Val's POV
After Jay finished getting dressed, we both headed to Mollys. Erin is hosting the party on the back patio of Mollys. This is suppose to be an intimate party but who knows. She has a lot of friends. She does over the top things when it comes to party planning.
Once we arrived we made our way towards the back to the patio. We walked out and the decorations were so cute. There were balloons and games that were set up in every corner. The bar was open and Kelly was grilling up a meal. There was this grass wall with balloons going up it with a sign hanging in the side saying "Boy or Girl?". There was a decorated cake right in front of it and some confetti canons by the table.
"Surprise!" Erin greets us giving us both a hug
"This is so cute!" I say gushing over the decorations
"Thank you so much Erin. This really means a lot to us" Jay says
"Absolutely! You both deserve this" Erin says
"So who are half of these people?" I questioned
"They're my friends that I hope will be your friends as well. Let me introduce them to you" Erin says pulling me away from Jay
Erin introduced all of her friends but I barely paid attention. Couldn't even remember everyone's name. I eventually excused myself and found myself in the company of Kelly and Sylvie.
"How are you feeling pretty mama?" Kelly asked while sipping his beer
"I feel fantastic. Really can't believe Erin pulled this off in a short period" I laughed
"We all know she's crazy for kids" Sylvie laughs
"Hey Val, have you noticed that blonde chick over there staring at you all night?" Gabby says while walking over with a plate of pastries
"No. Who is she?"
"I don't know either but there is something off off about her"
"Maybe she's just another friend of Erin's" I say ignoring that girl
-30 minutes later-
It was time for the gender reveal. Everyone gathered around the cake display and Erin gave everyone a mini confetti cannon while she gave me and Jay a large one.
"Alright everyone, the moment we have all been waiting for" Erin says
"I just want to thank all of you for coming out and celebrating with us. We really appreciate all of you" I say
"On a count of three everyone twist your canons in opposite directions to pop them!" Erin announces
Jay and I grip our canons and wait for the countdown.
"1...2...3!" everyone shouts and pops their canon
The atmosphere fills with blue and pink confetti! We're having both a boy and a girl! The excitement and joy that I have at the moment was indescribable.
"We're have a boy and girl!" I jumped hugging Jay
"I love you so much" Jay says while hugging me back
We shared a sweet kiss before hugging our friends and accepting their congratulations to us.
"Congratulations you two" Sylvie cries
"We're so happy for you" Matt says
"Let's go baby daddy. Drink up for the family" Adam says pulling Jay away
"Thank you guys" I say hugging Sylvie and Matt
-2 hours later-
The party was still going. Everyone was enjoying their time with each other. I hung out with the girls talking about baby names and their who they'll look like when they're born. The boys were enjoying their time with each other a well. All of them just kept handing Jay drinks forcing them down his throat. He's gonna be a handful tonight for sure.
"Let's move the party back to your place. We gotta clean up for the night" Erin says
"Absolutely. I need to get out of these heels anyways" I chuckled
"Hey boys, let's get out of here and head back to Jay's and Val's place" Kim says
"Alright! We'll meet you at home!" Jay says before leaving with the guys
"And he leaves his pregnant girlfriend to clean" I shook my head
"Don't worry, you sit and we'll clean. Then we'll go back together" Gabby says

Jay's POV
The guys and a couple of other people pulled up to my apartment. Once inside I grabbed all the drinks from my cabinet and just started pouring shots and glasses for everyone. It's better to drink now than after the babies are born.
My mind and vision are kinda all over the place right now. I see some girl standing by the window just looking at me. I look around to see if she is looking at someone else but it was still me she was looking at. I take one more shot before making my way over to her.
"Can I help you with something?" I asked her
"Oh sorry for staring. I just can't help but find you so attractive" she says running her hand down my body

I excuse myself from the guys and head into my room to freshen myself up. I wash my face and dry it with a towel when arms snake around my waist from behind. I look up in the mirror and it was Lucy.
