Ariella POV// Ari
It was thanksgiving and I was heading over to my moms with the macaroni and cheese. I slaved in that kitchen all morning to make this perfect and I finally was done.
I wore and olive green jumpsuit just keeping it cute with some black sandals.
I was in my moms driveway and called Ayanna to bring the pans of macaroni in.
"Whew we was waiting on you to eat I'm so hungry"Yanna said taking the pan inside.
"Oh my bad" I say grabbing the other pan and close the door.
"Bout time you made it" Ciara came and gave me a hug.
"Why you ain't let me know you was in town" I say hugging her back.
"I just figured you were busy" she said looking down at my stomach "oh my gosh"
"Shh"
I sat the food on the counter next to all the food.
"Is that my famous niece" my uncle said getting up.
"Hey unc" I laugh walking over to hug him.
"Bout time her ass made it" Kiana said
"Bitch don't start" I say
"Ariella" my momma snapped her head towards me.
"I'm sorry but she trying it" I look over at Kiana.
"Can we eat?" Kiana mom asked.
"After we pray" my mom said and we all stood joining hands.
"Dear God thank you for allowing everyone to have a safe trip and we are all together to celebrate this thanksgiving dinner" my mama started "and thank you for allowing all of us to live another day. I'm thankful for everyone in this room"
"Oh Selena hurry up" uncle said making everyone laugh n
"Amen" my mama laughed
"Amen" everyone said going to the kitchen with their plates.
"After I eat I'm out" I say getting on my phone
"So Ari what's new?" Kiana mom Lucinda asked.
"Not much"
"Chileee stop lying" Cleo said "pregnant ass"
"Surprise!" I yell.
"I knew it" my mama shook her head smiling.
"Mm who the daddy?" Kiana asked like she ain't know.
"My boyfriend"
"Awww I'm bout to be auntie cece" Ciara said wiping an imaginary tear.
"That's your cousin stay in your place" Yanna told her
"Girl forget you I'm the aunt too"
"How far along are you" aunt Mikaela asked me.
"Just a few months" I say working on my food.
"So we'll be back in town for a baby shower?"
"That depends on what me and the father decide"
"She rich she don't need no damn gift for that baby"
"Kiana why you hating?" Yanna asked
"Yanna stay out of it" my mama told her.
"No cause it's really annoying and old" she said making all the older people gasp "you stole from my sister and she forgave you did you tell yo mama about when y'all was down here for the fourth how you tried to steal my sister watch? Huh?"
"Baby girl said she stepping behind her sister" unc said laughing.
"You're really jealous and it's sad" Yanna said lastly before she started eating her food again.
"Stay out of grown people business okay?" Kiana told her.
"Nah cause she really got a point" Ciara said "you was always doing shit to Ari and she always forgave you if it was me, every time I saw you I'd beat yo ass"
"Ciara" aunt Lucinda said sternly
"I'm sorry but imagine" she chuckled.
"Now that we talking about it." I say "what is your problem with me like seriously?"
"You wanna know my problem with you, you always get what you want, you were always so spoiled and I hated you for that and I still do." She said crying "you got all the attention now just like back then your an attention whore"
"Oh this bitch is sick" Ciara said quietly but I heard her.
"Are you stupid or dumb?" I ask her "everything I want, I work for that shit, how you think I got here? That money you stole from me the first time was for this right here, I said I was gon get rich and famous and what I do? Got rich and famous. You don't work for shit Ki and that's why you ain't shit. Still living with your mama with no job or a car. It's sick and pathetic you thought you had to steal from me instead of ask and we family"
"Ari calm down" my mom got up trying to comfort me.
"I'm sorry but I gotta go." I grab my purse and keys about to be on my way.
"Wait!" Yanna called out "I'm coming too"
"Ayanna" my mama yelled.
"Ma just let me go with her" she said with pleading eyes.
"Fine"
"Come on Cece" Yanna waved Ciara on.
"Well bye y'all" Ciara waved
We got in the car and I was going to Taurus' house like originally planned after I left here.
"Your macaroni was good" Yanna said breaking the silence between all of us.
"Thank you" I say keeping my eyes on the road.
"Giro don't stress Kiana broke ass" Ciara said
"I'm not" I sigh. I really was but I know I shouldn't.
"Okay" she said
I had to park on the street because the driveway was filled with cars.
"Damn his family pull up deep" Yanna said getting out.
"You ain't never lied" I say getting my purse.
Instead of just walking in like I'd usually do I knocked waiting to someone to get the door and it had to be Tbaby.
"Well ladies how may I help y'all?"
"We here to eat move" Yanna said tryna move him from the door but he wasn't going.
"Hmm we don't feed the poor wrong address" he said pushing her back closing the door.
"Let em in" I heard Leilani say.
"Play too much" I say flicking Tbaby.
"Nothing personal" he said going to sit down.
"Hey babies" Stacia waved.
"Hey" we all say.
"Feel free to make a plate" she said pointing to the kitchen.
"Where is-"
"Upstairs" Leia said pointing towards the stairs.
"Y'all make a plate I'll be back" I tell Yanna and Ciara before going upstairs.
"Ain't gotta tell me twice"
"Baby?" I knock on his bedroom door.
"Hold on" he said
"Okay" I wait outside the door until he opened the door.
"Damn yo ass finally made it" he said hugging me.
"Shit it would've taken me longer if I didn't get into it with Kiana"
"Your cousin?" He asked putting on his shoes.
"Mhm"
"What happened"
"They were asking about the baby and I didn't have a problem with that but she started trying to be smart so Yanna put her in her place"
"Yanna really the older sister"
"She act like it but she ain't"
"So what else happened" he asked putting his chain on.
"We just were at the table going back and forth honestly" I say running my hands through my hair.
"This the real stuff?"He asked tryna he funny.
"You thought you ate that?" I look at him with a blank face "but yeah it is"
"Bout time you wore yo real hair bitches gon think you bald" he cracked before spraying the cologne.
"Boy you ready to eat?"
"Yeah come on" he said chuckling
"Look at us looking cute" I say smiling.
"You wanna be like me so bad"
"Boy how?"
"I got on the Rollie so you got one on a copy cat"
"I feel like since I got dressed first you wanna be like me"
"Yeah yeah come on" he said and we walked downstairs.
"What was y'all up there doing?" Tbaby said tryna be messy.
"We ain't hear Ari, so nothing" lani said and they both laughed.
"That wasn't funny" I say making my plate.
"It was to me" they kept laughing.
"Make my plate too please" Taurus said.
"What you want?"
"A little bit of everything" he said sitting down with the adults.
"So you two expecting" one of his older cousins asked.
"Yeah" he said as I sat his plate down in front of him. "Thank you baby"
"Mhm" I went back to make mine.
"Who cooked?" Yanna asked
"The chef" Stacia said.
"Oh this ham is really good" she said cutting another piece.
"That's what I said" some boy said.
"Okay" she said and just continued to eat her food.
Sometimes she sound rude not like she does it on purpose but damn.
Taurus POV// Polo
We all finished eating and I was ready to crash honestly but all these people was in my house with these bad ass kids running around.
"Our son not finna be like this" I whisper to her as we sat on the couch with a few of my cousins.
"They're just playing" she chuckled.
"Mhm till they break something then it's "I'm sorry" but they can't replace it"
"Our son gon be allowed to play but that running inside the house Im not going"
"See you know it's a boy" I say rubbing her stomach.

