Alias: Angel of Death
Description: Roughly 5' with (h/l) (h/c) hair, (e/c) eyes, and age undetermined. Usually seen wearing a black cloak or trench coat with a hood and a black face mask. Always carries at least one pistol and multiple knives on her person. Has two tattoos on the left forearm and a branded scar on the wrist.
Exceptionally skilled in combat and ODM gear usage. Has experience with an assortment of weapons including but not limited to knives, swords, pistols, rifles, shotguns, explosives, smoke grenades, hunting bows, poisons, and potentially more.
Profile: (Y/N) is methodical and rarely leaves behind evidence at crime scenes. The only known evidence includes a dark crimson rose with the tips of the petals dyed black or dipped in paint. The suspect is known to show no mercy when hunting her victims, and is incapable of remorse. (Y/N) usually targets criminals, especially sex traffickers and serial killers. Some victims have been found to be extensively tortured before being killed.
Background: Little is known about (Y/N), however due to her ties to the (L/N) clan, she poses an immediate threat to the monarchy and humanity. The (L/N) family used to work with the crown, however, their head-of-house Elias (L/N) betrayed the King by threatening to [REDACTED] and then proceed to expose [REDACTED].
Ms. (Y/N) (L/N) took part in a multitude of criminal activities. She commonly stole from her victims. There are reports of an individual matching her description assaulting and robbing wealthy families, but leaving them unharmed.
It is rumored she participated in illegal fighting rings for money. She was a well-known fighter and mysteriously dropped out once her fame started to rise. She only used her first name at the time but an officer later made the connection after the first few murders based on description.
Eventually, she moved on to more extreme felonies, such as manslaughter. The reason why she suddenly started killing remains unknown.
Her victims first appeared in the summer of 839 at Utgard castle, however, the exact origin and date of when her killing spree began remains unknown.
Progress Notes:
Due to her elusiveness, it is difficult to track (Y/N)'s movements and what incidents she's involved in. A majority of the time, she worked alone. However some reports indicate she had a partner from time to time. A male suspect estimated to be in his late 20's, has wavy dirty blonde hair, hazel eyes, and is roughly 6' with a muscular build.
Below are descriptions of confirmed cases (Y/N) took part in.
-Utgard Castle Massacre (Aug. 25th, 839): A group of bandits were found shot and killed. 8 confirmed kills. Motive unknown.
-Stefan Klaus's Assassination (Sept. 12th, 839): Stefan Klaus was a high-tier drug lord known to cut his product with low-grade materials in order to increase profit. Users of his drugs quickly overdosed and over 10 people died within a few days. His body was found dumped in the river with a note attached saying "This is a warning."
-Ceil Klaus's Assassination (Sept. 23rd, 839): Ceil Klaus, Stefan's oldest son, was found hanging by a rope in his house. His death was first ruled as a suicide until officers found evidence of forced-entry. There is no evidence to link Ceil's and Stefan's death other than bloodlines and occupation.
-Countryside Fire (Oct. 8th, 839): A farmer and his wife died in a house fire, evidence points to intentional arson. Motive unknown.

-Stohess Massacre (Nov. 25th, 839): An unnamed elite member from the Capital hosted a private party in the basement of his manor. Party attendees consisted of wealthy citizens and his close friends. It is said the party's "main event" included children ages 5-10 to perform "intimate" acts in front of the crowd. Or members could pay extra to have "private time" with a hand-picked child. (Y/N) and her partner supposedly went undercover as party guests and before the show could begin, they started to "go on a bloody rampage" according to one of the kids. The only surviving witnesses were the kidnapped children. (Y/N) killed 18 men and 12 women. The owner was found to have been skinned alive along with both arms and legs broken before being stabbed in the heart. The words "[REDACTED] you're next" were painted on the wall with his blood.

-Luca Sabatino's Assassination (Nov. 27th, 839): A wealthy businessman who presumably had ties to sex trafficking was shot and killed by a rifle during a visit in the Capital. Four of his bodyguards were also shot as the suspect fled.

