I hummed and tapped my chin letting the Navy soldiers hit me with their swords hopelessly. I have no idea where those kids are or where they could be. I wasn't even here when the others supposedly found the kids in this lab. The room that they were in and are probably being kept in right now is definitely not in Tower R, so maybe the other towers beside it?
"Luffy!" I turned and saw Zoro calling out for our captain, slowly trudging toward where Luffy was running on the elevated passageway above us. Usopp was defending his crewmate's back while the swordsman cut through the swords of the never ending marines that were blocking his way. Luffy looked around for the source of the voice calling him until he locked his eyes onto Zoro. "OI, LUFFY! Get a grip! This is just the beginning of the New World!" his first mate yelled.
"Yea! Sorry! I won't drop my guard again!" the straw hatted man replied. He then started swinging his leg around, being able to fly off the ground with it. "HAHA! I'll be going then!" he chirped, kicking a bunch of gas suit clad men off of the path and down to our level with his weird move that he called UFO. Law and Smoker went after him in search of their opponents.
Zoro, Brook, Kinemon, and I were all at the forefront of our push towards the exit of this tower, while the rest were on the back of Brownbeard. In the middle of this, Tashigi popped into the fight to stop Zoro from cutting down a soldier. She instructed us to move on, so we did. The rest of the people who followed her started running towards the exit with her when she informed everyone that the distant alarms were actually the doors to the other towers closing. Purple gas had entered Tower A, and it only encouraged me to run faster. I was through the closing door first, and the others came through afterwards. Brownbeard, with everyone on his back, leaped through the almost closed door, succeeding in making it through even with his huge body.
The marine group wasn't so lucky. Some of them had to throw Tashigi through the doors before it was too late for her, while those who were left in the room turned to stone. Then, the door finally closed. Our group headed off on Brownbeard, who was getting more irritated about how all of us, even Zoro, Brook, Kinemon, and I, were now on his back against his will.
Sanji left a second ago for unknown reasons, but Zoro and I came to the conclusion that it was probably connected to the weird new presence near the entrance of this hall between tower B and A. Our new problem was that the green dragon we tried to fly on earlier while we were running like hell was attacking us because Brownbeard says the thing is aggressive when sedatives fade away.
"OI OI! That dragon is out of control!" Usopp panicked, holding his head as the dragon flew above Brownbeard, and thus the rest of us as well.
"He does look violent," Zoro calmly stated, simply laying down.
Nami came down from Brownbeard's shoulder and pushed Brook, with the help of Usopp, to deal with the dragon problem. When the creature came down to eat the skeleton, it realized there was nothing for it to eat and flew away. This pissed Brook off for some reason, so he and the samurai exacted revenge against it, with the help of everyone else getting it out of the air.
They caught up to us, and eventually we caught sight of Chopper in his biggest form in an approaching hall, trying to hold all of the kids from going through violent withdrawal symptoms. He started shrinking, and all the kids ran past him. I jumped off Brownbeard, along with everyone else, and ran to the reindeer that couldn't get up.
I scooped him up in my arms and our entire group continued to run where all the kids headed. "Chopper, what just happened? Why were you brawling with the kids?" I asked.
"Are you alright, Chopper-san?" Brook followed up.
"What's wrong with those kids?" Zoro grunted.
"They've gotten more violent," Robin pointed out.
"Momonosuke! Where are you?!" Kinemon called.
"Everyone...! I'm glad you're all alive!" Chopper whimpered, about to cry, not really answering anyone's questions
Usopp leaned in to look at the doctor's face while we still ran and said, "Chopper, tell us what's going on."
"Caesar is trying to turn them into giants to use them as weapons, just as we thought! I can't handle them alone anymore! You guys have to stop them from eating the candies! The Biscuit Room is to the left! The candies are there! Mocha is the only child in her right mind now, so she's helping me. We were trying to stop the other children but we couldn't! She's protecting the candies in the room by herself!" he explained.
We finally got to the room all the kids were swarming to and saw that Mocha was holding a large candy, and all the kids were rushing to get to her for it. Robin tried to stop them with her devil fruit, but they just went around or started beating her giant hands away. Some of them eventually got to Mocha, and wouldn't listen to her pleads to leave the candy alone, so she started running to the exit only to be stopped by a wall of snow blocking us in and a bird lady standing at the railing.
"This is why we should have just knocked the kids out by force," I grumbled to myself.
Chopper whipped his head to look at me with his eyes bulging from his head and said, "NO! You can't do that!" I forgot I had him in my arms. He's my baby, but if I can't say what's on my mind, I don't think I should hold him.
Mocha seemed to think that "Monet" (the bird lady) was her friend, but that thought was proved wrong when the green haired woman covered the entire room in snow and approached the giant little girl.
"Hey! What're you doing?!" Nami questioned, holding Chopper now since I passed him on.
"Yea! We don't have time to mess with you!" Usopp shouted.
She flew into the air, snow still flowing freely from her wings in violent winds. "That's a little cruel. I know so much about you all. You Straw Hats are always causing problems for everyone. It's wonderful to meet you call," she said a little condescendingly.
