I walked over to Imani by the bar and I ordered whiskey and she got cranberry juice. She doesn't drink alcohol, she doesn't drink coffee, she doesn't smoke and she doesn't do drugs. How the fuck did I get so lucky? Whilst chatting by the bar I got a phone call from one of my men from my base in South Korea. I excused myself and went outside to go take the call.
"Kane, speak".
"Boseu uliege munjega issseubnida", the guy said from the other end of the line and my body tensed up.
Translation: Boss we have a problem.
"Mwoya?"
Translation: What is it?
"Kento Yamazaki, he and his men attacked the south wing's base", my jaw clenched at the name Kento Yamazaki. I knew I had to fly to South Korea and sort this matter out, before Kento strikes again, I was really not in the mood.
(Kento Yamazaki son of former Japanese mafia boss Takuya Yamazaki. After his fathers death, Kento took over the Japanese mafia and the Yamazaki family businesses. He now rules the underworld in Japan and he is one of Kane's biggest enemies.)
"Naeil bamkkaji galge", I said in annoyance and hung up the phone.
Translation: I'll be there by tomorrow night.
Great. I walked back inside the ballroom to go find everyone and tell them that we need to go, but when I enter the room I spot Aidan, the Jamaican mafia leader, flirting with Imani. I knew that dress would bring to much attention. I walked over to them, but just before I could reach them, Imani pushes Aidan away from her.
"Look, I thought I told you that I'm taken get the fuck away from me".
"Listen baby girl, no one has to know", he said with his disgusting voice, he tried to grab Imani's hand, but I quickly caught his hand and stopped it.
"Taken, back the fuck off Aidan".
"Ahh Kim Him- Chan, nice to finally meet you in person".
"Its Kane to you and I couldn't say the same for you", I retorted.
"Is she yours?"
"Yes, now back off we wouldn't want to cause a scene would we".
"Well no, but how can she be yours, I found her first and she's just a slut", he said.
"Did you just call my sister a FUCKING SLUT!!" Khalani shouted from behind Aidan, anger was all you could sense from her.
"Who the fuck are you, you bitch", he said to Khalani.
"She's our sister, and so is the girl you called a slut", Malik responded on Khalani's behalf.
"What", Aidan said in shock, and I pulled Imani closer to me.
"You called my woman a slut Aidan, do you know who you've just messed with", I asked as my blood boiled.
"And you called my woman a bitch Aidan", Jin said whilst grabbing Khalani on the waist and pushing her next to him.
"I'll kill all of you, I don't give a shit who you are. Once I'm done with you, I'll fuck both your girls before killing them", he retorted. Since we are at a mafia ball, we were not allowed to use our weapons nor kill anyone here, it is a tradition that has been respected for a long time. Weather your enemies were here you can't do anything. I wanted to blow his fucking head off, right here on sight.
"I'll fucking kill you Aidan, how dare you disrespect my sisters like that", Amari hissed at Aidan.
"Abbas, do you think I give a shit about these sluts you call sisters, I'd kill them right now and you can't touch me".
"Is that so", Hakim nonchalantly said.
"Just as you heard", Aidan retorted and Malik began to laugh.
"Fuck, this man is a joke", Malik said.
