Final ♛
The next day Jennie walked towards the campus after parting with Irene in front of the campus earlier. On the way to her class her eyes searched for someone who still did not show presence in front of her.
Her eyes scanned the entire corner until she was startled by someone's hand tapped on her shoulder that made her turn around.
"Jack ...?" Jennie whispered because the person who tapped her shoulder was Jack. Why is Jack in front of her right now ?. She thought while pressed her lips.
"Uhmm ... Hey Jennie can we talk?" Jack asked with the man's hand scratching his head.
Jennie just gave a glare and clenching her jaws at him before walking away leaving the man.
Jack who saw Jennie walking left him immediately chasing the woman and pulling the woman’s wrist begging to stop walking.
"Hey wait I want to talk to you for a second." Jack pleaded with the man's hand still holding Jennie's wrist tightly.
"There's nothing to talk about we're already broke up! So stay away from my life!" Jennie spoke trying her best to free her hand from Jack's grip.
"No! It's you who decided that .... okay I'm sorry but please I need you ... please Jennie come back to me ... I promise I will change for you." He pleaded towards Jennie.
Jennie who was listening was only able to meet with Jack's gaze who currently trying to think about Jack's sspeech
Should she give this man another chance? The man's eyes were full of hope. But what about Jisoo? The man who always makes her feel safe, happy, calm and special. Her heart was still confused about her feelings toward Jisoo the man she had just met.
Also now the man she has known for a long time wants her back and promises to change for her even though he once cheated when they were in a relationship.
She's having doubt.
"I-i don't know ..." Jennie stuttered then with all her energy try released her hand from Jack's grip and walked quickly towards the class and she was relieved that this time Jack wasn't chasing her.
As soon as she was in class, her heart suddenly felt relieved that the figure she had been looking for was now in the class while busy making his own things. With a slow step, Jennie walked towards Jisoo who still didn't know her presence.
"Hey Jisoo." Jennie called that now she was standing in front of the man's desk. The man in front of her was just busy writing without looking at Jennie which made Jennie start frowning because Jisoo didn't pay any attention to her.
She didn't know she was feeling dissatisfied because Jisoo didn't pay her attention or look at her face.
"Jisoo!" Now Jennie knocked on the table loudly which made a few students in the class look up at her.
"What? Miss Brunette? I'm busy if you don't have something important, you don't have to bother me and please sit down because Prof is about to arrive." Jisoo said in an unfriendly tone that made Jennie again confused.
Yesterday this man treated her well but today this man doesn't seem to want to talk to her. Did she make Jisoo angry? Before Jennie could start speaking Jack's voice had already stopped her.
"Jennie by my side there's an empty seat come on sit here. " Jack said.
"No it's oka-
"Go sit there." Before Jennie finished speaking, Jisoo had cut her off.
Jennie who heard Jisoo's speech immediately turned to look at Jisoo with a confused look. Jisoo just told her to sit next to her ex boyfriend, didn't she hear it wrong? Hearing that made her heart feel uncomfortable as Jisoo try to let go of her to someone.
"Jennie!" Jack called her again which made Jennie scoffed and immediately sit next to the man as Prof was already in the classroom by then.
Sitting next to Jack, Jennie try to spared a look at Jisoo but the man didn't seem to be spared a look at her because he was just focused on staring at other things. In class the man didn't look at her a bit which made her heart feel incomplete.
All she could get was Jack who told a lot of stories like the man wanted to win her heart back. But she felt this was not what she wanted.
Jennie tries her best to focus in class but her heart is not satisfied because of Jisoo.She thinks she needs to talk to Jisoo when the class is over.
As soon as class time was over Jennie immediately packed her things and chased after Jisoo leaving Jack who called her.
"Jisoo wait for me ..." Jennie called who was now standing in front of Jisoo who didn't look at her at all. The man just stared at the unattractive wall.
"What?" Jisoo asked while holding the bag tightly that on his shoulder finally meets Jennie's gaze.
"Why are you like this? Did I made you mad?" Jennie asked.
Jisoo who heard that slowly looked into Jennie's eyes who was staring at her full of hope.
He was not willing to hurt this brunette. She was very soft, innocent and kind. Jisoo slowly sigh before slowly opening his eyes looking towards Jennie.
"Didn't I treat you like this from the beginning when we met? Do you want me to treat you like what? If in the end we are just strangers." Jisoo spoke,he finally came out with the sentence he hated the most to utter.
Jisoo clenching his jaws before said.