"Who the hell are you?" Zoro asked, ready for a fight.
"I'm Monet. I'm a Yuki Yuki fruit user," she introduced. She batted her wings, almost to prove what she just said, making gusts of wind with snow fly in our faces.
Robin instructed Brook and Usopp to go get Sea Prism hand cuffs and bring it to Luffy, and Kinemon decided to join them. All three of them took off while everyone else stayed.

"You guys take care of the kids. She's a logia type. I'll handle her," Zoro said, holding back the bird woman from stabbing Robin, Nami and Chopper with a sword. They all nodded.
I decided to ruin his moment by running and jumping, activating my devil fruit and my armament haki, tackling the lady from the air and into the snow covered ground. She grunted from the impact and winced, but right when I was about to punch her in the face, she turned into snow and disappeared.
"Where'd she go?" I thought aloud, looking around with my observation haki. Zoro took a look around as well, and we both recognized her to be going after the other two woman in the crew. The swordsman sprinted off in their direction, and Nami thought he was going to attack her instead for some reason. She also decided to put Chopper in front of her to protect herself from him, which I didn't appreciate. I should have put him on my back like a backpack.
Zoro blocked yet another attack from the snow woman, this time asking why she went directly for Nami instead of him. She answered that Nami was simply weaker, thus it was a strategy. This irritated our navigator, pushing her to stab Monet's wing with a heat ball from her weather stick, running away after confirming that it actually worked.
Just as I got to where the bird woman fell to the ground, she disappeared into the snow yet again. "She hid herself in the snow again! Aren't you gonna fight me, snow woman?!" Zoro yelled in frustration.
I shook my head at him and pointed towards Nami and Robin, who were running towards the unsealed exit after the kids. Monet was once again going after the two women. "There's no time for complaining, just start running," I told him.
He huffed and we both sprinted to where this lady was going to pop up once again. An ice wall covered this exit as well, and Monet tried to attack Nami and Chopper again. Robin smacked away the snow figure that tried to kill them, and then the bird woman reformed in the air above everyone.
"Oh please, those children are Master's precious test subjects. And I'm responsible for protecting Caesar and his experiment. Who planted the rebellious spirit in Mocha's mi-" I grabbed her out of the air with some haki infused chain-hands and threw her into the nearest wall. Meanwhile, Zoro cut the snow wall open so the others could escape.
"Stop talking so much. Maybe you would have seen that coming if you did," I advised, watching her glare at me as she got out of the indented wall. I could see Nami and Robin leaving with Chopper from the corner of my eye, along with Zoro coming to stand by me.
"Go with them," he instructed. He meant the other two girls for sure.
I turned completely to him and raised a brow, "And why would I do that? They can handle themselves. I can help here too, ya know."
He sighed and nodded his head towards the bird lady who was approaching slowly like this was a movie. "Just go, they might need it. We don't know if there's any other enemies. It's not like this woman is gonna be much of an issue for me on my own anyway," he told me.
We stared at each other for a second before I just gave in and nodded, "Fiiiiine. I guess you're right, there could be more enemies and this one won't be trouble unless you've got distractions. She's all yours."
I walked past him towards the door, breaking into a jog until the snow held my feet in place and a evil snow bird figure appeared before me. I just turned my hand into a hammer and slammed it into the side of her, running off after destroying it. Yea, Zoro will be fine.

"MOCHAAAAAAA!"
She stuffed all of the drug laced candy into her mouth. Chopper was throwing himself down the stairs that we had made it to, while I was trying to hold back the giant kids from getting down as well. He kept telling her to spit the candies out but she only stared at him.
"DON'T DO ITTT!"
My eyes widened, seeing her swallow all of the poisonous substance in one go. All the children stopped struggling once they witnessed Mocha start coughing up blood. I jumped off of the kid I was holding down and started running down the stairs since this was my chance to do so, Nami and Robin following. I scooped Chopper up and took him to the suffering kid. She was curled up on the floor crying, blood splattered around her mouth while she clutched her chest in pain.
"MOCHAA!" the doctor cried again, tears pouring out of his eyes. He jumped out of my arms as soon as we were close enough to the dying girl, crawling the rest of the way to her with a syringe in his hand.
"Why...?" a boy muttered from beside the scene.
"This is what the candy really does to you!" Chopper yelled, turning towards the child who spoke up. "Mocha tried to save you all by... sacrificing herself!"
"Chopper!" Nami called to him, "If you're going to sedate them, now is your chance!"
"But I have to treat her first-"
"There's no time!" Robin interrupted.
I heard a bunch of footsteps, and then a familiar voice. "The children are standing still! GO!"
"YEAH!"
"Don't use violence guys!"
"YEAH!"
"Fight numbers with numbers!"
"YEAH!"
"Bring them under control!"
"ALRIGHT!"
