so i haven't updated in a couple days, but mostly because i haven't had anything worth updating for. it's pretty much all of the same thing, doing a method/listening to subliminals and going to bed. for anyone reading this who might be wondering, i frequently use two specific raven/julia method guided meditation videos, and they've worked very well for me. if anyone would like the videos themselves, ask me in the comments! there's another specific subliminal video that i use that was very powerful, and i'd be happy to link it with the guided meditation videos i watch. it has epsilon waves in it, and it made my head start spinning after a while, which scared me and is why i jumped out of it. not sure if that's a symptom of shifting, and if it is i might just have to endure it again tonight.

anyway, there's something else i wanted to talk about as well. i've been wanting to put an actual story on here for a while, possibly write it in between updating this journal as a little side project or hobby. i don't have much confidence in my writing skills, and it's a wonder i decided to start making this journal at all. if anyone actually did read my other chapters (if the 10 views isn't just me going back and checking for mistakes/copy-pasting the little lyrical intro i like putting), give me your opinions in the comments on this chapter or, again, send me a dm. if i do write a side story, it'll probably be fanfiction for a very specific fandom that has got it's dirty little claws grabbing at my ankles and dragging me back by force.
