Ashlynn is sitting on a chair at the hokus laté. The door opens and In walks Cedar wood.
"Hey Ashlynn." Cedar waved as she walked towards her. "What's up with the urgent text message. Is every--"
"Shh!" Ashlynn said pulling Cedar down making her Gasp in surprise.
"Sorry Cedar, but I need help." Ashlynn said.
"We need help." Hunter said turning around revealing his disguise.
"Uhh...Hunter?" Cedar asked confused.
"Shh! I'm not Hunter. I'm uh Gunter, Gunter Guntsman."🦗🦗 Hunter said but Cedar was confused and Ashlynn could only shrug her shoulders.
"Is this about your guy's secret relationship?" Cedar asked.
"Shh, Yes! It is about... that. Dutchess knows and she's gonna spell it out for the whole school... we don't know what to do." Ashlynn said sadly, Hunter could only hold her hand in support.
"Well, I always find it's best to, tell the truth." Cedar said tapping her nose. The couple looked towards each other and smile.
"You're right Cedar!" Ashlynn said determined.
"Gunter Guntsman! I got a triple mint hocus laté for Gunter Guntsman." The cashier said holding up his drink.
"Over here." Hunter said.
Back at school a goose burst through the doors landing roughly on the floor.
"I got forty supplies! C.A Cupid!" The goose yelled in the hall. Cupid quickly rushes foreward covering it mouth.
"I'm Cupid. That's me." She said and the goose honked raising a piece of paper.
"Just sign here." It said and she did. Grimm appeared beside her surprising her.
"Party supplies?" He asked questioningly.
"Uh, yes. Party supplies. Um, for--"
"Our play." Briar said as she, Hopper and Princess appeared next the Cupid.
"And what exactly is the name of this play?" Grimm asked.
"It's uh..." Hopper said before it transformed into a frog. Princess caught him just in the nick of time.
"It's called the play that almost was and then was, but then was." Hopper said as a frog.
"Sorry about the chaos Headmaster, but we wanted to do a bit of improve on the struggles of what could have been and the determination to make what could have been possible." Princess said.
"Hm, very well." Grimm said before leaving.
"Thank you Headmaster." Princess said and Hopper made a big sigh of relief.
In the halls Dutchess is showing Blondie the video of Hunter and Ashlynn's secret relationship.
"I don't know Dutchess. It is a bomb spell, but Ash and Hunter are my friends." Blondie said.
"If you don't report on it some else will." Dutchess said, but the halls all of a sudden burst into gasps. It turns out that Ashlynn and Hunter are walking through the halls together, holding hands.
"No! They can't own it. Now I'll never get my happily ever after!" Dutchess whines.
"Oh! Hey Dutchess." Ashlynn said giggling waving their locked hands together.
"Dude you did it!" Robert said.
"Thanks I couldn't have done it without your help." Hunter said and the two high five.
"Anytime!" Robert said.
"Wow Ashlynn, Congratulations." Princess said.
"Thanks Princess. That means alot coming from you." Ashlynn said.
"Don't get me wrong, I'm surprised. But as long as your happy, who am I to get in your way." Princess said with a smile causing Ashlynn to smile and the couple walk further into the halls.
"Ashlynn?" Apple said.
Ashlynn gasps because they ran into a Apple.
"You and Hunter ar-are dating? B-But you're a royal and he's a rebel!" Apple said.
"Totally, Awkward Oh~!" Sparrow sang appearing between Ashlynn and Hunter. But Ashlynn could only take Hunter's hand and escape leaving Apple as she frowns
A royal dating a rebel that's just not how the tale is told.
She followed her true heart which is kinda what true hearts day is all about.
Outside Blondie is doing her mirror cast show.
"So fellow fairytales. Blondie locks here to give you the reaction to the royally rebellious romance." She said the mirror changes to Raven.
"I think it's hexellent." Raven said and Apple rushes into the room whining. "Ashlynn and Hunter decided to rewrite their destinies, What's wrong with that." Raven said and Apple whined even more.
*Change*
"I feel for them. I mean keeping secrets is hard." Cerise said. She growls at Sparrow who's trying to take her food making him scream and ran away.
*Change*
"A royal and a rebel heh! They're from two different worlds." Daring said.
*Roar!*
The dragon roars letting out a breath of fire that Daring blocks with his shield. He threw his shield to the ground.
"I am trying to do an interview here." Daring said making the dragon whine sadly.
*Change*
"I'm happy that Ashlynn is happy. I mean love is wonderful, but I gotta say it does makes me envious." Princess said with a small smile.
*Change*
"Hunter is like my brother and all I've ever wanted was for him to be happy and if Ashlynn makes him happy what more can I brother ask and it's given me the courage to confess to someone I love too." Roberth said.
*Change*
"I'm worried about Ashlynn. If they don't follow their destinies their books could close... forever." Apple said sadly.
*Later*
The princess lesson on Crowns and tiaras ended.
"Remember our quiz tomorrow on tiara size and future neck problems." White queen said as she handed out worksheets.
Ashlynn and Princees walk towards Apple.
"Apple, we have to talk." Ashlynn said.
"Ash. This is hard for me, which is a first because I usually handle things so very well." Apple said.
"We know." Ashlynn and Princess said.
"I'm just surprised you didn't trust me enough to tell me." Apple said.
"I didn't think you'd understand." Ashlynn said.
"I guess I don't it just doesn't make sense to me. I don't wanna see anything bad to happen to someone I care so much about." Apple said and she left class.
"Apple wait!" Princess said rushing after her.
In the halls Princess manages to catch up to Apple.
"Apple don't be sad, I'm sure everything will work out." Princess said.
"I don't know, I just don't want their stories to end." Apple said.
"They won't, we just have to be there for them, as their friends and that's what most important right now." Princess.
"Princess you really are the best, but Ashlynn already has her prince and it can't be Hunter." Apple said.
"But why not?" Princess asked.
"Because it's not their destiny to be together. Their not meant for each other." Apple said.
"You know...I've always hated true hearts day." Princess said.
"You what?"
"Yeah, it's not the best coming from a princess. I've always told myself that becoming queen was going to be my happily ever after, but every day when true hearts day comes around... I realise. I'm destined to be alone with no one to love." Princess said.
"Princess. I-I'm so sorry." Apple said.
"It's okay. Besides I've already signed the storybook, there's no going back for me. Apple i know it's hard but find in your heart to support them, if not for them then at least for me." Princess said before walking away, but as she walks her tears flow down her cheek now that she has accepted the cold hard truth of her destiny, especially now that she sealed it and she ran to her room.