I stared as a bunch of Navy soldiers appeared with Sanji, taking down a bunch of kids. They even picked up Mocha and took her somewhere that Chopper could help her, and syringing the kids that stayed with us at the staircase. I don't know how or why the Navy is helping us, but I won't fight it one bit. Subduing while not hurting is not my forte. I should have stayed with Zoro to at least show him where to go afterwards.
I was helping hold a kid down to get the last bit of sedatives in, when the entire roof looked like it got slice through, causing it to lift upwards. It fell back onto the base of the lab and the building started falling apart from the impact. That was either Law or Zoro, and if it was Zoro, I'm beating him up.
"What just happened?!" Nami shrieked, looking at all of the falling debris.
"The gas has started flowing in from the cracks! Everyone! Get to Tower R now!" Robin told the kids and Navy soldiers.
"But I'm scared, sis!" a little girl cried.
"I can't run anymore!" a boy followed.
I kicked a giant piece of rubble away from a group of children and sighed as Sanji ran up behind the three of us girls and yelled, "We have no time for wimping out! Stand up and run!"
"Don't give up, everybody!" Nami cheered.
"Stand up, now!" Robin urged.
"Get up or get crushed!" I shouted, breaking another piece of the ceiling that rained down on the kids. Needless to say, that didn't help with their complaining, but they were really irritating me.(Sorry, I don't like kids :))
"Captain-chan!"
"I'm glad that you're okay!"
"So you beat the bird woman, huh?!"
"But why are they coming from that direction?! I thought they were behind us to let us get away!"
I turned to see what the Navy soldiers were on about, and sure enough, there Zoro was with Tashigi thrown over his shoulder. He definitely took way too many wrong turns if he's coming from that direction.
"HEY! Who said you can carry Tashigi-chan on your shoulder?!" Sanji seethed.
"ZORO! HEAD BACK!" Nami ordered. He screeched to a stop and then took off again. I helped pull some of the kids off of their asses and we started running towards building R, where Zoro supposedly just came from. "Hurry everyone! This way!"
Sanji continued to growl in frustration, but ran with us anyway. "(Y/n)-swaaan~! Would you like me to carry you, too?!" the blond swooned, catching up to where I was after he stopped pouting.
"Hmmm no, you wanna carry Tashigi more, right?" I hummed. He stopped running and fell to his hands and knees, completely stone. I was kidding, of course, I'm not gonna stomp on his love for women, but it's fun to mess with him.
"I can carry you instead~!" a random marine cooed, hearts in his eyes, along with a couple others behind him.
My eyebrow twitched and I said, "No, who are you?" They fawned over something or another even after that rejection. These soldiers were definitely following Sanji because they're so similar. Similar, but not the same. "SANJI! I was just kidding! Do what you want!" I called back to him. In a mere second I was scooped up bridal style by the suit loving cook and in the front of the group.
"I'd much rather hold you in place of anyone else, (y/n)-san~," Sanji said, happy as ever.
I laughed looked behind us, "I think carrying the kids would make more sense, though." He didn't answer, just continued to run, love struck. I was going to tell him that I was considering marriage in an almost non-joking way, but I don't think he needs to explode right now.

"Eh? Didn't you just have a fight? How are you unscathed?" I hummed, inspecting Luffy's condition.
"Mhm! Didn't you fight too? It doesn't look like it," Luffy questioned back.
I sighed and leaned on him heavily, shaking him by his open red shirt, "I was going to! And then Zoro decided to send me off, only for me to find out that he worked with another woman instead! The savagery! The betrayal!" I sobbed dramatically.
My captain laughed at my little act and then slapped me on the back a couple of times, saying, "You'll get to fight next time, (y/n)! I'm glad you're ok!"
"What about the rest of us?!" Nami butted in, irritated by the lack of recognition of not just her, but everyone.
He blinked and scratched the nape of his neck, grinning, "Oh yea, you guys too-!" She hit him over the head. She then whipped her head to me and gave me a big ole smirk, as if she just confirmed something. I don't like that look.
"Staw Hat-ya!"
"Oh! Troao! Smokey! I didn't expect you to come from that way!" Luffy greeted.
The marines turned to see that their captain, plus Law, was here with a huge metal cart in tow. Why a metal cart? I have no idea. Law took a look around and then walked over to my captain, who was next to me, and asked, "Straw Hat-ya, where did Caesar go?"
"I kicked his ass and he got blown away along with the door that way!" Luffy chirped. "How far do you think he went?"
"Oi! You... our plan was to kidnap him!"
"But I don't even wanna catch that bastard anymore!"
"That was the plan whether you like it or not! What are you gonna do if he runs away?!"
"Who cares about that jerk?"
"You think you can just change a plan as you like... I shouldn't have trusted you! Let's get him?"
"Whaaat?!"
I patted Luffy's soldier, "This is the first time you actually almost pulled through with a plan besides maybe Fishman Island. I'm surprised you even remembered you had to capture him."
He grinned at me proudly, only for Law to make a noise of disappointment and say, "That's not an accomplishment."
"...It is for us. Now we just have to find Chopper, Brook, Kinemon, and Usopp."
