"HENRY NO!" I yell.
"You missed you ungrateful bastard." Robin laughs.
"That was a warning shot." Henry says. "Get off of my mom."
"What are you doing Henry?" Jacob says.
"Good.. I'm glad you're here.. Look at what he is doing to mom.. DO YOU BELIEVE ME NOW!?" Henry yells at him.
"Dad what are you doing to mom?" He asks.
"What the fuck does it looks like?" Henry says.
"Hey kid.. Give me the gun." Emma says.

"Give it to me kid.. The police is going to come through that door and I don't want you holding that gun when they come in." Emma says.
"Henry please put the gun down." I say.
"Get off of my mom.. I will shoot you." Henry says.. "(Crying) Now.. Get off of her." He says.
"You don't have the balls to shoot me (Laughs) You're weak just like your mother." Robin laughs..

"Police!!" A officer yell.
"Give it to me." Emma grabs the gun from Henry.
"Everybody let me see you hands." Six officers enter my bedroom.
"Put the gun down ma'am." The lady yells at Emma and she lays the gun down on the ground. "Hands behind your back."
"She didn't do anything." Henry yells.
"Stop talking kid." Emma says.
"I did it." Henry says.
"He's lying.. I did it." Emma says.
"Let's go." The officer says. I run over to Henry and Jacob.
"Emma don't talk to anyone.. I'm on my way." I say.
"Take care of the boys.. Make sure they're okay." Emma says and they walk her out the door..
"Mom I'm sorry.. I didn't.. I didn't know he was beating you." Jacob says.
"Honey I'm fine."
"Mrs. Mills.. I need your statement."
"I don't have one." I say.
"Ma'am.."
"My children are traumatized.. I'll give you your statement tomorrow.. If you would like to help me.. Get this garbage out of my house." I say pointing to Robin.
"You'll pay for this bitch." Robin says.
"Yeah.. Keep talking.. Keep adding on.. Gives me more to tell my lawyer." I say to him before they take him out of the house.
"Let's go boys.. I have to go get Emma out." They follow me outside and get in my truck.
"Mom I don't want her to go to jail because of me." Henry says.
"Was that her?" Jacob ask Henry.
"Yes." Henry say.. "She took the gun to protect me."
"Don't worry.. Mom will get her out." Jacob says.. "Mom I'm sorry.. I should have protected you too.. I just.."
"It's okay baby.. He's your father.. All you've ever seen was the good in him.."
"He's not my father anymore.. He put his hands on you.. I don't respect men who hits women.. He broke our code." Jacob says.
"He broke that code years ago." Henry says.
"It's okay now mom.. The both of us will protect you." He says.
"I should be protecting you." I say.
"You've been protecting us for years.. All those years he hit you.. You were protecting us.. Now it's our turn." Henry says... I love my boys..
"We love you mom." Jacob says..
"Yeah.. We love you." Henry says..
"And I love you guys."

"Yes ma'am.. Right this way." The officer says..
"Henry get my phone and call Ben.. Tell him to get here now."
"Yes ma'am." I follow the officer to Emma's cell.
"Emma??" I say.
"Regina I told you not to come.. I'm fine."
"Let her out of there." I say and the officer opens the door..
"Hey there sexy... You gone let me out to." One of the other women say.
"(Laughs) You wish." I say.
"Where are the boys?" Emma asks.
"Up front.. My lawyer is on the way." I say.
"Regina you didn't have to call someone at this time of day.. I could have waited.."
"Not a chance." I say. "Can we have the room until my lawyer get here?" I ask.
"Yes ma'am." The officer walks out of the room.
"They really like you here."
"Yeah well I'm the reason they still have a job.. Years ago this building was being shut down so I bought it."
"You own this police station?" Emma asks.
"Yes.. Miss Swan."
"That's so hot."
"Get it together." I say.
"Okay.. Sorry.. How is Henry doing?? You know with shooting him and all?"
"He's fine.. He's upset that you are in here.."
"Tell him I'm fine.. I'll do it agin in a heartbeat.. There is no way in hell I am going to let him sit in a jail cell.."
"Thank you.. For saving Henry and me."
"Anytime.." She smiles.

"Emma Swan you are free to go but you can not leave the state." The officer says.
"Wait how?" She asks.
"Mrs. Mills lawyer is out of town but he made some calls.. He said that he promise you will not leave town."
"Oh really?" Emma says.
"Emma let's go.. Thank you officer." I say and we walk out the room and head to the front.
"EMMA!" Henry yells.
"Hey kid." Emma says.
"Are you okay?"
"I'm fine.. Are you okay?"
"Heck yeah.. I'm not sorry." He says.
"Let's go to the truck.. Stop talking until we get in the truck.. Okay Henry." I say.
"Yes ma'am." He says and we walk to the truck.
"Hey Jacob do you mind sitting in the front.?? I want to sit in the back with Henry."
"Sure." He says. And Emma climbs in the back.
"Henry look at me." Emma says. "Don't ever feel sorry for protecting your mom you hear me?? Don't ever say sorry." Emma says.
"Okay.. Because I'm not.. I'll do it again if he shows up." He says.
"Henry where did you get the gun?"
"I ugh.. I.."
"You know what?? We'll talk about this in the morning.." I say.
"You can drop me off at my place.. I'll give you guys some privacy." Emma says.
"Could you stay until after we eat breakfast?" Jacob ask.
"It's up to your mom." Emma says.
"I'm pretty sure she wouldn't mind.. By the way she looks at you I can tell she like you." Henry says.
"HENRY!" I yell.
"I'm done talking." He says.
"Good idea." I say. And when I look at Emma she is smiling.