"We're just strangers that were encountered by accident." Jisoo said with his eyes staring into Jennie's watery eyes.
Without waiting for Jennie's reply, he immediately left the woman with a heavy heart. He hated himself for making the people he loved hurt because of him. But he had no choice because Jennie might choose Jack from him who is just a brain tumor patient.
He overhears Jack's conversation with Jennie before heading to class which makes him feel Jennie prefers Jack to a man who has been with Jennie for a long time. Not with him who has just met Jennie who is just for the sake of saving the woman's life.He pressed his lips before utter.
"Sorry for hurting you."

It's been a week they haven't spoken but it's more to Jisoo who avoids Jennie. In class the guy will sit away from Jennie and every time he finishes studying he will quickly pack his things to leave the class immediately without colliding with Jennie.
Unlike Jennie who every time was in class she would silently glanced towards Jisoo. But the man didn't give her a single glance at all. The man completely avoided her like he wanted to get away from her life.
Within a week, she realized that without Jisoo's presence, her heart felt empty even though Jack had done a lot to win her heart back again but that even makes her miss the figure of someone who always saves her and someone who is always there when she feels sad.
She really misses Jisoo, she wants to meet and talk to the man but the man even seems to avoid her.
Is it her fault if she wants to fall in love with him because now she realizes that she doesn’t want them to be strangers.
'We're just strangers that were encountered by accident'. Jisoo's words still ringing in her minds which made her think that their meeting was not just an accident but a destiny.
"A destiny that brings us together." She whispered and she knew what she would do to win Jisoo's heart.
Jennie smiled to herself before walking out of campus with now the phone in her ear waiting for someone to answer her call.
"Hello Jennie, why you call me?" Irene spoke on the other side as Jennie called her.
"I want to tell you that I'm not going home tonight." Jennie told that now she was waiting for a taxi to arrive.
"What? Why?" Irene asked.
"To win someone's heart and to make him believe that our meeting was not an accident but a destiny." Jennie said that now waved the taxi that had stopped in front of her then smiled proudly before getting into the taxi and putted the phone call.
Irene who doesn't hear Jennie's voice anymore can only hope that her friend succeeds in winning the heart of the man who has made her friend fall in love again.

Jisoo closed his eyes tightly with his head leaning on the car seat. Slowly he exhaled. He was now in his car right in front of his house. The man did not want to enter the house because he wanted to rest in the car for a while.
After a few minutes inhaling the air in the car slowly he sat up straight then stretched his body not forgetting also to crack his knuckles before taking his bag which was in the backseat then got out of the car.
He started walking towards the front door of his house.
"Kim Jisoo!" Jisoo's steps stopped when he heard the voice of someone he knew very well calling his full name.
Jisoo closed his eyes for a moment then slowly opened it and turned towards the source of the voice.It was true in front of him was a brunette that he wanted to avoid but now the brunette was in front of him which was more right in front of his house.
After many evil words he had thrown at Jennie finally the woman still came to see him .
Jisoo slowly pinched his bridge nose and slowly met Jennie's gaze who seemed to have been staring into his eyes for a long time.
"Why are you here?" Jisoo asked.
"We need to talk." Jennie told that now the woman's face was showing her seriousness.
Jisoo who heard that closed his eyes while exhaling and then his eyes were attracted to see the sky that started to darken without stars tonight which may be a sign of rain will fall soon.
"All right we're going to talk but not here we're talking inside." Jisoo said pointing towards his house and walked into the house followed by Jennie who slowly carved a smile.
"Sit there first because in a moment I'll be downstairs and you have dinner here and then we'll talk." Jisoo said to Jennie then pointed towards the couch for Jennie to sit on.
Jennie who heard that was only able to nod slightly and then sat herself on the couch while waiting for Jisoo to come downstairs for dinner. After a few minutes Jisoo came downstairs with a new shirt. He seemed to have just finished taking a shower. Jennie who saw that immediately stood up and smiled at Jisoo.
But the man just gave her a normal look that made her frown.
"Let's eat because it looks like Mrs. Lee has finished cooking." Jisoo told.
They both walked towards the kitchen and Jisoo's guess was true because when they arrived at the kitchen, Mrs. Lee had finished cooking for dinner.
Mrs. Lee who saw Jennie's presence smiled brightly and hugged Jennie tightly to welcome the woman's presence.
"Jisoo didn't tell me you were coming." Mrs.Lee said glancing at Jisoo who started to sit down to enjoy the meal.
"No, I came here without telling him." Jennie told.
Mrs. Lee who listened nodded understanding.
