In reflex I looked up to meet the eyes of my father not the dreamy one but the parental.
"Well I guess this reaction" said my father with chuckle
"I'm sorry son" said my father
I was so lost to reply after waiting for 5min my father continue
"You know why I never care about or looked after you.............. because when you 3 years old, my love of life and your mother die. I found her on our bathroom dead and pale" said my father in cracked voice and with teary eyes.
I somehow know my mom was no longer but I never know about her dead reason and why father is talking about this now?
"You are sleeping that time when I found my love dead in bathroom still with little hope I take her hospital after doctor check her, they found that when you born that time her womb get too weak to carry any other baby and she have to rest more but after you born she busy with you and her job" said my father his hand was shaking
I leave my place and sit in front of him in the ground while gentle grab his warm yet rough hand to assume that I am here and always be.
He tighten his grip around my hand and take a deep breath before he continue
"After finding that whenever I see you, I see her in you, you perfectly resemble her. I blame you for losing my love, I am sorry son, I am really sorry" said my father, he is crying silent
"Dad, it's okay and I am sorry too" I said in cracked voice
My dad looked at me in the eye when he heard dad/pa because I never use them same as mochi never use it.
After calming ourselves my father spoke up again
"You know cantaloupe, your mom loved this name" He said with a smile on his face
I nodded
Then he hit my head lightly and spoke up
"And where are you this 7days and lemon? I was worried about you both, you know that" he said
I shocked that he notice our absent......then he cares my hair
"You know even I was wasted but I always check on you both, weather you are fine or eating well or sick and even lemon was not my child but after seeing you take care of her like her real brother so, I accept her also but I do this all in silent because I blame you for my lover dead" He said
I cried at that moment, I never think that my dad cared about me and mochi.
"And son you know why I finally decide to talk about you?" he said

"You don't believe me, when you missed for starting 2 days, I panicked and don't know whom to ask and like that I sleep without notice and guess what.... your mom appear in my dream but this time she scolded me and pinch my ear for avoiding you and lemon and that time I decided that I will become a good father and start taking caring about you" he said with a smile like he imagine mom.
"She scold you hahhahah" I laugh
"Yes, little buddy so I call Ms. Melon, you don't remember her but she is the one who rise you when I decided to ignore you. She offer me a watchmen duty in Medthanan empire with enough salary to feed us and I want you to stop your part time job and focus on your study and I know how you worked hard for lemon trip" he said
I shocked to hear that he know about lemon trip
"I know dear, I also attend all your your achieve moment and lemon, I clicked some of the picture also" he said and stand up from sit and take out his wallet and pulled out two picture.
There is me and lemon holding cups that we win in sister-brother competition and one is mom picture.
"You are a bright student and a great cook like your mom, I know I wasted too much time and I get watchmen job but this is only things I can do for you both" he said with teary eyes
I hugged him tightly and shake my head, I fail to notice my dad love though out this long years.
After calming each other and getting/giving love to each other.
My dad left to cook and I leave to change my cloth, directly I make my way to bathroom and found water inside, I smiled and careful remove my cloth and risen in water.
While taking shower my mind back to sir place, why he saved me, why he take care of me and why he was crying? why my heart pain when I imagine his face full of dry tear?.
After washing myself, I change to my cloth and went back to wash the cloth he provide me.
Clock show the time 11:30am Is he wake up, did he eat the breakfast that I made? I don't know why I am thinking about him but I feel protected toward him........

In Medthanan empire everyone shocked to see their CEO chair empty even ceil was shocked not to see his boss in the office, he leave the office and make his way to tin penthouse.

