Chaewon's POV
Today I came to the university a little early without waiting for Heeun and Eunji since I had some assignments to give to Mrs.Kim. I went to her office straight and gave my assignments to her
" Did you finish all Chaewon? I mean within only two days ? " she asked me and I nodded as a response
" Ok, I'll check them. You can go now " I left her office and went to the locker area. I texted Heeun and Eunji to come there
I was standing in front of my locker while looking at my phone. I could sense some students were gossiping about something and I didn't care about them because they are always gossiping like they have nothing to do. Also, I could feel some eyes were on me but I just didn't mind them as well. A few minutes were passed but still, there's no sign about Heeun or Eunji. I was about to call them but I stopped what I was doing after I saw them waving to me from afar
" What took you so long Eun? " I asked making her look at Heeun
" Didn't you hear the news yet? " I was really confused. What are they talking about?
" Huh? Which news? No " I asked curiously and Heeun sighed making Eunji facepalm herself
" At least didn't you hear what they are gossiping about? " Eunji asked me back
" I heard something but didn't care about that. Why ? " curiosity is killing me now
" Umm remember what happened yesterday? Heeseung saved you. And- " Eunji paused and looked at Heeun making me look at her too
" And what? " I was nervous for no reason. What if it's about me?
" And, Chae the entire university is keep saying that Heeseung likes you and that's the reason for him to save you from that guy " My eyes went wider when I heard that
" What? Who said that? He doesn't like me so do I. I don't like him too. What's wrong with these students " It's so awkward to know that someone likes me even though it's not true
" I know that. They keep interrupting us by asking is that true or not. That's why we were late " Heeun said while Eunji nodded her head as a sign of an agreement
" huh? I- I don't know what to do with this. Let's go to the class " with that we were about to go to the class but someone grabbed my backpack making me stop
" Yes? " I turned around and saw a group of girls was standing while their eyes locked in my face like they are going to kill me in any second
" Is that true ? " one girl asked making me frown at her
" What? " I asked her back even though I knew what she is talking about
" Don't act like you're all innocent Chaewon. Is that news true that Heeseung likes you? " What do they have to do with that though?
" Whatever you think, that's- " I was going to say that's not true but a sudden voice cut me off
" That's true " Then all the eyes went in the direction where the voice came. And here is the trouble maker
" Heeseung Oppa? Did you just say- " another girl asked him and trying hard to act cute but he didn't even mind her making me chuckle for no reason
" Yeah, I said I like her. So don't ever try to disturb us right? Am I clear ? " the girls glared at me for one last time and left the place
" Oppa what did you say? Do you like Chae? " Heeun asked making me look at him too. It's not because I'm anxious, I knew something is wrong there
" Have you lost your mind or what? I was just using her. They keep annoying me by asking if I wanna go on a date with them or stupid things like that. So if I say that I like someone, they won't bother me again. So yeah! In short, that's not true and I'm just using Chae- Won " seriously? How could he say that he's using me to avoid his fangirls? Right in front of me? Am I that useless? Anyhow, I felt heavy-hearted. I- never mind. And here, he left with Jake and Jay without taking any glance at me
" Chae don't worry. That idiot must be out of his mind. I'll tell mom and punish- " I could say Heeun is mad at him
" Hee no. Just forget it. I don't mind it " but the truth is I was hurt for being used. I don't know why was that but, I've never been used to it before
" Let's go. Come " Eunji shook her head and we went to the class without staying at the entrance anymore

" Hwang Chaewon. You're spacing out " Mr.Lee shouted at me making me jump a bit from my seat
" Yes sir? " I didn't even know what he was talking about
" Come to this world Ms.Chaewon. You're spacing out for so long " he blamed me in front of the whole class and I could see some students were laughing at me
" So- Sorry Sir. It won't happen again " I apologized and waited for his answer
" Sit down and make sure you're paying attention to the lesson " gladly he didn't kick me out of the class
" Ok sir Thank you " with that I took my seat and looked at Heeun who was already looking at me
" I'm sorry for my idiotic brother Chae " I could see she was really sad about earlier
" That's fine Hee I told you. Just forget it " and we paid our attention to the lesson

