SHAWN AXCEL'S POV
I groaned when I heard a loud music coming from the other room. Kinuha ko 'yong unan sa tabi ko at tinakip sa tenga ko para hindi marinig 'yong ingay. No matter what I do, I could still hear the sound that made me pissed. Ilang oras lang ang tulog ko dahil pumunta ako dito sa condo ko ng 1:00 kaya nasa mga apat na oras lang akong nakatulog. Tapos dadagdag pa 'tong lintik na ingay sa kabilang kwarto. Argh.
I badly want to go to sleep but how could I if the sounds from the other room was getting louder and louder. Pota. Hindi ba niya alam na may natutulog pa ng ganitong oras?! It's fucking Saturday and I want to rest myself for the whole day. I have to do some stuffs later so I need to get some energy. Kaasar naman oh!
"Pwede ho bang pakihinaan ng konti yang pinapatugtog niyo? Natutulog pa ho kase ako eh!" I shouted at the room in front of mine.
Tang'na. Ni hindi ko nga mabukas ng maayos ang mga mata ko dahil sa antok.
Kanina pa ako katok ng katok dito pero wala paring bumubukas."May kalapit din ho kayong kwarto dito ka---"
"What the hell?!" The door suddenly opened and it revealed Zeriel. We're both shocked when we saw each other but her reaction immediately faded."What?! Why are you here? Pati ba naman ngayon iinisin mo'ko?! It's too early in the morning to see your disgusting face. Ugh," she added and put her palm on her forehead.
My brows frowned and surveyed her body. She's wearing a sports bra and a leggings with a pair of white shoes. Is she doing some exercise or zumba?!
"What the fuck?!" Napamura ako ng wala sa oras ng bigla niya 'kong sinampal."What's your problem, huh?! You're always hurting me everytime we met." Hinimas himas ko ang pisnge kong sa tingin ko ay namumula na.
She raised her eyebrow on me."You pervert jerk! Why are you looking at my body?! Manyak ka talaga eh, 'no?!" Niyakap niya pa ang sarili niya at sinamaan ako ng tingin.
"Hindi ah. Napatingin lang saglit tapos manyak agad, tsk. I'm not even fantasizing you." I looked away to pretend that I wasn't really interested on her body.
"Ano ba kase ginagawa mo dito, ha?! You're disturbing my gym session!" singhal niya sa'kin habang nakataas baba ang kilay.
I smirked before answering her."Ginulo mo lang naman ang tulog ko dahil dyan sa malakas na pinapatugtog mo. Aren't you aware of the people who were occupying the rooms next to you?! Ang aga-aga pa tapos nagpapatugtog ka pa ng malakas. Can't you exercise without a music?!" I sarcastically said.
"So what?! It's up to me if I want to play a music while doing my routine. Ano bang pakialam mo?! Araw-araw ko naman 'tong ginagawa at wala namang nagrereklamo, ikaw pa lang," She crossed her arms on her chest.
I didn't even know that she has a condo here. Hindi rin naman ako masyadong umuuwi rito dahil palagi akong nasa mansion. Sometimes, I'm staying on my friend's house whenever we're going to celebrate something.
"Okay, ganito na lang. If you don't want to stop your music, just minimize it's volume. I'm half-asleep and I'm also tired right now," I messed up my hair and closed my eyes a little bit because of sleepiness.
"Whatever," she rolled her eyes and closed the door.
I felt relieved when she did what I said that's why I came back to sleep immediately. Nagising nalang ako dahil sa malakas na tunog ng phone ko at nalaman kong may tumatawag pala. My eyes widened when I saw kuya Daron's name on it. My phone even slipped on my hands and it was about to fall in the floor. Halos mapamura ako nang paulit-ulit ng bigla kong napindot yung end button kaya nataranta ako.
"Shit. Lagot ako kay kuya neto," I whispered while waiting for another call.
[Why didn't you answer my calls, Shael?! You don't know what time is it?]
Napakagat ako sa pang-ibabang labi ko ng marining ang seryosong boses ni kuya."I'm sorry kuya, I just woke up after hearing your phone call. Inaantok pa kase talaga ako kuya eh."
