jieun grabs her own phone out, feeling the buzzing coming from her brother.

jieun scoffed at her phone, leaving her little brother on read. she wasn't bothering anyone but him.
"whatever. maybe he's going through his second stage of puberty." jieun places her phone faced down on the table, finally deciding to pay attention to the history of art.

"and then he tells me not to talk to his friends because it's weird. last i remembered i'm THEIR age." jieun ate another chip, sitting in front of ayaka.
"i don't see a problem. like you said. his friends are our age. i mean unless he holds some traumatic experience, then there shouldn't be a big problem." ayaka also takes a chip, the two turning to shotaro and donghyung.
"what do y'all think?" the two wave them away, paying too much attention to the game on their phone.
ayaka and jieun turn back to each other, jieun being more conflicted than the other.
jisung has been living with her since she moved out, which was three years ago.
from her knowledge he met his friends in first year of high school, making her a third year.
jieun moved out her last year of high school, and jisung moved in a couple weeks later.
"aye whatever. he can deal with it. i don't wanna help him if he's just gonna say it's weird to text his friends." jieun grabs another chip, fumbling with it.
she turns to donghyung, furrowing her eyebrows. "donghyung you're brother is apart of them, what do you know?" the twin shrugs, still not giving jieun any of her attention.
she hears ayaka snort, and jieun is quick to glare at her, "what?"
"they're literally no help. you should be used to it." jieun sighs, realizing the boys always had their nose in their phone.
it's silent for a bit, and jieun groans remembering she had to take care of a while fluff ball for her brothers friend. "I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR DOG!" she hangs her head on the table, the two boys finally looking up.
"you mean daegal? she's an absolute princess you'll be fine." jieun deadpans at donghyung, and he finally understands.
"i mean i get jisung. if he doesn't want you around his friends he HAS to have a reason." jieun keeps her head on the table, too lazy to pick it back up.
"besides, they're like... famous. why would you wanna deal with that." jieun rolls her eyes, glancing over at shotaro.
"your famous. i still hang out with you." shotaro waves his hand around, denying the fact.
"whatever. i won't push it. it really doesn't matter. i don't wanna be friends with them anyways."

"anyways back to my problem." jieun looks up from her phone, looking at ayaka who had spoken.
"how the hell do i get out of Mr. Parks medical law and ethics class?"

jumping into her car, jieun closes the door, locking it right away. something she learned from her mother.
she sat there for a bit, the air conditioning blowing on her face. the white noise leaving a comfortable silence.
her phone buzzes, but she decides to ignore it. jieun closes her eyes, the peaceful environment making her drowsy.
"NOONA!" jieun's eyes shoot open, turning to the passenger side window, where a blonde boy was standing.
she sighs, rolling down the window. "what's up blonde boy?"
he leans over the window, fiddling with his fingers. "can i come with you to pick up jisung?" she nods, unlocking the car.
"sit in the back though, that man child will throw a fit." she sees chenle nod, and he walks to the back, sliding into her car.
"nice car." jieun locks the doors again, rolling the window back up.
