a collection of poems. i love you, dont forget it. More

angel
when storms collide
lost cause
happiness's home
splenda
stale coffee in the form of flowers
lunchroom thigh gaps
voice of an angel
Purple Blasphemy
hurting: among my favorite pastimes
looking back
almost we
survival vs self care
to exist as flames
the thoughts on your mind
lessons i hope to learn
loving myself: among other things I forgot
pressed flowers
hunger and nothing else
each smile is salvation
my own broken heart
life's escape
words i wish i could say
why i didn't reply
Until a God Slaps Me
A Walking Contradiction
the painful truth of loving
a daily argument between the voices inside my head
a girl made of storm
outside inside
when you leave
missing her
inner beauty
the little things
knowledge vs truth
does the angel love me back?
The Duties of the Mom Friend
Things to Write About
before you hurt her
superglue
faerie gardens: the perfect picture of life different from yours
empty inbox
glow up
my first love
suicid3 not3s
fleeting lover
not even the universe knows why you left
mr. carrots
i'll leave the porch light on and the front door unlocked
you and i and time
sleeping (but not next to you)
you again
lost lovergirl
caution taped memories
beige in grey
word of the divine
doing, not doing
pastel promises
a lesson from the universe
holy
if i had known
a conversation between two of the voices in my head
remember me (please)
from the before times
god summer
a letter to you
an ending

again

again

she whispers,

throat already ravaged raw

from so many

agains.

let's try again

is the answer

from the lips she

always wants to kiss.

again

looks good on them.

like a nice coat,

not torn or fraying at the edges,

no mud splatters

or sidewalk salt stains.

again

makes her smile a little truer

and her laugh a little less

forced.

eyes a little happier,

hands a little less shakier.

and though it is

again

that drives them apart

and pulls them back together

again,

like the colliding of two stars

two storms

that can't seem to stay away from

each other.

again.

they'll try again.

maybe this time

it'll work.
