Tattoos on your heart
Is something your vessels mark
Blood soaked in the seams
Something that means a lot to you and me
Until you try to remove them from your heart
It's becomes terribly dark
Cutting the vains
Trying to get that person to go away
But no matter how much you erase
Their name will still remain
Forever fading away
But like a scar
It's never truly free
And never is your broken heart
Everytime it feels their spark
Sitting in their own dark
Waiting for the start
That'll tear it apart
