I ran after her on that day, but I was to late. As I rushed out of the house and followed her outside the estate, the sight that caught my eyes, made my heart break and my body tremble in fear. The car she was driving flipped over and laying on the side of the road, with glass splattered everywhere. I stopped my car and ran to the car, but when I go there the car was empty. No sign of Imani, but instead there was blood all over the car and the road.
I fell on my knees and my body was now raging with anger, as the thought of Imani getting hurt again ran across my mind. Just right next to the car, there are tire tracks, he was here, he did this. I knew exactly what was going on and who was responsible for this. I got up and ran to my car and drove back to my mansion. I got there and slammed the door open, making everyone in sight tremble in fear.
I walked up the stairs and into my office and that Xian bitch was still there, snooping around my stuff. I grabbed her and threw her out of my office and sat down on my leather arm chair, thinking of ways to get Imani back. I caused this, once again Imani is hurt because of me, and for my father, this is the last straw. I'll make sure his life ends by my hands. He ruined everything, he ruined the chances of Imani ever opening up to me, and he will pay. I lost my mother because of him and I refuse to loose Imani as well.
The door swung open, Jin and Khalani walked in with Jay and Naomi behind them.
"What the fuck happened Kane", Jin asks.
"They took her", I said, with my face in my hands and my elbows on the table.
"What the fuck are you talking about Kane", Khalani asked, I could hear the fear in her voice.
"They fucking took Imani, I don't have time to argue with you guys right now ok. Can you jut get the fuck out and help me fucking find her!!". The room went silent for a moment before Jay spoke up.
"Do you know who it was".
"My father".
"Why the fuck would you father kidnap my fucking sister?" Khalani's voice was fuming, I don't blame her though.
"Let's focus on finding Imani, we will talk about the why's later". I tried my best to stay calm whilst saying this.
They walked out of the room and left me and my thoughts alone. I fucked up, this is all because of me.
