Oh, why did I have s*x with Gray? This is so annoying. I groaned and laid back down on the bed
"Babe?"
"Hmm"
"Why is your room black?"
"Because I didn't design it when I was a teen"
"You didn't even know us when we were teens"
"Your rooms are childish"
"Because Christopher allowed us one chance to change our room and three of us took it then. Christopher loved you dearly just like he loved us. He showed love in minimal things, not everyone got to design their own room"
"Hmm" he said rested his legs beside me
"For god's sake! I told you to ask me and I'll do it. Why do you swing your leg up on the bed? I sleep here"
"Geez Julia, we have maids, they can dust the bed and it's just shoelaces"
"Do you want me to stretch? Come closer" I beckoned him closer and he put his legs on mine, I tied his laces and he got up
"Jane asked you to invite Tyler and rest"
"Okay"
"Love you"
"Love you too" I swung my hand around his neck and kissed him 'bye'. He walked out of the door and I laid back again, picking up my phone to call Tyler
"Hello?"
"We have a tradition for our dead family I mean Jane's family but it's also my family, so my family. You guys are invited, come before 7"
"Okay"
"Bye" I said and hung up

"Tyler?"
"Didn't you ask for me to come?"
"Oh, yeah. Thanks for coming"
"Anytime"
"Hey! Throw the phone and work " I yelled and Tyler cringed beside me

It was actually beautiful, Jane said it was actually gun shots but she replaced it with fireworks. When the rockets intended for Christopher took off, I could see Jane starting to tear up but still masking it well, her hands shook and she tightly fisted it, her lips quivered but she bit it to hide it, all this but her head held high, just like a leader. I snaked my hand around her waist and pulled her closer, I looked at her and she broke down, trying to stifle her sobs in my chest. I held on her tight as she hugged my torso
"Jane?" I whispered, my finger under chin, slowly lifting it. She stared at me with bloodshot eyes and then kissed me, I kissed her back with the same intensity. She poured all of her emotions in it. Regret, sadness, anger and tiredness while I tried to push guilt into her. She needs to pay for what she did. I was starting to fall in love with her when she stepped aside and let me hit the ground
