Without a thought to her earlier inward cursing,Alicia poured praises on Ryu."Missus,stop buttering me up and get back to your work."
"Ok Sir!"With that Alicia scurried out of the office.
But as the day progressed,something unforeseen took place.During the lunch hours,Assistant Yang received a call from the government authorities.Hearing the news,he immediately rushed to Ryu Long's office.
"Sir,we have some bad news.Leona Knight escaped.You know she was set to be deported to be handed over to the police but she went missing from the airport.My sources have informed me that she had help.But it cannot be Pei...he is busy with stabilizing his company...so it seems there is someone else also who is helping Ms Knight from behind the scenes.Also she was muttering about revenge and all that before she escaped but the officers did not take her seriously.The worst part is she escaped yesterday so now we are going to have more difficulty in finding and apprehending her"
Ryu,who was usually able to foresee problems also did not expect this turn of events.He immediately got into protective mode and ordered,"Double the security around Ru and tell Detective Lan to find the whereabouts of that woman.Also,is Alicia's security team ready?Where is she now?"
"Assistant Lu is currently at Hotel Four Seasons in a meeting with Master Neil regarding the negotiations for the National Event Sponsorship.Her security detail in not ready yet.so we have only a security person keeping an eye on the situation.I'll get onto arranging the security now."
"Fine,also inform Neil of this and tell him to be on alert.I am going to get Ru from school and then pick Alicia up."
There was indeed a person who was helping Leona Knight.He was the one enemy hidden under many layers.He had already helped Leona reach her target.All he wanted was the destruction of Ryu Long and that was possible only if Ru was harmed. Ryu Long might have only one weakness-Ru but his weakness had a lot of weaknesses.It seems Ru Long as too attached to Alicia so naturally she needed to be harmed.
Presently,Leona Knight was sitting outside the hotel.She had bribed a waiter to carry a parcel inside for her and find the room number where Neil Long was at.

A shrill sound rang through the room as the negotiations were being conducted.During such meetings the phones were usually kept on silent...but this phone belonged to Neil Long so obviously no one could object.Neil looked at the screen and saw his brother calling.With a soft "excuse me" he went out of the room and answered the call.
As soon as the call was answered,Ryu said "Leona Knight has escaped.Be alert."
"Alright,we are about to head back to the office anyway...I'll see you there."
Sometimes,precautions and alertness are useless.By the time Neil returned to the room,Alicia had already left the room.With a frown,Neil asked about her whereabouts and was informed that she went to use the restroom.Neil immediately turned to go back towards the rest rooms.He had just gone in that direction and not seen her going there.With a sense of urgency and impending doom,he rushed into the women's restrooms and found them empty.
Leona Knight couldn't believe her luck.She had been thinking of a way to get Alicia alone but who would have thought that her prey would come out on her own.With quick movements she apprehended Alicia and with a knife poking at her back dragged her towards the exit of the hotel.
Alicia couldn't believe her stupidity.She had just come out to go to the washroom and now she was being kidnapped by this psycho b****.
