I was suddenly enveloped in an embrace, the smell of fancy fragrances hit my nose, it smelt like Gardenias, I felt that motherly love that I always felt with Ma, thinking about it she and Ma are very similar: strong, determined, scary yet caring, kind and loving, both extremely protective of their families, they would definitely get along "I am so glad you and your twins are back, I missed you so much baby m, I know I wasn't there for you, I wish I was here when you needed me when you took your first step or said your first word, when you went through your first heartbreak or when you got your period when you needed advice I am so sorry but I am here now and whatever you want or need I will always be here for you like a mother should, I will always have your back no matter what and I will always love you, precious " she said pulling away tears in her eyes, I couldn't judge because I too was about to cry she kissed my forehead softly and I gave her a smile, a genuine one

After some minutes Romeo entered the kitchen with his usually scowl that was replaced with an amused look as he gazed at Atlas and Valerio eating the cookies like they have been starved for weeks "you two should stop eating sugar your already hyper enough " Rome teased them, while they both look offended "MOM you child is bullying us " Valerio whines "he is just jealous that we can eat as many cookies as we want and still have a sexy body while he can't " Altas said matter factly, we all snort at his statement "sure that's why the ladies beg to fuck me " Romeo smirked "ROMEO" Helena gasped

we spent the night eating those cookies, laughing, and watching movies, Hermes, Atlas, and Valerio were terrified when we watched a horror movie
it was surprisingly fun
I was oddly happy
I felt...... completed

I did a bonding time with the mother and Astraea, I will be doing a lot of bonding scenes with ber family
but I won't write the bonding scenes between Atlas, Ares and the family cause the book is more about Astraea but if you want a bonding scene between the Atlas and Ares and the family tell me and I will gladly do one
