¤ (Y/n)'s Point Of View ¤

My eyes fluttered opened at the sound of my name being called. My name rolled off of his tongue so fluently yet it took me a while to figure out who it was as my senses came back to me. I knew where I was. This place was practically my second home at this point now that Sukuna was here with me too. Once I finally lifted my head up to access my surroundings, I noticed that I was slumped in Sukuna's arms instead of waking up standing. That was odd.

The intensity of his worried stare made me shudder, needing to sit up from my position. He finally stopped calling out my name in order to help me to my feet, noticing how I slightly shook as I did.
"How did I get here? I'm positive that I didn't go to sleep." I asked my lover, coming to terms that we were indeed in our innate domain. The last thing I could remember was standing with Yuuji in Sukuna's temple. I didn't come here willingly, did I?

The sheepish look on Sukuna's face told me it all. That he had something to do with why I was here without falling asleep. I knew that something was up.
"I pulled you out of consciousness forcefully. It was the first time it actually worked." Sukuna explained. That made more sense. Sukuna did mention a while ago that he might be able to bring me into this innate domain without me initiating it. I just forgot about it.

"Ah." I mumbled in response. I then began to walk over towards the pile of bones, hoping to take another seat. But as I moved forwards, I ended up stumbling on my step and falling against Sukuna. The man looked quite worried, still wondering why I was shaking in his grasp. Honestly, I didn't know what was wrong with me either. I feel so physically exhasted and that all my energy was gone.

"Tell me what happened to you." He asked me, finally adressing the elephant in the room. I'm assuming that this was why he brought me here in the first place. Because when Yuuji found me, something had clearly just happened.
Sukuna grazed his thumb against my cheek, going over the deep wound that I forgot even existed. As his thumb swiped over it, I could feel my wound healing and my skin combining.

Before I could answer, Sukuna picked me bridal style and placed me on the pile of bones that I was previously aiming for. My still shaking muscles began relaxing as I sat down, getting comfortable in the embrace of Sukuna.
"There was a father. His son was sacrificed to you not too long ago...he was really angry about it." I started to explain, thinking back to how much emotional pain that that man was in.

However Sukuna felt far from pity towards this man, sneering at the meer mention of him. I could see his fists clench beside me from the corner of my eyes as he tried to keep his anger at bay.
"This man...he was the one that wounded you?" Sukuna growled. I nodded but before he could leave attempt to find this man, I placed a hand on his bicep to tell him that the story was not over. He visibly relaxed under my touch and then nodded, telling me to continue.

"He did hurt me, yes. But after he did...we both...entered another world." I told him, staring him in the eyes to see his reaction. I could feel his anger slowly dissipating because he could sense where this story was going. As he waited for me to continue, he trailed down the line of blood that stained my skin from the spot where Shotaro cut me all the way to where it stopped above my heart.

"This world...it wasn't like this one. It was stronger." I mumbled out, trying to explain to him the domain. But it wasn't as simple as I thought it would be. I was still recovering from being there let alone taking about the experience. But it seemed as if Sukuna didn't need much of an explanation because the knowing smirk on his face said it all.
"You activated your domain expasion." He informed me with a small chuckle. I had never heard those words before. I hadn't realised there were multiple type of domains.

"My domain expansion?" I asked him curiously, wanting to know if thid place was somewhere I'd see more of know.
"It's any Jujustu weilder's strongest move. In fact, most are never able to master it." The spirit told me with a proud smirk, looking off into the distance as he imagined what it was my domain expansion looked like. But then it was like an idea struck through his head as he turned back to me quickly with a childish grin.

"Show me." He ordered, making me look up in confusion. How would I show him? Did he want me to trap Yuuji in my domain? That would be too cruel.
"Show you? How?" I questioned. In response the man waved his hand, motioning towards our domain.