[And?! Who told you to go to your condo past in the midnight, huh?]
"Sorry na kase kuya, eh. I'm going to tell Katria that you're scolding me. Sa'kin kakampi ang girlfriend mo panigurado," proud na proud pa ako kahit alam ko namang malabo ang sinabi ko. I'm surely sure that she's the first one that would get mad on me.
[Tumahimik ka kung ayaw mong sakalin kita pagdating ko, Shael. Didn't you remember what I told you last night?! You didn't even fix your room before leaving. Ang sarap mo talagang sipain ng malakas]
Napapikit ako nang marinig ang boses ni Kat. I even heard the laughs of my brothers."Ah, n-nakalimutan ko lang hehe. I'll fix it promise. Nasa'n ba kayo at parang may naririnig akong mga busina ng sasakyan?"
[We're going to visit your condo. It's a surprise visit and I'm not supposed to tell you but I already did. Just be sure that there's no any single dirt on your condo, Shael. You'll be dead]
The last thing I knew was he already ended the call. Ilang beses akong napamura ng makitang sobrang kalat ng kwarto ko. Hindi lang 'yon, pati rin sa living room, sa kusina, at sa cr.
Darn it. What should I do now?! I don't have any cleaning tools in my condo. It's just that I forgot to buy or I'm not really good in cleaning.
Nagsimula akong maglinis pero inuna ko munang pulutin 'yong mga kalat. I don't know if I could finish all of this on time. They're on the way and they might arrive in a few minutes. Nang pumunta naman ako sa kusina ay walang kahit anong nando'n. I haven't stocked any necessities because I'm not always staying here. Bumibisita lang ako kapag gusto ko at wala narin akong oras para mang-grocery. Kaasar.
"Zeriel, I need your help. My condo was in a mess and I have to clean it before my brothers would arrive. Wala na---"
"What?! Bakit ba ang bilis mong magsalita?! I don't understand any single word from you. Umalis ka na nga, I'm having a breakfast," she hissed, trying to push me away.
Hinarang ko naman ang kamay ko sa pinto niya para hindi niya masara. She's still wearing a bath robe and I find it sexy. Napabalik naman ako sa ulirat ng bigla niya akong batukan ng sobrang lakas. Ang sadista talaga ng babaeng 'to.
"I'm sorry. Can I borrow your condo just for this day?! It's an emergency, please. Wala na akong oras para linisin yung condo ko dahil baka darating na sila. Lilinisin ko naman pagkatapos eh, sige na," I kept on taking a glance on her and the hallway, checking if they're already here.
Her brows furrowed and pushed me away. She opened the door of my condominium and was shocked on what she saw. She turn her gaze on me and raised a brow that made me look away. Para namang nang-iinsulto ang mga titig niya eh.
"Seriously?! Marunong kang lumandi tapos hindi ka marunong maglinis?! What's the purpose of going to the university everyday?! Nagpapapogi lang tapos makikipaglandian?! My goodness! I can't believe it." Napasapo naman siya sa noo niya at naglakad pabalik sa tapat na condo niya.
I scratched my head and gave her a light smile."I know how to clean, a little bit. But I can clean your room or I'll just hire someone to clean it. Basta pahiramin mo muna ako ng condo mo, hindi naman kami makikialam sa mga gamit mo eh."
"Are you sure about that?! Hindi mo gagalawin yung sofa? Yung TV? The kitchen? My things? Ugh. Nevermind. Alam ko namang gagawin mo talaga kase 'yon nga ang balak mo." She walked inside her condo and I just followed her. Hindi naman siya nagalit kaya baka okay lang.
"Living room mo lang naman ang gagamitin ko pati 'yong kitchen. Hindi na kasama 'yong cr mo at kwarto. Promise." I was like a puppy begging for my master.
Hindi ako nagpapakumbaba sa isang babae pero ayoko rin naman taasan ang pride ko dahil baka suntok ang aabutin ko galing kay kuya.
"What if they want to wash their face or maybe to pee? What are you going to do?! Sa sahig sila iihi o tatae?! Gago ka ba?!" Inirapan niya ako pero hindi na lang ako nagreklamo dahil baka ayaw niya talaga akong pahiramin.
