You were wondering the streets of Madrid, Spain clearly lost. Your best friend Scathach left you when she saw a man selling some Spanish dessert that you couldn't pronounce and now you were alone, terrified, and lost in a crowded city. You sighed and said to yourself, "Maybe if I get back to the hotel she'll be there." You smiled to yourself at your new plan and made quick haste to your destination. As you walked down the streets you stopped when you heard a guitar playing. The sound was beautiful and the voice that sang with it was even better. You followed the sound of the guitar and nearly fainted at the man who was playing. Perfectly tanned skin, dark hair, and emerald green eyes- he was breath taking. When he was done performing, he looked at you with a smile that sent your cheeks red and the crowding girls sighing in bliss. You had to admit, you got the slightest of all jealous even if you just saw that man five minutes ago but you knew his smile was directed at you and you only.
He put the guitar in its case and walked over to you. The Spanish man took your hand and kissed it then said, "You must not be from around here. Allow me to introduce you to my country and I, I am Antontio Carriedo and this is Spain!" You gasped at his action and suddenly forgot how to talk. "I-I'm (N-Name)." you managed out. He chuckled and brought over to sit next to him on the fountain. "Tell me, chica, have you played the guitar before?" Antonio asked. You shook your head and immediately he pulled out the instrument then position it right in front of you. He took your hands in his and started to strum the instrument slowly. Your heart raced at his touch and you were a blushing and smiling mess whenever Antonio smiled down at you or got really close to you. You couldn't help it. Antontio was Spanish and really attractive, what girl wouldn't feel the way you felt?
It was late in the evening and most of the crowd was going away. You suddenly remembered what you were supposed to do more than five hours ago and felt extremely stupid to lose track of time the way you did. "Oh no! I was supposed to go back to my hotel! Scatty is going to hate me!" you cried out. "Scatty as in Scathach? I know her! She's weird, right?" Antonio said. You nodded your head. "She left me for some Spanish dessert... Can you help me back to the Wyndham hotel, please Antonio?" you asked. Antonio flashed his smile and held out his hand. "I'll take you anywhere you need to go, (Name)." he said as you took his hand.
You arrived at your hotel room and thanked Antonio profusely for it. "No no no, it was only to spend more time with you, (Name), and I wish to have more of that time too. How long are you staying in Madrid?" You couldn't believe it. You got lost and asked out by the worlds most attractive man all in the first day of arriving. "Two more weeks..." you said shyly. "Then that's fourteen days I plan to spend with you, chica. Say tomorrow at twelve?" he asked. You nodded your head not too eagerly but fast enough to show that you looked forward to it. "Great! See you then, (Name)."
You remembered that day like it was yesterday but in fact it was exactly a year ago and the both of you were at the spot where you first met. Of course you were practically a pro at the guitar, thanks to Antonio, and now you were singing a duet with him with them. As you played the music to a song that Antonio specifically wrote for him, you started to realize what he was singing and you started to tear up. He got down on one knee and opened up a tiny black box that concealed a diamond ring. By then you had already stopped playing and were crying tears of joy. A crowd surrounded the both of you, taking pictures and some recording, and Antonio stopped singing to say, "(Name), you are the most beautiful girl in the world and I am so glad to have met you a year ago in this very spot. You are the light of my life and you've made me the happiest Spaniard. I love you, (Name), and will you do me the greatest favor ever by marrying me?" You set the guitar in its case to stand up to nod your head. "Yes Antonio! Yes!" you shouted. Antonio stood up to hug you and kiss your lips. Right then and there you thanked your best friend Scathach for abandoning you in Madrid and for finding your future husband.
