AFTER 3 YEARS..........
During these 3 years avneet's and Sid's conversation were minimum and only when they were together with their friends... They did miss each other.
All of them are working in Nigam Industries and are leading different projects and different teams.
Avneet and Reem are together in same department. Jai and Riyaz were in the same department. And Anushka used to assist Abhishek.
One day in the morning nearly at 9., Avneet was sitting in her cabin thinking where her life was going. When she was lost in her thoughts, a girl few years younger than her entered the cabin.

Riya: Avneet, did you hear?? Siddharth Nigam is coming back after completing his studies.
Riya said showing her a post on insta.
Avneet panicked 'Wow now I don't have to think about my life as me and my life both are officially screwed'
The pen slid from her hand. Immediately she bent down to take it and let the table hide her panicked expression and reboot it.
Purva: Not to forget his dishy looks... hay mein mar java!!!!"
Purva said coming behind Riya. (Riya and Purva are temporary... they work under Reemneet)
Purva: Avu what happened u look stressed
Purva asked in a concerning tone.
Avneet: yeah guys I m fine its just that the deadline of the project is coming near so..
Avneet lied.
Riya: Don't worry we are going to rock it
Riya said.
Reem: Hey guysssss opps sorry girlsss
Reem came inside the cabin.
(Reem's outfit...)
Riya quickly filled her in.
Riya: Reem, guess what?? Siddharth Nigam is coming back.
Reem: yeahh. I know.
Reem said casually.
Avneet: What the fuck, u know!!??
Avneet asked shocked.
Reem: Yeah!! Kal raat baat hui meri use. He is coming in a week or so.
Avneet: achaa kk
Avneet said.
At nearly 7 in the evening Riya and Purva headed home and their bosses the two chaddi-buddies, always stayed back at the end of the day to chat a bit.
Avneet: So, he is coming back haan??
Avneet asked.
Reem: yeahhh.. so both of you are ok now??
Reem asked.
Avneet: NO clue yaar!!Just hope he has forgotten all that happened between us.
Reem: I doubt that he will ever forget..
Reem said.
Avneet: hmmm
Reem: I wish he knew the truth

Avneet: Reem, don't even go there. You gave me your word never to bring it up.
Avneet said.
Reem: yeahhkk chal lets goo
Avneet: yeah.
Avneet reached home. As jai opened the door he said
Jai: hii meri jaaan I have two good news for uhh.
Avneet: ahaan bolo bolo... I really need to hear something good
Avneet said.
Jai: yeah so here u go 1st is that Vaishnavi di is cominggggg to stay with us for 1-2 months for interviews and all and if everything goes right then she will be staying here foreverrr
Jai exclaimed.
Avneet: ohhhmyygodd that's indeed a good news. Wow that will be funn yayyyyyyyy.
Avneet started dancing.
Jai: aree waait wait dusri sunke tum aur dance karogii
Jai said.
Avneet: haan bolo bolo
Jai: Sid is coming backkkkkkk that too in a week or soo....
Jai said.
Avneet: yeahh I know that Reem mentioned it in the office.
Avneet said lost in her thoughts
Jai: achaa kk....Avu tell me something
Avneet: yeah go ahead.
Jai: u ok na??? like abhi thodi der pehle u were dancing around and now u r lost somewhere
Avneet: areehh its not like that its just due to office... aaj bohut kaam tha soo.. don't worry bro I finee
Avneet said giving Jai a cheeky smile.
Jai: ohkk as u say my princess. chal ab go and rest.
Avneet: yeahh. Bye bhaii
Saying this she headed towards her room.
Jai: and yeah listen" Jai stopped her
Avneet: hmm??
Jai: dii is coming... dekh aaj 4th hai so she is coming on 7th in noon. So will u be able to go to the airport.. I would have gone but I have some work.
Jai said
Avneet: arehh ha ha no problem usme kya hai I will go don't worry."
Jai: kk.
Avneet went inside her room and she sat on her bed.... She started thinking about how she and Sid became friendss...
flashback.....
She and her family had recently shifted to Mumbai due to her father's transfer. Her father used to head the north Indian branch of S&N industries while Sid's father used to head the southern branch. But when he received the news that Siddharth's father and his best friend was not well he came to Mumbai. After a week, Siddharth's father died and Avneet's father decided that Vibha Nigam needed emotional support so bought the house just adjacent to Nigam's house and he with his whole family shifted there.
It was the first day of the school Jai was going to join the school after a week so only Avneet had to go to the school. She went and sat on the first bench. Then after sometime a boy entered the classroom and came near her.
"heyy girl stand up that's my place!!"
"ohh hello boy, I have a name. My name is Avneet. And how can uh say that its you place I cant see any name written here."
"I also have a name and i.e, Siddharth. And I sit here daily. Who are you?? I have never seen u in the school."
"students please sit on you places" teacher came inside the class room.
"Siddharth sit beta"
"mam this Avneet is sitting on my place"
"so what u both can sit together na?? "
"ohk maam" both of them said.
Daily they used to Sit together. In the starting they used to fight a lot but then As time passed they became best of friends.
Flashback ends
"I miss those days mann...... those days when we were close to each other.... I miss uhh ashu" were avneet's last thoughts before she fell asleep.