"Okay let's start eating because Jisoo looks like he's already hungry." Mrs. Lee said that started to make Jennie chuckled because Jisoo was already starting to enjoy the meal.
Jennie who saw it immediately followed Jisoo to enjoy Mrs. Lee's meal. In enjoying the meal once in a while Jennie watched Jisoo who focused on eating the food with appetite, unknowingly Jennie smiled quietly to feel Jisoo's presence back because this is what she was looking for and wanting.
Being close to the man makes her heart relieved and calm. Staring at the man's face makes her heart beat rhythmically.
Today too she will express everything she feels to the man in front of her. She will prove to Jisoo that they met because of destiny that made her began to believe that Jisoo was her soulmate.
After Finished eating now Jennie is in a room full of various paintings that Jisoo drew. How can she be there? None other than because Jisoo brought her but it was more to Jennie who wanted them to talk in the room.
Jisoo who listened Jennie's suggestion was only able to follow because the woman showed her cute face which made Jisoo lose badly.
"So what do you want to talk about?" Jisoo asked towards Jennie as he crossed his arms.
Jennie who heard that slowly smiled proudly then walked confidently until now standing in front of Jisoo even though she had to raise her head slightly because Jisoo was taller than her.
"I want to ask why did you avoid me?" Jennie asked her eyes focused staring into Jisoo's brown eyes.
"I told you we're just strangers, why should we always meet." Jisoo replied.
Jennie who heard that frowned and now she looked at Jisoo sharply and scoffed.
"You don't want us to be more than strangers?" Jennie asked as if giving a code.
“Do you want us to be friends?” Jisoo asked.
Jennie who heard that was only able to rub her hand on her face frustratingly, because Jisoo didn't get the code she was trying to convey to him.
"Okay .... let me explain, first of all I have never been in a relationship with Jack again or the intention to fall in love with him again. I no longer love him. I left him because I already have someone in my heart who is not named Jack ....
Jisoo who heard that someone was already in Jennie's heart just held back the pain of his heart. Unconsciously Jennie had fallen in love with someone else. Slowly his face turned gloomy.
"And the person is the one who spoke to me that my meeting with him was just an accident but for me my meeting with him was a destiny because he who dared to save me several times and made me feel lost without his presence. Without my hero, I feel empty like without your presence that makes me feel lost and incomplete.
I have fallen in love with you and I choose you.... Jisoo." Jennie told everything she was hiding.
She was relieved to have been honest and can breathe with relief.
Jisoo who heard that was silent staring at Jennie. He didn't seem to believe what he heard. Jennie chose him ! He didn't know how happy he was. But it was like something was unfinished for him.
He who wanted to reply to Jennie's speech was suddenly startled by the sound of thunder which was a sign of rain that might have fall soon.
Jennie flinched hearing a loud thunder sound that unconsciously made her jump to hug Jisoo's neck.
Jisoo who received it then held Jennie's waist tightly to stabilize themselves.
After feeling stable, his eyes slowly stared at Jennie who was staring at his lips. Jisoo who saw Jennie bitting her bottoms lips slowly tightened his hand that was on Jennie's waist. He looked into Jennie's eyes who was now staring at him and then went down to stare at Jennie's lips which attracted his attention. Jisoo swallowed seeing that.
Slowly he brought his face closer to Jennie's with his eyes now closed. Jisoo could feel his nose was now in contact with Jennie's nose. Jisoo exhaled heavily and then slowly gently met his lips with Jennie's.
He kissed the lips gently while his eyes closed tightly feel Jennie's sweet lips. Jennie who received it slowly closed her eyes and responded to Jisoo's kiss while moving her lips and tightening her hand that was on Jisoo's neck. Jennie smiled in the kiss as they shared a very sweet kiss.
They kissed for the first time when it was already raining heavily outside.
They got carried away in that kiss.
Jisoo who slowly woke up from realization suddenly stopped kissing Jennie then slowly pushed Jennie back as he backed away.
Jennie who received that felt weird and sad as Jisoo stopped the kiss. The man seemed to regret after kissing her.
"Why?" Jennie asked.
Jisoo who heard that slowly shook his head.
"I shouldn't have done that." Jisoo told while catching his breath.
"What? Jisoo you kissed me and now you kind of regret because you already kissed me?" Jennie asked in a frustrating tone as she felt like she was being played.
"I'm sorry Jennie." Jisoo said in a pleading tone. But he never regretted kissing Jennie because it was the sweetest kiss he had ever tasted.