"Fine, I'll use your cr too. Ano bang mga gamit na nando'n?!" I asked while roaming inside. Para namang akin talaga 'to kung makaasta ako.
"Ano ba sa tingin mo ang mga gamit na nandun sa cr?! Probably skin care, soap, and other things used to clean ourselves." Pinanliitan niya ako ng mata."Don't you ever touch any of it or else you'll gonna be a deadball. Pinaghirapan kong ayusin 'tong buong condo ko tapos ipapahiram ko lang sa isang walang alam na katulad mo?! How pathetic," she added and took a bite on her bread. Pati nga 'yon pinanggigilan niya.
"Bahala ka na kung anong gusto mong gawin sa'kin pagkatapos nito basta payagan mo na ako. Kuya Daron's punch can cause comatose so I'd rather want to receice a thousands of slaps from you," I answered sincerely. Totoo naman talaga yung sinabi ko eh.
Tinaas baba niya naman ang kilay niya bago uminom ng gatas."Fine. Just for this time but you'll be on my hand later. This would gonna be fun."
Hindi na lang ako tumutol sa sinabi niya dahil ayokong malagot kay kuya lalo na kay Kat. After dressing up on her room, she immediately went to my condo to stay there. Hindi siya pwedeng manatili dito dahil baka makita siya ng nga kapatid ko. We're just going to have a temporary swap on our condo.
I received a text from kuya and they're already downstairs. They would probably ask the counter where's my room so there's no need to tell them. Agad naman akong tumakbo papuntang kusina para tingnan kung anong lulutuin ko. Unfortunately, I'm not good in cooking and I might cause fire. Napagdesisyunan kong pumunta na lang ng living room para hintayin sila. They could get some foods in the kitchen if they want to. Babayaran ko naman ang mga magagamit ko dito.
Someone knocked on the door that's why I immediately stood up to open it. Nanlaki ang mata ko ng makita ko si Zeriel na nakacross arms habang nakatingin sa'kin. What's her problem?!
"Why are you here? Nasa baba na sila at baka nakaakyat na 'yon ngayon. Just stay on my condo for a while, they won't stay here for too long." Napakamot ako sa batok ko ng bigla siyang pumasok at sinamaan ako ng tingin.
"Your condo was in a big mess, Mr. Cassanova. It sucks staying in a dirty place like that, yuck! I'd rather stay on my room until your brothers were gone. Shocks! Bakit nga ba ako pumayag?!" reklamo niya at agad na pumasok sa kwarto niya. Saka naman may kumatok sa pinto kaya agad akong nataranta at pumunta sa kwarto ni Zeriel.
"Don't make a noise, they're here. Sasabihin ko na lang sa kanila na hindi ko ipapagalaw ang kwarto ko para hindi sila makapasok. Cooperate with me just for this time," I said before closing the door and went to the living room.
Inayos ko muna ang sarili ko bago binuksan ang pinto at bumungad sa'kin ang masayang mukha nilang lahat. They look so creepy wearing that kind of smile. Parang may kakaiba sa kanila o baka may balak sila.
"Tabi nga! 'Wag ka nang mahiyang ipakita sa'min yang panget mong condo. I know you're not cleaning because your a lazy dumbass." Cohen pushed me a little to enter the condo. Nagsipasukan naman silang lahat kaya hinayaan ko nalang.
"Teka, parang mali ata tayo eh. Everything's settled and arranged properly. Sobrang linis din kahit saang sulok ng kwarto. Good job kuya!" Nakipagbump fist si Akken sa'kin at inakbayan ako.
Little did they know, it's not mine. Galing 'to sa babaeng ang laki ng galit sa'kin na para bang gusto niya 'kong patayin. Good thing she's in a good mood today that's why she let me use her condo for the meantime.
"Sigurado ka bang condo mo 'to?" Katria asked while roaming her eyes around. Agad naman nanlaki ang mata ko ng makita ang picture frame ni Zeriel sa side table kaya nagmamadali akong lumapit do'n para takpan.
"Of course, it's mine. Wala talaga kayong makikitang kahit isa na alikabok dahil nilinis ko talaga 'to." I was acting like I'm wiping the table but I just did it to cover the frame.