"This is our innate domain. All you need is to imagine." He said with a smirk. I nodded and tried to mimic his confidence in his knowledge, closing my eyes and trying to imagine it. I thought about every detail, from the colour to the size and even the feeling. I wasn't sure if it was working, not knowing if the image in my head was projecting into our innate domain. But the moment I heard Sukuna chuckle in disbelief, I knew that it worked.

The second I opened my eyes, I realised that me and Sukuna were both in ny domain expasion. Although I had to remind myself that this was just a copy, not the actual place. Everything was the exact same as how I imagines it. From the stacks of glowing glass chests to the red carpet beneath our feet. Even the pillars were in the exact same place.

Sukuna had already began exploring, dragging his fingertips across the glass chests as he walked down the carpet. The sound of his husky chuckles echoed across the walls, making me shiver in my spot. Standing up from my spot on the ground, I began follow Sukuna because I noticed how he completely missed the plaque of instructions. Grabbing his hand gently, I led him towards the large pillar and over towards the side with the plaque.

"There's this thing aswell." I mumbled timidly, motioning towards the frame of instructions.
The spirit began reading it as soon as I motioned toward it with an arched brow as he processed the information. It didn't take him long to read it because when he was done, he instantly burst out in laughter. It didn't take much to tell how much Sukuna was enjoying this.

"Your domain expansion is fucking twisted." He laughed out. I couldn't help but from slightly at his words. Did that mean that I was twisted too? Sukuna instantly could sense my shift in emotion and pulled me in closer to him so that he could rest his hands on my hips.

"I mean that in the best way possible. I love it. It absolutely enthralling." He told me truthfully, giving the proud smile that he knew I loved to see. I nodded at his words, excepting them with my full heart and smiling at his attempts to console me. Then he turned his attention back towards the plaque, staring at it with a dark smirk and repositioning his arm around my shoulder instead.

"So that man you spoke of...He went here?" Sukuna asked me, suddenly shifting his interest to the first person to be victimised by my expansion domain. I could tell he was disappointed that he wasn't there to witness this himself.

"Yeah. When Yuuji called my name, I was pulled out of this place and the man was no longer there." I explained, watching as Sukuna's face lit up in fascination of this information.
"Then it's true. He's not allowed to leave until he finds his heart." Sukuna said, putting all of these bits of the story together like a puzzle piece in his mind.
But there was still something else I had yet to tell him.

"But Sukuna...I knew where it was. I found it...His heart, I mean." I told him with a guilty tone. If I had just walked abit quicker through those isles then maybe I could have freed him from the hell I've put him through. But the scary thing was that when I was there, I didn't care the way I do now.
"Oh?" Sukuna perked up at my words, turning to me with curious eyes.

"Right before Yuuji pulled me out, I found it. I knew it was his. I don't know how...but I knew that heart belonged to him. I just didn't have enough time to tell him." I mumbled out, thinking back towards the chest I came across. How not only did I know it was heart, but I knew his full name too.
"I'm sure that if you would have given it to him, he would have also been freed without the disease." Sukuna commented. I looked at him with wide eyes as I tried to figure out what he meant by that. I knew he was reffering to the Cardiomyopathy disease that was meant to be a 'gift' to the victims but how did he know that if I gave him his heart that he wouldn't receive that.

"I mean think about it. In a domain expansion the jujustu sorcerer could just deactivate the cursed technique. But in your case, once you deactivate the technique the victim is still left there to abide by the rules of your twisted game. If you were to give them their heart, without them looking for it. Then you'd be giving them their 'right of passage' thus expempting them from the rules." Sukuna explained. What he said made sense and it was scary to me how quick he figured this out by only standing in a replica of my domain expansion.

"That makes me feel even more guilty than I already do. I could have helped him." I said with a sad smile, looking down to feet as I spoke. I know he attacked me and that he hurt me but he was crazed over the fact his son was no longer with him. I couldn't blame a father for missing his child. Sukuna seemed to understand what I was feeling and pulled me closer once again, changing our innate domain back to normal again as he kissed me gently on the lips knowing it would make me feel better.

