jerome say.
'No no no no no! stay back bacca!' roisin yells.
'We lost a solider' I say.
I don't hear any of the boys walking around.
Kellie slowly walks towards the ladder and climbs down to check.
'No!' I hear her yell.
She quickly climbs back up the ladder, Jason follows behind her.
I reach out my hand to save her but Jason beats me to it.
He grabs her and throws her over his shoulder.
'Why are you doing this?' she asks as Jason walks towards the ladder.
'Because you're too lazy' he replies.
'Hey. you signed up for this when you asked me to be your girlfriend' she states.
He climbs down the ladder with kellie struggling out of his grip.
'Molly! Lauren! avenge meeeee.....'
'Where are they?' Mitch's voice asks.
'Attic' Jason replies.
'No, they're not in the attic!' kellie says.
'Yeah, they are' Jason says.
'Jason! you're such a bully' she groans.
I hear someone climbing up the ladder and quickly hide behind Lauren's crafting table.
'Molly... I know you're up here' Mitch says.
Shoot.
He looks behind the crafting table.
'Hi' he smirks.
Alesa's POV
'Ready boys?' Adam asks.
'Three!'
'Two!'
'One!'
'Wait!' I say.
'What now?' Adam asks.
'I'm wide awake now, so you don't have to throw me into the pool' I say.
'Me too!'
The other girls agree.
'I'm not' roisin yawns.
'We're throwing you in anyway' Adam laughs.
'GO!'