" Ok class that's all for today. Make sure you will do the project with your partners and I can give you three days for that. Have a great day ahead " and there, he left the class with a handful of notes from students
" Chae I'm hungry. Let's go to the cafeteria " Eunji was about to go out of the class but another random guy approached me
" Chaewon can I ask you something ? " now what?
" Yeah, what is it? " I asked making him look serious
" Do you like Heeseung too ? " again this. I want to forget the fact that I was being used yet they are trying to make me think about it more
" Again.. please I don't wanna talk about that. Please leave me alone " with that I stepped out of the class leaving him dumbfounded there
" Hee I don't wanna go to the cafeteria. Can we go somewhere else to eat? " I didn't wanna face more questions about what happened earlier. So that's why I wanted to go somewhere else

We went to the cafe nearby our university. There wasn't that crowded and it was so peaceful there.
" Ahh I forgot to tell you something " I broke the silence between us
" Hmm? What? " Heeun asked making Eunji look at me as well
" Remember the guy I told you before? My childhood best friend? " I asked and they nodded as an agreement that they remember him
" That handsome guy who was used to be an ice skater? You even showed us a picture of him " Eunji said making me and Heeun laugh at her. Her memory really is something
" Hmm, that handsome guy. I told you he moved to Australia five years ago right? He is back " I said and Eunji's mouth went to an ' O ' shape
" And? " Heeun asked and took a bite on her red velvet cake
" And he said he wants to meet me tonight and would you like to join us? " I asked and waited for their answer
" No. Just we don't know him yet. So that won't comfortable. Maybe next time? Plus we can collect information for the project tonight " I knew it. They're correct too. It will be awkward. So I didn't bothered them
" Fine let's go " we paid for our food and left the cafe

Time skipped [ at night ]
It's 7.30 pm now. Sunghoon will be there at 8.00 pm sharp. I have only half an hour left. So I took a quick shower and changed into a simple dress which my mom gifted me for my birthday last year. I put my hair into a ponytail and went downstairs.
" Where are you going? " Oppa asked me while looking at me from head to toe
" Non of your business. Eomma knows about that " I said and about to go out but he immediately grab my hand and stopped me
" Answer me first and then you can go " why is he so serious?
" Oppa don't be overprotective. Sunghoon is back. I'm going to meet him "
" Why can't I come with you ? " what's wrong with him? He didn't act like that before
" Oppa he is my friend. You don't need to come " and he looked at me frowning
" OK fine. Make sure you will come home before 11.00 pm right? " Urgh! This man
" Yes your highness sure " with that he let go off my hand and I stepped out to go to the restaurant that Sunghoon asked me to come to with my mom's driver

I arrived at the restaurant at 8.00 pm sharp but there's no sign about Sunghoon and it's 8.30 pm now. So I decided to contact him so I took out my phone and dialed his number. After a few times of ringing, he answered the call
" Hello? "
" Hoonie, it's me Chaewon. Where are you? " I asked him and he sighed making me confused
" Are you there already? " I think I know what's going on
" Now tell me you can't come here," I said chuckling
" You know how clumsy I am right? Yeji wanted to meet her friends here and look! I'm here with her. I won't able to come Chae I'm sorry " this idiot
" OK OK, that's fine. Your memory is a mess. Clean it with something idiot. See you later then " I said and about to hang up the call but,
" I have a surprise for you tomorrow anyways " huh? What's that?
" What do you mean? " I asked and he laughed
" You will see. Bye go home safely or Hyung will kill me " he is really scared of my brother
" Hmm, I came with my mom's driver. So that's fine " I could hear him sigh making me chuckle and he hang up the call
I was about to take my leave but someone came and took a seat in front of me
" Hi stupid " what's he doing here?
" Heeseung? What are you doing here? Did you follow me? " Even though it was such a stupid question, I was waiting for his answer
" Nope. Just... I came here to have dinner and saw you. I accidentally eavesdrop on your conversation. Your friend won't come today right? Is it a girl or a boy? " What's he going to do with that?
" None of your business " I don't want to answer any questions from him
" OK then. Since your friend's not here, wanna have dinner with me ? " huh? Seriously? After saying such a thing to me earlier, he still wants to have dinner with me? I'm not a stupid idiot
" No thanks I wanna go " and I left him there alone
