So yeah, I wrote a poem on duplicity hehe 😬🤝

I was a gullible fool I was too innocent,
Caught too easily by his captivating scent.
The dark, the mystery is what attracted me to it all,
The adrenaline of jumping even though I knew I would fall.
And oh yes I fell, much harder than I thought,
Into a deep pit of emotions that I always fought.
Love, betrayal, jealousy, things I still don't understand,
But I was saved by an angel with green eyes and a ringed hand.
He came in as a threat, tried to kill me, drown me,
But he made me see sides of me no one had ever shown me.
I never shared my trauma but he insisted,
Taught me things I never knew existed.
He pushed me to a place where there shouldn't be a turning point,
But then took me to a lonely stadium to share vulnerability and a joint.
He made me realize that I'm not disposable, I'm a treasure,
And made me experience unexplainable pleasure.
From endless nights of shared cigarettes and kisses in the damp car,
To it all turning into a lie, it's sad but we came so far.