"Y'all discovered y'all having a baby and won't shut up" Tbaby said "like damn we got it baby on the way"
"Shut up" I laugh throwing a pillow at him.

"Can't stand yo ass" Ari laughed. "Cece you good?"
"Mhm" she said and we both looked back seeing her at the table with my grandma eating sweet potato pie.
"She done got comfortable with your grandma"
"One thing Fasho she gon make you try that pie" I laugh looking at the game on tv.
"What if your family didn't like me?"
"They wouldn't like you" I shrug.
"Well damn" she said as if I hurt her feelings
"Oh I'm sorry I'm just saying if they didn't like you it wouldn't matter they ain't dating you I am"
"Oh okay"
"Buttt if Leia, my mom, Leilani, and my grandmas ain't like you you'd have to bounce"

"Sorry them some special women in my life"
"You are so cute" she smiled
"I prefer fine or sexy but cute is cool too I guess"

"Thank you you cute too" I kiss her forehead.
"But the way you care for the women in your family I like that"

"Say that shit louder pooh" my mama voice came from the back door.

"Don't hype her head up" I tell them.

"And we will" mom and Leilani say making me smile on the inside.
"Tell everybody collect they kids and gon on" I say grabbing Ari hand to go to the stairs.
"What about Ciara and Yanna?"she stopped me before we started going up
"Yanna can sleep in Leia room wit the girls"
"Okay and Ciara"
"I'm sure she can kick it wit Lani and if not she can search for an empty room or the couch but bring yo ass on" I say making her walk in front of me. I grabbed a handful of ass and juggled it "damn girl"
"It's children present stop it" she said jogging up the stairs.
"They know what the fuck goin on"
Y'all on this day October 10,2021 at 10:45 I was asked on a date. I'm nervous and don't know if I should go. He wants to go to the movies Friday but I don't knowww. I feel as if I deserve this but shit I'm so freaking shy.