Who is calling in the morning uhhhhhhhhh, I pocket my phone and without looking at Id caller I picked up the call
"Hello" I said
"Good afternoon sir" said ceil
Uhhh afternoon
"Are you drunk ceil?" I asked
"No sir, it's 12:02pm" he said
WHAT!!!
I jolt stand up and see outside of window indeed it afternoon but how-
"How is that boy?" asked ceil
Boy, that little boy where is he? I run to see bathroom but I meet with silent and why there is blanket around me
"CEIL COME TO APARTMENT, HE IS NOT HERE" I shouted in phone call
"Yes sir" ceil reply shortly
I hung up the call and search whole apartment, I didn't find him. My heart was paining, it is impossible to exist from my place.
Where are you?
Just I was entering the kitchen, ceil burst out from the front door.
"Did you find him sir?" asked ceil
I can see the worry in his eyes, why he is cared about that boy
I shake my head as a NO
"Did you check the front camera?" asked ceil
Without reply, I run to security room and start checking the record when I check the today recording near 7:00am in morning there stand kla with his hand in the pocket like he waiting for someone.
After 5min later that boy exist the front door and come to faces kla and what shocked me that kla hug him and he hugged back kla after that kla lead the path while placing his hand on that small boy wrist.
I grip my fist to contain the angry and other feelings that I never feel before, I calm my nerve and turn to see ceil, I can see the angry in his eyes but less than me.
We both know kla was playboy in the past but in present he have a boyfriend so, why the hell he is touching that is not belong to him why?
I dial kla number, it take few second before he pick up the call
"hello" said kla in calm voice
How can be he is calm after steal something that doesn't belong to him.
"WHERE THE HELL YOU TAKE HIM, HOW YOU KNOW HIM AND FOR THE FUCKING SHIT WHY THE HELL YOU ARE TOUCHING HIM LIKE YOU TOUCHING YOUR BOYFRIEND???" I Shouted
"Sir, calm down" said kla
"Meet me in my apartment NOW" I order
"It take me half an hour to reach your house sir" reply kla
"Okay" I reply and hung the phone
I turn to see ceil, I can tell he is shock to see me speak like this, I never rise my voice unless something is important.
I rub my forehead in angry moreover I was hell worried about that small boy
30 min later
I was siting in chair, continuously tipping my finger in table, ceil was standing near the door of the room.
"Sir" said a voice which belong to non other than kla
I stand up from my chair and take a long step and within a second I grab his collar
"WHERE THE HELL YOU TAKE HIM FROM HERE, HOW DO YOU KNOW? FOR FUCKING SHIT SAKE WHY THE HELL YOU ARE TOUCHING HIM LIKE HE BELONG YOU BUT HE NOT?"
I said in serious voice with killing aura
"Why are you angry uh? And how you know him? said kla in serious voice
I know I can't lie and if I want to know about that small boy, I have to tell everything to kla because kla was best hacker, he collect most important information about people for me.... yes he work for me even he is too young for this risk job but young brain to smart to ignore them.
I tell him everything how I met him in flower and how he help and rest of everything include yesterday night incidents.
After finishing everything, there is pin drop silent and kla was thinking something so hard and I can see his tight grip on hand.
"What happened to Mr.X" kla asked
"I broke his ten finger and his two arm plus his face" I said in gritting my teeth if I didn't make it in right time I don't know what will happened to him.
"Can Kirakorn" said kla
"Ugh" I reply
"His name Can kirakorn" said kla repeating himself

I smile but I quickly cover it cold stare but I guess It too late to cover because I can see kla jaw was touching the six feet under the ground , for making sure it was real, he turn to ceil but ceil was shake his shoulder.
"WHAT WAS THAT, WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT!!!!" shouted kla
Kla take full 10min to cover
"You can only see a smile, I see much more than this and believe me I can't sleep for row 2 days" said ceil
It true after meeting Can things get change whenever he was around me I always get into good mood.
"Okay, Okay..... So his name is Can Kirakorn, age 19" said kla
I nodded, I know which university he go
"His life involve around Food, his small sister lemon kirakorn and his friends" kla continue
I nodded again
"Did you find someone who call can his wify" I asked
"Ohh, yes I know, it P'techno" said kla

I nodded and we three left the guide room, I know why can work in night club and why he left with kla in morning.
While making our way to kitchen kla spoke up
"P'Can was too pure and innocent for this world boss, I hope you will protect him" said kla

I pocket out my phone and see the id caller
"You two go ahead" I ordered and make my way to other direction
"Hello" I said
"Good morning sir" reply ms. melon
"Good morning Phi" I answer
"Si..rr" reply ms. melon in hesitating voice
"What happened phi" I asked in gentle voice, she is a mother figure to me
I heard her to take deep breaths before she spoke up
"Sir when you are away with business trips, I hire a man as a watchmen for back door of company with reasonable salary. I am sorry without any permission, I provide him this job" said ms. melon in professional voice
"I trust you phi" I reply shortly
P'melon thanks me and hung up the phone. I pocket in the phone and make my way to kitchen for coffee.
But I was shocked to see my dinning table full of home made dishes but what shocked me was that I didn't hire maid for making my food.
Kla and ceil are also shocked to see the food and there are home made fresh juice also.
I single the ceil to take out the kitchen recording after 10min later ceil return with recording and played in his phone.
Near 6 of clock in morning enter Can and he start making all this food with juices and clean the entire kitchen and before leaving the house he stick a note under one dishes and he disappear.
I quickly move to take the note and move away from kla and ceil to read the msg inside it.
"Sir, thank you so much for helping me and taking care of me and giving me a roof to sleep at night. I am sorry, I borrow the cloth you provide me and I promise to return it to you soon. I make some breakfast and juices for you, I hope you like it and I am sorry I have to leave without notice............... and please don't cry to sleep yourself, it hurt my heart. Please enjoy the breakfast and try to avoid the takeover foods because it is not healthy for you. Thank you for everything sir and take care :)................Can"
I return to kitchen and start unwrapping the food container and start eating, I swear it taste so good even it undieted food but it impossible to stop from eating and I appreciate the hard work of can for making this breakfast.
At the end he give me the happy that past memories take it from me, he give me the happiness that beat my rotted heart and he give me a reason to live on.
"Thank you Can, I promise to take care of you and protect you"
I promise to myself.