He just said sorry for feeling he was still not perfect enough for Jennie and also because of the illness he currently facing.
But with Jennie feeling like she was the only one who loved Jisoo she started to feel upset and give up because Jisoo rejected her love.
"Thank you for being honest..." Jennie said with her voice cracking as tears filled up her eyes.
Without waiting for Jisoo's answer, she immediately left the room and went down the stairs and get out of the house even though it was still raining heavily.
"Jennie!" Jisoo called but that was useless because Jennie was already gone.
Jisoo slowly sat leaning against the wall while wiping away his flowing tears.
"Here take this and go after her." Jisoo looked at the owner of the voice and in front of him Mrs. Lee who gave him the car keys.
"Chase her Jisoo, now it's raining heavily and it's dangerous for her to walk alone at night. She's a woman. Please find her. You have to explain everything to her so she can understand, including the illness you are facing. I know you love her. Please don't lose her. Don't lose Jennie." Mrs. Lee encouraged Jisoo which made Jisoo aware of Jennie's words before.
'Have a courage if you don't want to lose someone'
Jisoo remembered the verse.
"I don't want to lose her again, I won't and I will bring her back here." Jisoo spoke with eyes staring confidently at Mrs. Lee without wasting time he took the car key given by Mrs. Lee and ran down to his car.
As soon as Jisoo got in his car, he immediately started the engine and started driving to find Jennie. Within 5 minutes Jisoo still did not see Jennie because the heavy rain made it difficult for him to drive with wet mirrors and slippery roads.
But that wouldn’t make him give up because he was already holding on to his words that would find Jennie and take her home. Slowly Jisoo drove his car when he saw figured of someone walking alone on a night that was raining heavily.
Slowly his car followed the person. After getting closer, Jisoo could see the shape of the person's body clearly which is the shape of a woman's body. Jisoo tried to observe more deeply and then sighed with relief when he could see more clearly the color of the person's shirt which was similar to the color of the shirt that Jennie was wearing.
Jisoo let out a sigh of relief and drove his car next to Jennie who was still walking. The woman's shirt was soaking wet from the heavy rain but she continued to walk. Jennie who heard the sound of the car immediately turned to the side and she could recognize the car and who the driver was. She clenching her jaws then immediately quickened her pace even though she was already wet from the rain.
Jisoo who saw Jennie speeding up her pace, not silent he also speeded up his car a bit to keep up with Jennie. Jisoo lowered the window and turned towards Jennie who wasn't looking at him at all because the woman's eyes were just focus looking forward with stomped her feets forward.
"Jennie please get in the car! It's raining hard and that's dangerous, your shirt is also wet because of the rain!" Jisoo shouted as the sound of heavy rain made himself have to be shouted so that Jennie could hear.
But that was useless because Jennie ignored him, the woman was still walking forward. Jisoo who saw Jennie as not going to stop immediately accelerated his car then stopped his car in front of Jennie which made her stop walking.
Jennie flinched as Jisoo stopped his car in front of her then pressed her lips staring sharply at the man in the car.
Jisoo unbuckled his seatbelt and got out of the car which now he doesn't care if he gets drenched because it's raining which is important to him is the explanation that Jennie needs to hear from him.
As soon as he got out of the car his eyes were only focused on Jennie. Slowly he walked towards Jennie with his eyes only staring at Jennie. Now he was standing in front of Jennie with himself already wet along with Jennie. Now he had met Jennie who was now in front of him in the rain. Jisoo smiled softly looking at Jennie who was only returned by Jennie's sharp gaze.
"I am sorry." Jisoo whispered.
"I'm sorry for what I did just now, I know I shouldn't have done that thing. But I did it for a reason ... I don't regret kissing you Jennie. That's the sweetest kiss I've ever felt. I've never rejected your love. I want you to know that in this heart ...
Jisoo brought his index finger towards Jennie's tiny nose and said.
"There is only your name ... in my heart there is only you.
Jennie who heard that slowly restrained herself from shedding tears.
"I hold on to your words, I remember you told me to have a courage if you don't want to lose someone. Those words made me change my mind to be brave because I don't want to lose you ...
Jisoo looked into Jennie's hopeful eyes as he uttered the word.
"But there is one reason why I hesitate to be in a relationship.
Jisoo closed his eyes for a moment then exhaled.
"I'm sick Jennie. I have a brain tumor that will kill me if I don't have surgery right away." Jisoo tells that now he is looking down. The man's shoulders trembled.