"You shouldn't feel guilty for this. If he wasn't already stuck in hell right now, I would have put him through it myself. At least your way he gets out of it alive." Sukuna said with cheeky grin. His 'positive thinking' made me giggle. I let my head fall against his chest as he held me close. It was bad but I knew he was right. Then the man kissed the crowd of my head before beginning to usher me to leave saying,
"Now go. You must wake up. The brat's freaking out. When you return, there will be a suprise waiting." He then bit the shell of my ear making me laugh, pushing his chest lightly as I did.

I was about to bid goodbye but the moment I opened my mouth, everything went bright. My vision was hazy and blurred. Not only that, but I swear it felt like I was swaying side to side? It took a while for my vision to become clear enough to know what was going on. I could see trees and path...and feet?

"Don't worry (Y/n)-San! I'll get you to the hospital!" A certain pink haired student yelled. It took me a good minute to realise that the boy had me thrown over his shoulder as he zoomed down the forest path, on the way the station. Squeaking at my current situation, I began rapidly tapping Yuuji's back to let him know I was awake.
"Yuuji-Kun! Let me down!" I squeaked out in embarrassment. The whole time I was with Sukuna, did he know that Yuuji was running with me on his shoulder?

The boy looked over his shoulder with suprised eyes, noticing that I'd woken.
"Oh! (Y/n)-San! You're awake!" He exclaimed. Then he started to slowly down into a stop, letting me gently back down onto my feet. I stumbled at first but with his help I finally stood up straight and stared at him with a dazed look. I couldn't help it. We were just zooming through the forest at the speed of light and it took a while to recover.

"I was worried! I thought you died!" Yuuji exclaimed, rubbing the sweat off of his forehead at he spoke to me.
"I'm sorry I worried you. I'm fine now, don't worry." I assured, shaking my hands in a playful motion to show that I was much better now. He sighed in relief and handed me over my backpack that I hadn't realised was swunh over his other arm but as he handed it to me, he realised something.

"Oh hey! Your cut isn't there anymore!" He called out, pointing towards my cheek that the man previously hurt. Lifting my hand, I left my fingers graze over the area only to realised it had indeed helaed itself. By now I knew that this was part of the reverse-cursed technique that was passed to me through Sukuna's heart but I couldn't let Yuuji know that. I had to play it cool.
"Oh, your right!" I exclaimed ignorantly.

"Wow, you're a fast healer (Y/n)-San!" Yuuji complimented, giving me a thumbs up as he spoke. I chuckled at his words and nodded. How was a boy so soft as this one able to contain Sukuna? It was a miracle.
"Anyways, the sun is going down. We should hurry up so we can catch the next train back." Yuuji told me, pointing towards the train station. Looking over to where he was pointing, I just now realised how far he had actually ran with me on his back.

"I guess you're right." I told him with a smile, beginning to lead to way into the station. As we walked in, I began to realise that something was on my mind. Something that I'd like to ask Yuuji. As we walked, I looked over at him hesitantly and pursed my lips as I tried to figure out how to word this.
"Hey Yuuji?" I called out as we climbed a few steps. He turned his head towards me with a warm smile.
"Yeah?" He asked, giving me a look to continue.

"Did you..learn anything about Sukuna from this trip? Was it benificial to you?" I asked him with a hopefull gaze. I smiled as he began nodding at me.
"Oh yeah! A whole bunch! I feel like I know him alot better now! You too, (Y/n)-San." He told me with a smile. I couldn't help but become happy that Yuuji learnt something on this trip though I was slightly curious as to what he learnt about me...
"That's good. I'm glad." I replied with a smile, following him through the spinning doors of the train station.

I hoped that one day Yuuji and Sukuna could come to an understanding. One that could benefit them both...But maybe that was wishful thinking.
