Bhawna's POV.
I am making Tea and with this tea a remember a day.
A day when i made Tea in his house.
Flashback!
"Bhawna" mummy called me out while i am using phone.
Just know i picked up the phone.
"Bhawna" she calls again
" Haan?"
"Come down"
I squeeze my eyes in irritation and sigh.
I walk down.
"Hmm"
"Let's go to our neighbours house. Today. Ms.Saxena made traditional Gujarati food and is asking us to join"
"I am not going"
"Why?"
"I will eat at home itself"
"I haven't made anything, let's go"
"Are you go na I don't want to" because he will be there.
"Everyone is going, your Papa is already there with Saumya"
I made a Grumpy face and went with her, not before changing my PJ's.
We walk in directly because the door was open and aunty saw us.
I greet Uncle and Aunty.
"Here comes apki Bhawna Saumya Di( here comes your Bhawna, Saumya Di)" said Kanav.
I sit beside my sister "obviously, where there is Saumya there will be Bhawna"
He laughs "even in her In laws house"
Both Saumya and i glare at him.
"Don't you have anything else to talk about rather than marriage?" I asked him
"Okay, i have but why do girls overreact when someone talk about their marriage?" He asked
Saumya replied "because everyone is behind their marriage even if they are 16 year old like Bhawna but no body talks about a boy's Marriage even if they are 30 but once a girl is 25 they are made to feel old"
"Okay okay, i surrender, sorry" He said and Both of Us Giggled then i saw him coming down from his room and soon i become nervous.
I sit straight and comb my hairs with my hand to look good.
He is rubbing his eyes, maybe woke up just now.
"He is having exams so sleeps late in night and when tired he sleeps in the afternoon" Kanav whispered
"And you don't study at all" whispered Saumya and i giggled.
Yes i have seen his room light's were very late, till 3am sometimes 4 as well.
He yawns with open both and while Yawning he looks around and knits his brows. When he looks at me (maybe) he immediately closed his mouth.
Well he was looking cute.
He smiled slowly and greeted my parents.
We walks to his mother "mom, Tea" he pouts.
"I will just make it, Two minutes, i will make it for everyone" she pinches his cheeks.
I hope, even i get a chance to do that.
"Are Pallavi ji, you don't worry, Saumya or Bhawna will make it" Mummy said and both of us looked at Mummy in shock.
We are here to eat not to make tea.
Then Papa said "yes they will make it Bhabhi ji, you don't worry"
Suddenly Saumya said "Bhawna will make, she makes very good tea, Papa likes it so much, right Papa"
"Absolutely"
I glare at her and she grins wild.
"No problem Bhawna Beta, i will make it" Aunty said
"No no aunty, i will make it, you just tell me the where the required things are" i said getting up.
She smiled "okay"
Aryan sits beside Kanav and i walk towards the Kitchen.
After 15 minutes of Boiling the tea until the creamy layer forms in it, i pour it in the cups and come out.
I first serve tea to uncle, aunty, mummy papa and then walk up towards the sofa where My sister and the brothers are settled.
I give tea to Saumya First then Kanav and before walking to Aryan, i take a deep breath and calm myself.
Relax Bhawna, relax.
I gulp and walk to him, I feel my palms getting sweaty!
I feel like i am serving a man who came to see me for marriage.
I stand Infornt of him and bend a bit and put forward the tray.
He picks up the cup and then looks at me. Our eyes meet for but I Immediately avert mine.
Just few seconds of eye lock and my heart!!!!!!
I move away from him and keep the tray on the table and hold my cup and sit beside Saumya.
Everyone compliment me about tea, but he didn't.
"Wow the tea is amazing Bhawna" Kanav spoke "right Bhai?"
My ears became erect and i look at him, not his eyes.
"Yeah" is just what he said.
I smiled "Thanks" i said looking at Kanav.
Then we stood up to have lunch.
And the sitting arrangement is so very uncomfortable because, because he is sitting just infornt of me.
Oh god, please help me to eat food like a good girl.
Aunty serves us the food and damn it's so good.
But you know what, god didn't help me as i stuffed my mouth with food in both side as the food is so amazing.
I look at him, thank god he is eating his food but why is he smiling??
Maybe side effects of studying to much.
Flashback ends
That day I was confused, studying doesn't make us smile that way.
His face was like he will laugh or was trying to control his laugh.
But the food was great.
I pour the tea in the cup and as always, some tea fell on the kitchen counter.
"Oh god Bhawna, why can't you do anything without messing it up? Again you spill the tea on the counter, now clean it" Mummy said as soon as she enters the kitchen.
"Chill mummy" I say
"Chill? Will you say the same to your mother in law?" She said
I scrunched my nose "why do you always talk about mother in law? I am not getting married now"
"I am training you, so that you don't do mistakes at your husbands house, will you do all the work like this?"
"I will keep a maid" I said getting irritated
"I will keep a maid" she mimics me "Don't argue with me, you should do your work nicely, have you seen your cousin, Ritu? She does all the house hold work and never let her mother do anything"
"You are saying as if I don't do anything! I cook food in the evening, I clean the house, I wash the dishes 100 times a day"
"But you don't do dusting and all, you don't do any extra work Bhawna"
"I also Have to study mummy"
"There are girls who study as well as do household works, what do you do, just cook food Kahatam (finish)"
"When I work even then you have problem, when I don't then you have extra problem, what is your problem tell me na Mummy"
"Your Phone is the problem, whole time you are sticked to your phone, your eyes will get more weak, you will get blind understood and also you are getting lazy day by day because of Phone"
"Because of phone I am not getting lazy, what should I do in the afternoon when there is nothing to do, nothing comes on the TV as well to watch, repeated shows and movies"
"Then study or do work"
I sigh "Mummy, the tea is cold now, I am going to study, Bye! I don't wanna argue with you"
I said and went away with a spoiled mood.
Yeh toh rooz ka bhi ho gaya hai (it's a every day story now)
If I don't do a work properly then my mother starts talking about my future mother in law.
I grab my phone ans call Manvi and Priya to calm my mind.
God why girls life is so complicated???