Ayokong mabuking nila ako, masasayang ang paghiram ko dito sa condo niya.
"You look like a dumb, kuya." Raizer sat on the sofa and put the pillow on his lap."I want to watch a movie, where's the remote? I'm in the mood to watch action movies." Tumayo siya upang hanapin yung remote kaso nahagip 'yun ng mga mata ko katabi nung isang set ng manicure sa likod ng TV.
"Ah, ako na. Umupo na lang kayo dyan, ako na'ng magsisilbi sa inyo ngayong araw." Agad akong pumunta sa likod ng TV para kunin 'yong remote pero patago kong kinuha 'yong isang set ng manicure para ibigay kay Zeriel.
"You look so weird. Hindi ka naman ganyan ah. May saltik ka ba o baka nakashabu ka lang." Katria walked towards me that's why I immediately put aside the manicure set.
Dahil sa pagmamadali ko ay nasagi ko bigla yung box ng CD kaya nanlaki ang mga mata ko.
"Ay takte! Lagot ako neto," bulong ko sa sarili ko at nagmamadaling pinulot yung mga CD.
"What's happening to you?! You look like a stupid. Bakit ka ba nagmamadali?!" Kuya Daron asked with full of curiosity.
Binalik ko naman sa lalagyan 'yong mga box ng CD at saka naman lumapit si Akken para tingnan 'yong mga movies."I was just shocked, don't mind me. Medyo lampa lang talaga ako minsan. I'll just go to my room first, just a minute. Feel free to do what you want." Sana naman hindi kayo maghalughog dahil hindi talaga akin ang mga gamit dito.
"What was that, huh?! Are you guys trying to mess on my living room? I said don't touch my things right?! Akin na nga 'yan, hindi ka talaga marunong makinig." She harshly get her manicure set on my hand and sat on her bed, getting annoyed.
"Sshh, lower down your voice. They're just watching a movie and I guess I have to borrow some CD of yours. I'm keeping an eye on them. Papakainin ko lang sila nang konti at pagkatapos papaalisin ko na sila," I explained so that she wouldn't get mad.
"I don't have an act---"
"Kuya! Labas ka nga rito sandali," Akken suddenly shouted outside that made us look at each others eyes. Iniisip kung ano nang nangyayari sa kanila sa labas.
I immediately get out of her room and went to the living room."Baki---Pucha! Ano 'yan?! Bakit kayo nangingialam niyan?!" Kinuha ko sa mga kamay nila 'yong mga tsinelas ni Zeriel.
Damn it. I didn't know how to put it again on the shelves, it's probably arranged in an order.
"Why do you have those slippers?! Pambabae 'yan ulol. 'Wag mong sabihing nababakla ka na?!" Cohen hissed while pointing those slippers left in the shelves.
Bakit parang galit siya?! Hindi ako nakapagsalita. What should I suppose to say?!
"Uh... j-just some collections, I think? 'Wag niyo na lang 'yang pansinin. Let's watch a movie together, I'll get some foods in the kitchen," I gave them a convenient smile before walking inside the kitchen.
Halos mabaliw ako kakatalon kung anong dapat kong gawin. Lintik naman kase eh! Why do they have to notice those slippers?! Does it bother them if I have colorful slippers or with design?! They scared me to death!
"Kuya Shael! Come here, faster!" sigaw ni Raizer galing sa living room kaya agad kong inayos 'yong sandwich sa tray bago lumabas.
"Ano na naman ba?! You're always calling me," inis kong sambit at nilapag ang pagkain sa mini table.
Kat's brows frowned while looking at me."I thought you're not into romance. Bakit halos lahat ng CD mo pang love story at horror. Akala ko ba action movies talaga yung gusto mo."
"Ah, g-ganun ba? H-Hindi k-kase sa'kin 'yan eh... Oo, sa mga kaibigan ko 'yan. They always visit me here whenever they have time. I think Miko left that or maybe Miles." I lied, for many times.
I don't really know what to say. Baka nga nagdududa na sila sa kinikilos ko. I'm not that good in pretending, I swear.
"Are you kidding us?! I bet you know your friends, that one is a pervert while the other one is a happy-go-lucky. Malamang pang adult o comedy ang paborito nila," Kuya Daron shook his head, getting confused.
