Yuji Itadori
He likes having your arms wrapped around him, it makes him feel safe. Plus he has a pillow he can rest his head on👌 (if you're a guy your chest is still a pillow to him) He also likes it when you play with his hair while he's falling asleep. Also likes to listen to your heart beat while he's falling asleep. Always gets sad when you have to get up :c
Gojo Satoru
He prefers either one but if he had a choice it would be the first one. Let's say in the morning he likes to give you little neck kisses or on face kisses. He also likes to wrap his arms around you since you're so small. When the both of you are cuddling don't expect to leave after that he'll just grab you back to bed.
Fushiguro Megumi
Just in case if any of you are in danger while you're asleep he'll protect you since he's basically covering almost your entire body. Likes to give you forehead kisses right before you go to sleep too <3 Makes sure you're always comfortable enough to fall asleep in his arms.

Even though the both of you are small he likes being the big spoon c: Sometimes he likes to be little spoon but most of the times he likes being the big spoon. He's still a little shy so he gives you your space.

If you happen to fall asleep while he's reading he'll put his book down and go to sleep with you. Likes to rub your head when you fall asleep since he knows it makes you relaxed. He likes to see your face while the both of you are cuddling or sleeping so he can admire your beauty.
Ryomem Sukuna
Didn't really want to cuddle at first but now that he was doing it he likes it :D. Likes to feel your body against his, would sometimes get bored of just sitting there but he'll stay or he'll pull you to the side to get up. If you'd fall asleep he'd lay you down somewhere to be more comfy or so he can do his own things.
Okkotsu Yuta
He dosent really know what you're comfortable with so he just does whatever you feel fine in. But the two on the top are his favorite cuddling positions ♥️ Hes just affraid of making you uncomfortable so he always asks if you're okay with it.

Usualy when you're sitting down he will probably sit behind you wrapping his arms around your waist. Likes to give you forehead kisses and hum you a little song while your doing something or if the two of you are just cuddling.