Jennie who heard that felt her breath catch in shock.Jisoo who she thought was someone who always saved her was a person who seemed to have no problems but even Jisoo was faced with a heavier problem.
He had a painful brain tumor that if not operated on immediately would have resulted in death. Only now does she know why Jisoo seems hesitant to start a relationship. Apparently due to his illness.
Now Jennie walked closer to Jisoo and slowly brought her hand to hug Jisoo tightly. Jennie rubbed Jisoo's back slowly under the heavy rain that was still wetting them both.
Jisoo who received it immediately returned Jennie's hug tightening the hug by hiding his face on Jennie's shoulder.
"Do you love me Jisoo?" Jennie asked.
"I love you Jennie." Jisoo replied.
"Do that surgery for me." Jennie whispered in Jisoo's ear.
"Let's build our happy ending." Jennie whispered as she tightened her hug.
Jisoo who heard that smiled as he closed his eyes feeling Jennie's warm hug under the cold weather due to the rain.

After 2 months
"Irene! Did you see my heels I just bought yesterday?" Jennie asked Irene.
“Try to search in the grey cupboard!” Irene told.
Jennie who heard that immediately opened the grey cupboard and breathed a sigh of relief when she found the heels she had just bought yesterday. The heels were neatly arranged in the grey cupboard.
Without wasting time Jennie put on the heels and didn't forget to look at herself in front of the mirror she put on lip balm then after feeling satisfied she smiled brightly because she felt she was pretty enough to attend the Prom event.
Today she will attend a Prom event organized on campus and of course she already has a partner.

Jennie grinned when she found out who had arrived. Without wasting time she left the house and didn't forget to tell Irene. As soon as she arrived outside the house, she saw a car that was familiar to her.
Slowly the car door opened and the person Jennie was waiting for came out. Jisoo who got out of the car looked at Jennie in disbelief because Jennie who was in front of his eyes was so amazingly beautiful.
Jennie wore a red dress with red heels and the make up she wore was also very natural and not thick. Her hair was left to fall apart.
Slowly Jisoo's eyes meets Jennie's gaze who is smiling brightly looking at him.
Jennie who saw Jisoo's clothes also felt amaze because the man in front of her was also really handsome which was amazing for her.
Jisoo is wearing a blue suit with a red tie. The man's hair is also very neat. Jisoo smiled charmingly at Jennie then walked towards Jennie.
Now Jisoo is completely healed from listening to Jennie's instructions to have surgery immediately. The man finally made the surgery which finally the doctor managed to remove the tumor that was in his brain. It took about 1 month for Jisoo to recover and during that time it was Jennie who was always by his side. Helped him recover immediately and he was grateful and relieved to have been found with a woman as sweet as Jennie.
"So Miss Brunette, are you ready to dance with me?" Jisoo asked holding out his hand waiting for Jennie to accept while grinning.
Jisoo asked because he is Jennie's partner is more precisely Jennie's boyfriend.
Jennie who heard her boyfriend ask the question was only able to chuckled then held Jisoo's hand.
"More than ready." Jennie told then peck Jisoo's lips.
Jisoo who accepted that feeling unsatisfied. He put Jennie's hand on his neck and brought his hand to Jennie's waist.
Jisoo smiled charmingly at Jennie then pressed his lips to his girlfriend's. Gently kissing her lips.Enjoying her girlfriend's sweet lips.Jennie also closed her eyes tightly in response to her boyfriend's kiss while smiling happily.They began to lull in the kiss because of the sweet kiss.
Jennie who realized they were going to be late slowly let go of their sweet kiss with her hand on Jisoo's shoulder. Jisoo who felt their kiss stop slowly frown which made Jennie giggles.
“Later we’ll be late to the Prom party if we just keep kissing.” Jennie told as she gently rubbed her boyfriend’s neck with the soft smile she gave.
Jisoo who heard nodded understanding and stole a kiss on Jennie's lips.
"Sorry can't handle cause it's so sweet." Jisoo told then smiled softly and held his girlfriend's hand brought her into the car.
Jennie who received it just shook her head with her heart already beating fast.
"It's okay I'm yours." Jennie stated.
"I'm yours too." Jisoo stated that makes Jennie smile shyly because of blushing.
For Jennie, Jisoo is her hero who is always there to save her.
But for Jisoo, Jennie is his savior because without Jennie’s presence in his life he might have died for not having the surgery but now with Jennie’s presence that has made him convinced to do the surgery. Jennie actually the one who saved him.
With their meeting making the two of them convinced they met because of a unifying destiny and not because an accident.
Destiny that unites them.