"Wait lang guys, naiihi ako. Kuya, asan ba yung cr dito? I can't stand it anymore," Akken was hugging a pillow, probably stopping himself not to pee."Kuya, nasa kwarto mo ba 'yong cr? Naiihi na talaga ako, saglit lang 'to." He suddenly stood up and ran towards Zeriel's room that made me feel uneasy.
Dali dali ko siyang sinundan pero huli na ang lahat, nabuksan niya na ang pinto. When I finally entered the room, Zeriel wasn't there. I heard the sound of the trickling water inside the cr. Agad ko namang hinanap si Zeriel dahil hindi ko alam kung nakita ba siya ni Akken. Hindi talaga ako mapakali, shit.
"Damn you, asshole! Gusto mo talagang ipahamak ako 'no?! I swear I'm gonna kick your ass right after this."
Muntik akong matumba ng biglang may magsalita galing sa ilalim ng kama. She's throwing me a death glare like she's turning me into ashes.
"I'm really really sorry. Gagawa ako ng paraan para hindi ka nila makita. You're still gorge---"
"Shut up! Do you want me to kill you right here, right now?!" she asked angrily that's why I just shook my head. Para namang seryoso siya sa sinabi niya eh.
Bigla namang bumukas ang pinto ng cr kaya napaayos ako ng tayo."Tapos na ako kuya. Wait, are you talking to someone? Sinong nandyan?"
He was about to come closer but I immediately grabbed his hand.
"Wala, may sinisilip lang ako. I think there's a cockroach under the bed. Tara na?" Akmang aalis sana ako ng bigla siyang sumilip sa ilalim at sumigaw.
"Shit! M-May babae sa ilalim kuya. Who's that? Tell me, who's that girl? Kuya babae mo---" I covered his mouth using my hand and locked the door so that they won't get in.
"Shut up your mouth, dude. 'Wag mo na lang sabihin sa kanila. I'm just hiding her so that you won't keep on asking me," saad ko at binalikan si Zeriel sa ilalim ng kama para tulungang tumayo.
"Go away! I can stand up by myself. Hindi ko kailangan ng tu---Ouch!" she slipped on the floor and almost hit on the edge of the bed when I catched her.
"Kaya mo pala ah," I smirked but she just rolled her eyes and pushed me away from her.
"So, why is she hiding under the bed kuya? You said there's a cockroach that's why I peek underneath the bed. Hindi ko naman alam na siya 'yong makikita ko, ang ganda naman ng ipis na tinutukoy mo kung gano'n." He crossed his arms on his chest, looking at me intently.
"Inistorbo lang naman ako ng bwisit na kuya mo dahil pupunta raw kayo sa condo niyo kaso hindi siya nakapaglinis. He even asked me to stay on his condo for a while but I couldn't handle the scattering things inside. He's really a pest," sabi niya pa kaya pagak akong natawa.
"Ha! Pest talaga ah, grabe ka naman. As if you didn't disturb my sleep because of your annoying music. Konti na nga lang 'yong tulog ko tapos mapuputol lang nang dahil sa'yo," I answered sarcastically. Seems like she's trying to put all the blame on me.
She raised her eyebrow on me."So what?! I didn't even know that you're living on the next door. At saka ano namang pakialam ko sa'yo?! Who knows, maybe you're just stalking me to take a picture with me."
"Eh? Is that a joke? Never akong naging stalker mo, lol! There are so many girls out there that was prettier and sexier than you. Ayoko rin namang makipagpicture sa'yo 'no. You're not even my type, hmp," I looked at her from head to toe that made her pissed and hit me on my shoulder.
"Oh? Hindi pa kayo tapos? Naiinip na kami dito."
We turned our gaze on Katria who's wearing a serious look. Hindi namin namalayang nandito na pala silang lahat sa kwarto.
"Seems like someone's going to explain his side right now." Kuya Daron coldly added. He's also wearing a deadly look like his girlfriend.
Tinototure ba ako ng magjowa? Goddammit. Nahawa narin si Katria kay kuya, kainis. How could I escape on their presence?!
I'm fucking dead!