-Angela Settman's Murder (Jan. 5th, 840): A woman was found in a shallow grave a mile from her house. Motive unknown.
-The Romano Family Massacre (Jan. 30th, 840): A middle class family residing in a villa outside Karanese district was found murdered in their home. The father appeared to have been severely beaten. The mother, two sons (28 & 27), and daughter (25) were all poisoned. Motive unknown.

-Valentine's Day Massacre (Feb. 14th, 840): A group of mobsters were ambushed in Orvud district by two suspects. 12 total confirmed kills. (Author's Note: Idk if V-Day is a thing in the aot universe, but being from Chicago I just had to add this one lol)
-John Bobbitt's Murder (Mar. 11th, 840): A known sex offender was found with his penis cut off by a knife and forcefully placed down his throat. Cause of death: massive hemorrhage.
-The Trost Murders (April 3rd - April 16th, 840): A string of murders occurred across the city, all linked to a pedophilia ring. Methods of killing included stabbing, shooting, and poisoning. 15 men and 3 women were killed over the span of two weeks.
-The Jonestown Church Fire (May 1st, 840): A church located inside wall Sina was burnt down presumably by gasoline. Some local rumors say the church housed a cult of cannibals, however no evidence was found to confirm said rumors. 10 men and 8 women died in the fire.

-The Death of Marco Preston (June 16th, 840): Preston was on trial for the accusation of killing and raping 6 women. He was later set free due to "inconclusive evidence." Two days after his trial ended he was found brutally murdered in his home. Before being killed, it appears he was bound and dragged by a horse across his property. His body was severed in half at the waist after being pulled apart by at least two horses.
-It appears (Y/N)'s killing and torturing remained dormant between the months of August through October of 840. However during this time, five notable people (Liam Jones, Samuel Manson, Ryan Koresh, James Newton, and Owen Berg) committed suicide by hanging themselves. All events are unrelated and occurred in different villages. Family members stated their loved ones were facing difficult times and have mentioned feelings of depression before. It still remains unknow if Ms. (L/N) played a part in any or all of their deaths.
-The Capital Bombing (Nov. 7th, 840): A makeshift bomb constructed from gunpowder and shrapnel was placed in the ballroom of Lord [REDACTED]. The bomb went off during an event he hosted. He and his family survived but were severely injured. 2 guards died along with a married couple. 22 others injured.
-Charles Moore's Assassination (Dec. 10th, 840): A prominent gang leader in charge of running dog fighting rings in the Underground was brutally killed and torn apart by dogs in his home. His family was unharmed.
-Adrian Walker's Assassination (Dec. 25th, 840): The right-hand man of Charles Moore was also found "torn to shreds by hounds" in the alleyway behind an abandoned warehouse.

-Colton Hall's Murder (Feb. 2nd, 841): Allegedly accused of being a serial killer, Mr. Hall was found strangled to death. This method is the one he used on his victims.

-Official Note (July 20th, 841): Due to the series of events leading up to the [REDACTED] massacre in July, 841, officials have started to close in on (Y/N)'s whereabouts. She is commonly seen in the Northern towns inside wall Rose, only staying in one town for no longer than a week. She usually resided in abandoned homes and rarely rents hotel rooms.
-Official Note (Aug. 6th, 841): The attempts to capture Ms. (L/N) failed. It appears there is a mole in the Military Police who tipped her off and warned her. By the time officers ambushed the cabin she was currently in, she already set out on foot two days ago. Her extensive knowledge of navigating forests allowed her to escape. Her location is now officially unknown.
-Official Note (Jan. 1st, 842): The case of (Y/N) (L/N) "The Angel of Death" has officially run cold. No new evidence or bodies have surfaced since July of 841.

Conclusion
(Y/N) (L/N) is an extremely dangerous criminal who needs to be brought to justice immediately. Due to her crimes, she will be executed without a jury. She remains at large and no new leads have been brought up.
The mole inside the MP force also remains a mystery. Some theories point to someone working with the First Interior Police Brigade.
The partner in crime of Ms. (L/N) is theorized to be a high-tier mercenary who works out of the Underground. His name and whereabouts remain unknown.

Author's Note: Whew, that was interesting to write. S/O to Criminal Minds for inspiring a lot of my "events." Also! I added in a bunch of culture references of famous fucked up stuff, see if you can spot them ;)
